Belinda Gail Lacy passed away Nov. 2, 2002, at her residence. Belinda was born to Weldon and Jacquelene Lacy on May 29, 1950, in Snyder, Texas. She moved to San Angelo in 1960 and graduated from Central High School in 1969. She was an employee of West Texas Utilities for 18 years. Survivors include daughter, Kristi Briley, granddaughter, Brittany Briley, and her mother, Jacquelene Martin, all of San Angelo. Also surviving are her sisters, Cindy Lacy of San Angelo and Sharon Walker of Corpus Christi, Texas; and brother, Lonnie Lacy of San Angelo. She was preceded in death by her father, Weldon Lacy of Winters, Texas. Service will be at 2 p.m. Nov. 4 in Johnson’s Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Ballinger, Texas.
