Jack Hunter's Peanut Butter Pie (Low Fat)

  • 8 ounces low fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup low fat peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup Equal (sugar substitute)
  • 1/4 cup powder sugar
  • 12 ounces lowfat Cool Whip
  • 8" Graham Cracker pie crust

To the softened cream cheese, add the penut butter, Equal and powdered sugar. Mix. Add the Cool Whip and blend well. When well blended place in pieshell. Chill at least 4 hours(overnite is better). Serve
