Raif
Raif is an extremely powerful and extremely dangerous fighter. He was born on planet Earth. Raif was born a Super Saiyan because his parents were both able to go SSJ3. Raif's parents were two saiyans who survived Vegeta's destruction and decided to remain unknown. Not a whole lot is known about Raif except for the fact that he strives to be the best.
