GEORGE HAS PASSED AWAY. HE LEFT ME IN AUGUST OF 99.


Hello, my name is George. I am thankful that I finally got my person to understand
that there are many important things I have to say.
I am a Russian Blue, which I am proud of!

I have picked this spot to expose some information that is most helpful to other
personable, intelligent cats. It is up to us to force our people to take action!

Through late night cruising on the internet (when my person FINALLY gets off my computer
and goes to bed), I have found some informative sites.

I will share these with you, as I am a gracious host.
First, let me introduce you to the Russian Blue Breed of cat.

Now that you are familiar with my lineage, and my sophistication,
you will better understand my indignation at the following atrocities
I have discovered.
I must give credit to my people, here. My dad, Larry, found the information
I am sharing with you on the horrible pet food industry.
Unfortunately, I was given a cortisone shot my an incompetent veterinarian,
and as a result I received diabetes.
Mom really got upset over that, and has been working day and night to make me
feel better. Dad got upset, and did all he could. My sister Carrie got really
upset and for a while thought it was her fault- I had a hard time to make her
understand that it was not her fault, and I didn't blame her.

From having diabetes, we have met some really wonderful people.
One of them, from the MUFFIN list, (her name is Jan) actually saved my life
by bringing a glucometer Elite all the way across another state to get to me,
and taught mom how to use it! More information on the MUFFIN list and diabetes is

I have saved the most important, and the worst thing for last.
PLEASE- if you value our lives, if you really love us as you say you do,
then help my mom find a way to do something about this:
