What's the point of this web site?

I don't have a point. I just wanted to put a little piece of worthless crap out in the world. It's the same principle behind having a kid. (Just kidding. I love kids...really.)

The truth is that I wanted to make a web site just to see if I could make one funny enough or interesting enough to make people want to read it. People that aren't related to me, that is. Also, I want to be a writer and I thought this would be a great way to practice and get a little feedback at the same time. I know that right now the stories might be a little amatuerish and the daily updates might not be funny but that is why I need the practice. Either I'll get better or I'll get sick of all the criticism and quit.

Maybe someday I'll publish a book and you can tell all your friends that you read my web site back in the day when I was just a fledgling web author.

It's kind of a rip on www.mysimon.com. Our web sites are nothing alike other than a vague resemblance of the name.

I thought this site would be about monkeys.

I thought about somehow using monkeys or even stupid people as a theme on this web site but I decided that there are already wonderful websites that make fun of stupid people. Namely Morons.org. And I don't know anything about monkeys, so...

Do you run this website all by yourself?

Yes, I run it all by myself. I know that it's hard to believe that one person could manage all of this by herself, but I do. <--sarcasm
