Melissa Rivers: I'm here with two very big parts of tonight's show -- presenter Josh Brolin and nominee Diane Lane. How are you guys this evening?

Josh Brolin: Very well, thank you. You look beautiful.

Melissa Rivers: Oh, thank you. Well, I mean, let's talk about you. First of, let's get this out of the way, (gesturing toward Diane Lane's gown) what is this? Who is this?

Diane Lane: Donna Karan.

MR: Let me see the back. (Diane turns). There is a lot going on here. Oh my ...

DL: Thank you.

JB: She looks great, doesn't she?

DL: I passed? Haven't talked to you in a while ... (says something inaudible about being armed and dangerous. I'm guessing it's about the usual Rivers' fashion critique)

MR: You look fabulous! You look great. Let's talk about the movie, "Unfaithful." You just popped right our of that film (Josh grins, Diane looks at him and laughs) head and shoulders above every one else. You're the one who got the nominee ... the nomination.

DL: Thank you. Thank you for the compliment. I hear you.

MR: Not necessarily the best choice of words on my part.

DL: That's OK.

JB: No, I like the way you said it, "popped out." Truly.

MR: So, (turning to Josh) tonight you're presenting. You've been doing this for a while. You grew up in the business.

JB: Uh, yeah, sort of, yeah, yeah.

MR: You grew up around it. Part of your life. (Turns to Diane) You grew up in the biz on a different side, staring "A Little Romance." (Diane nods). Is it still exciting to dress up and come to these events?

JB: (Turns to Diane with smile) To see her like this, very exciting.

MR: Oh, he's sooo sweet.

JB: It's the truth. I'm not lying.

MR: Well, who's more nervous. Because some people find presenting, having to speak off a prompter ... more nerve-wracking than just waiting for you name to be called.

JR: I'm frighteningly not nervous. (Turns to Diane). How about you?

DL: That's alarming, honey. You should be (She says this with mock seriousness). Me, I'm just in deep denial that I can eat, drink and go home. That works for me, you know. I'll deal with it when the gunshot goes off.

JB: Or a cannon!

MR: (To Josh again) You have a new series. Are you having a great time?

JB: Great time. I have amazing people I'm working with and it's doing very well. So, I couldn't be happier.

MR: I'm thrilled to see you both here tonight. (To Josh) Have fun presenting. (To Diane) Hope you win. But hopefully it doesn't disturb your eating, drinking and going home process.
