in Heels is primarily a HOME based Self Defense seminar. You can set up
a seminar with your friends, mom, sisters and co-workers.
Certified instructors will come to your home,
church, business or venue of your choice, to give you private lessons
All you have to do is provide the space and
we'll provide the knowledge.
Cost is $20.00 a person. In groups of six or
more, the hostess will not be charged.
