Scooter was built in 1/98, #4409, and his post production inspection at the Port of Houston was on March 14, 1998. He was invoiced to Park Cities, Dallas on March 6, 1998, and arrived on March 20. I took delivery on March 24.
In the Spring of 2000, Scooter moved to the Hill Country just south of the Guadalupe River. The North Texas New Beetlers are still doing their thing, but now Scooter's a Hill Country New Beetle.
