Zim, the determined Irken, appears before the Almighty Tallest to participate in Operation Impending Doom Plan II. Unfortunately, Purple and Red didn't want him to join (since he destroyed his own planet in Operation Impending Doom 1), so they sent him off to an unknown planet. That planet was Earth. In this episode, we find Zim getting a disguise, entering elementary school, and finding a new rival, DIB.
