La Onda Cuatro  La Onda Cuatro is a band from Bogota, Colombia formed in 1995 by "Los Hermanos Plata" (The Cash Brothers). Their sound back in the 90's could be described as a latin version of the Heartbrakers/Flipper, their newest stuff is more organized and structured.
