Suicidal Tendency Survey!

Here's how it works kiddies...cut and paste all the questions below into an e-mail, include your name and e-mail address in it, then send it to fkn_tha_system@mindless.com, and within a couple of days, Cookie will respond to your survey with his thoughts and opinions. Ok, here we go!

1. How many times have you attempted suicide?

2. If your answer to the last question was 1 or more, did you find the experience(s) pleasureable or not so pleasureable?

3. Do you openly walk into walls as if you didn't see them?

4. Are you afraid of heights?

5. Do you run with scissors even when you know you're not supposed to?

6. Do you often have sex with multiple partners in one night just because you "don't care what happens"?

7. Does anything in life give you any sort of comfort? If no, what the hell are you still doing here?

8. Does masochism seem like a good idea to you?

9. Do you believe that, after death, you will be reincarnated into whatever you really want to be?

10. Do you have most of the answers to problems in your life, or do you resort to alcohol to tell life to "go fuck itself"?

11. Do you have anyone to talk to about issues with your life (the mirror doesn't count)?

12. Would you be willing to open your heart and express your true feelings and thoughts about your life to Cookie, had you the opportunity?

13. If yes to the last question, would you sleep with Cookie directly afterwards?
