28 Days Later
Boyle used actor Ewan McGregor in his first three films and they rose to fame together. Then he came out with the big budget film "The Beach" with Leonardo DiCaprio which essentially flopped (although I enjoyed it myself). Now he's back to a low budget film with a bunch of nobodies filmed with a digital camera. What this means is that people who are expecting a big budget scare-fest with a lot of glamorized action and violence are in for a big surprise.
Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle
Who wants to see a brainless, good-natured action flick starring 4 gorgeous actresses? A lot of people and I can understand why.
Down With Love
Down with Love is a not a movie set in the 60s, it’s a 60s movie made in the 21st century.

The Emerging Family Friendly Hollywood
Three films last week warranted the worst rating by the U.S. Catholic Bishops of O - Morally Offensive (“A Man Apart”, “Boat Trip”, and “Dysfunktional Family”). They thought only three out of eleven movies in theatres were alright for adolescents to see. With most movies hitting theatres not suitable for children it is refreshing to know that there are young film makers emerging who want to make good G and PG movies. Two companies that are part of this wave are Crusader Entertainment and Walden Media.
