Cecil S. Kendrick Jr. was called to be with the Lord at his appointed time. He was born to Cecil S. Kendrick Sr. and Leola Saul on May 30, 1949, in San Angelo. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 28, at Adams & Starks Funeral Home. He was a graduate of San Angelo Central High School. Cecil served his country well in the United States Navy. He was employed by Gandy's for 20 years and later worked as a medical aid with MHMR. He was a member of Brown Chapel C.M.E. Church. Those left behind to cherish his memories are a brother, James Kendrick of San Angelo; two sisters, Dorothy Felton of New Jersey and Shirley Ann Meekin of Houston; and a host of other family and friends. Our brother may be gone from our presence, but never from our hearts.
