NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY FOR THE GLASSCOCK GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors for the Glasscock Groundwater Conservation District will meet in REGULAR SESSION on Tuesday , November 17th, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the District Office of Glasscock Groundwater Conservation District, located at 132 N. Main in Garden City, Texas. At such time the Board of Directors will discuss and may take action on any items on this agenda it may determine would by appropriate, to-wit:

REGULAR MEETING AGENDA

1) Call to Order.

2) Public Comment.

3) Read and Consider Minutes of the October 20th, 2009 Regular Board Meeting for approval.

4) Approve October 2009 Financial Statement.

5) Pay November 2009 bills.

6) Number of wasteful practices identified for the month of October 2009.

7) WTWMA

8) Any other items pertinent to District Business.

9) Adjournment.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above NOTICE OF MEETING of the Board of Directors of the Glasscock Groundwater Conservation District is a true and correct copy of said Notice. I have posted a true and correct copy of said Notice on the front entrance of Glasscock Groundwater Conservation District Office, located at 132 N. Main, Garden City, Texas and said Notice posted on the 10th day of November, 2009, and remained posted continuously for at least 72 hours immediately preceding the day of said meeting; a true and correct copy of said Notice was furnished to the Glasscock and Reagan County Clerks, in which the above named political subdivision is located.
