Hi robiwn,
I hope u r always fine and strong enough to face the fact of your father's death and circumstances that surround you all the while.
Actually I'm planning to pay my last respect to your father and at the same time convey my condolences to you during tonite's zhuang keng, but due to sudden and urgent work requirement, I need to stay back and review over 90 pages of different types of agreement. In order to complete the task of reviewing and give my written opinion by latest tomorrow, I have to do it. so that on wednesday and thursday I can attend company's external training, then friday come back for agreement negotiation with customer.
I know for the loss you had, words do not heal. but in this hard time, let us know what we can do.
Remember the buddha always said "even in the
darkness, there is always a hope of light. just listen
to what your heart says and
god
Gohonzon will
make everything all right. "
Indeed, Mahatma Ghandi thought god sometimes does try to uttermost those whom he wishes to bless.
Learn to let go and be free.
Always,
poh

Robin,
Though it is sad and sorrow to have someone you dear, but when you told me that he has passed away serenely and of ease in his facial expression. I could felt his strong faith in the Gohonzon. Nichiren Daishonin indicates that a person's apperance at the moment of death reveals his condition of life. Ikeda sensei also mention that as long as the person maintain strong faith in life and until death, he will attain Buddhahood. Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism teaches not only the joy of life but also the joy of death. I am very sure that he has attain enlightenment.
He must has felt the great joy that you and your family are continuing the practice of the Mystice Law with strong faith. Especially you, Robin who shown a tremendous grow in faith and practice. You have given him the biggest cause of joy, keep it up because your strong faith and contribution in Kosen rufu will continue to give him joy and good fortune even after death. Sensei once said that the energy of Karma continues beyond birth and death.
Before I conclude with sensei's guidance, please send my regards to everybody, please take care your mom and you too.
"A person who lives well also dies well, and be reborn well"
""Whether a person lives a long or short life, whataever the place or circumstances of death, if you have steadfastly dedicated yourself to kosen rufu, then you are certain to experience life and death based on the world of Buddhahood" Ikeda sensei
From my heart and see you in Johor
