Circuit (voice: Brianne Siddall): Circuit is Trip's humorous little robotic owl that is an important asset to Time Force. He is their only way of communicating to Captain Logan in the future to send the zords. Because he woke them up, the Rangers escaped the exploding Time Ship. He is much like the Ranger's "Alpha", but much more important.

Captain Logan(Roy Werner): Captain Logan is the Ranger's commanding officer back in the year 3000. He excepts only the best from his Time Force. We have since learned he is under command of the mysterious sender of the Time Shadow.

Mr. A. Collins (Edward Laurence Albert): Friend or foe? Wes's very greedy and wealthy father expects Wes to follow in his footsteps to be the President of "Biolabs". He has since realized that his son wants to make his own footsteps. Though he has come to accept the fact his son will never be a buisiness man like himself, he holds a grudge against him. All his buisiness ventures, including the Silver Gaurdians, are for the sole purpose of money.

Silver Gaurdians: The Silver Gaurdians are a defense group created by Mr. Collins, their current leader being Eric, the Quantum Ranger. Being the greedy man he is, Mr. Collins only gives service to those who pay. Although they try to defend against the mutants, their attacks usually fail due to the mutant's technology being 1000 years more advanced than their's.
