- Open the box and inspect the product before signing the Freight company's freight bill.
- If product is damaged, show the driver immediately and refuse the shipment if the hood is totaled.
- The freight driver will take the product and you will not be charged for freight.
- If the damage is minor the freight company will pay for the repairs. Make sure that this agreement is documented on the freight bill.
- If the hood is totaled, call us and we will send out another part as soon as possible.
Return/Refund Policies
- If you have a product quality problem, call us immediately. Describe problem, pictures may be needed and the problem will be resolved.
- No return or refund after 30 days.
- No refund on shipping costs.
- No return or refund on any item that has been painted, installed or used.
- 10% restocking fee on all returned or cancelled orders.
- All returns must have a RA# number on outside of box.
- No shipment will be accepted without RA# or shipped freight collect. It will be refused and you will be charged return freight.
