**A1.002 Full-patched Membership in the Enigma MC can be gained as follows:
1) prospects will be male ( we love the ladies and invite them to apply
as support members).

2) prospects should be a member of a "12 Step" program of recovery (exceptions will be
very rare, very rare indeed; if exceptions do occur, then prospect may expect much longer
proationary period)

3) prospects will have at least 90 days "clean & sober"

4) the prospect will have a motorcycle or "trike" which he can ride to meetings (a member whose
bike is "down" for any reason must notify the membership and keep them informed as
to remedy and time down == we are a riding club)

5) prospects will apply for membership through a full-patched member who will act as his "sponsor"

6) a probationary period consisting of a minimum of 90 days will then
follow at the end of which a prospect must be voted in by a unanimous vote of all full-patched
members (if not unanimous, the prospect, at his option, may reapply after 90 days and begin the entire process)


**A1.003 A full-patched member will display his "colors" proudly. The patch should
be attached to an appropriate vest and worn when the member is on his bike and
representing Enigma MC. The patch as designed and copyrighted by Enigma founder
shall remain the property of the Enigma MC and shall be forfeited to Enigma MC at the
sole discrection of the full-patched membership.


**A1.004 Support membership in Enigma MC can be gained as follows:
1) prospects will have a desire to be associated with "clean & sober" bike club whether
the prospect is clean & sober or not.

2) prospects must be willing to not drink or use when wearing "support" patch or t-shirt

3) membership in Enigma as a support member will be at the sole discrection of the
full-patched members (a unanimous vote of the patched membership is required)



Section 2: Forfeiture of Privileges
**A2.001 A relapse causes forfeiture of all patches as follows:
1) 1st relapse; loss of patch(s) for 30 days== after 30 days, member may reapply as new prospect
2) 2nd relapse; loss of patch(s) for 60 days== after 60 days, member may reapply as new prospect
3) 3rd relapse; loss of patch(s)== FIND OTHER CLUB
4) "Keep your clean/dry date; keep your patch"


Section 3: Enigma Officers
**A3.001 Enigma MC will have officers as follows:
**A3.002 President: Rev.Theodore Rush (A.K.A. "Headrush")
**A3.003 Vice President: Rob Plunkett (A.K.A "38%")
**A3.004 Secretary/ Treasurer: Jeremy Cleaver(A.K.A. "Phoenix")
**A3.005 Sgt-at-Arms: Brian Perkins (A.K.A. "Lil Perx")



Section 4: Enigma Dues

**A4.001 Enigma MC will collect dues and /or fees on an "ad hoc" basis at the discretion
of the membership
**A4.002 Full-Patched members will be assessed a one time fee which will include but will not
be limited to the use of the MC patch & rocker. This fee will depend on the going rate for materials &
labor of said patches (currently approx. $75 for patch & top rocker).


Section 5: Enigma Business

**A5.001 Enigma MC business will be conducted only if a quorum of members is present ( a quorum
consists of a majority of full-patched members plus 1) == if a quorum is present, then a simple majority
will be all that is required to conduct club business

**A5.002 Once adopted, these and all future by-laws can only be changed or amended by satisfying A5.001
above and with the consent of Theodore Rush (founder of the club)


Section 6: Chapter Clubs & "Strays"

**A6.001 The Amarillo chapter of Enigma MC will be known as the "Mother Club"

**A6.002 Enigma MC will have chapter clubs according to the folowing:
(a) A minimum of 3 members will be required to form a chapter.
(b) All chapter clubs will follow Mother Club bylaws unless "special" dispensation is granted by Mother Club.
(c) All chapter clubs will serve a minimum one year probationary period. During the
probationary period the charter members of the "new" chapter
will make a good faith effort (as determined by Mother Club) to become aquainted with all patched
members of the Mother Club. (This will of course depend on "physical restraints"
imposed by distance, etc.)
(d) After the probationary period is served, various chapters will be required to attend at least
one meeting per year of "Mother Club" (meeting site to be determined and will depend on "physical restraints").
Failure of various chapters to send a quorum of members to this meeting will result in the
offending chapter being placed on probation for one year after
which, the full membership status will be reinstated ( provided chapter complies with
attendance guidelines) or chapter will surrender their charter as chapter of Enigma MC.

**A6.003 For those interested in riding with an Enigma MC patch but not able to
affliliate with regular club or start seperate chapter, we have a "Stray" division.
"Stray" members will be under the same guidelines as chapter clubs but will be
considered members of "Mother Club."
