JaMarieHickey: You know...we've got a great Kid ep tonight. Have I mentioned how good he looks?? JaMarieHickey: Yup NightinGail777: Oh-about a thousand times but whos counting? JaMarieHickey: LLOL Well, it's been true every time!! :) NightinGail777: Although we all know who the best looking rider is. JaMarieHickey: Yeah...Kid NightinGail777: You are so delusional. NightinGail777: NO-JIMMY!!! JaMarieHickey: Nope not delusional. Jimmy is NOT the man. NightinGail777: Oh yes he is.......but now onto the ep. I just love this ep-not cos of Kid but I just love to see the ball game......so funny!!! JaMarieHickey: The ball game is good. But Kid is so good in this ep. I think it really did him some good to find his brother. Sure his brother was a bad guy, but that's ok NightinGail777: I think it is so cute when they go to get the equipment-they can't decide who is gonna carry it.
NightinGail777: I laughed so hard when they took out the bat and Jimmy asks-"what do you hunt with this?"
JaMarieHickey: Yeah. Poor Teaspoon is all insulted when they don't like the way the game sounds.
JaMarieHickey: I know! So funny! NightinGail777: And then Teaspoon is trying to explain what they do with it. JaMarieHickey: LLOL NightinGail777: Then he gets this attitude and says "you don't wanna play-you don't have to" JaMarieHickey: I know. It's almost as funny as when they're playing the game. NightinGail777: It is a touching moment when Kid reconizes his brother.
NightinGail777: Yep. JaMarieHickey: I know. And when Jed recognizes Kid. NightinGail777: Yes-You know Jed has a sneaky look about him....you can tell he's up to something. JaMarieHickey: I know. It's too bad. NightinGail777: I like the Jed in the other ep-with Doritha-oh no-did I say that name??? JaMarieHickey: You must mean Horitha. That's almost as bad as....you know who. I can't say her name...something bad will happen. hehehe JaMarieHickey: I also liked that Jed though. NightinGail777: I just love the part where Jed is telling all the riders about New York City...Cody is so amused.
JaMarieHickey: I like how he tells them about the elevator. NightinGail777: I wonder why no one asked Jed what Kid's real name was. JaMarieHickey: Good question. Maybe they didn't think of it since he called him Kid too. NightinGail777: Do you think maybe Kid was all anyone ever called him and he didn't know his real name??? JaMarieHickey: Could be? But Horitha acts like she knows it... NightinGail777: I know-just a thought. What about when they went to the saloon? I was so mad when they treated Buck so bad!
JaMarieHickey: Me too, but I thought that Buck handled it well. I like when they come back all drunk. Ike's got that feather boa. Kid looks like he's sober, but he passes out! LOL
NightinGail777: Now that was funny. And what about what Kid tells those saloon girls about Lou? JaMarieHickey: I wish I had that version! I think that would be so funny. I can just picture it!! JaMarieHickey: Stupid Odyssey!! :( NightinGail777: I know-I don't have it but I remember it. JaMarieHickey: I can't remember it. I wish I could!! NightinGail777: It was true-she does fancy men...heehee JaMarieHickey: And fine looking men at that!! NightinGail777: Well-I have to disagree...but I'm happy that she didn't choose Jimmy-he's all mine;-) JaMarieHickey: She just chose the better man. hehehe NightinGail777: Well-we are gonna stick to the ep....heehee. JaMarieHickey: Ok....hehehe NightinGail777: Sam was so mad that no one had told him about the money coming in.
NightinGail777: He really jumped on that man from Pinkerton.
JaMarieHickey: I know! I understand why. I just have to keep saying this...Sam is a bad ass! I wish he was on for more than one season!! NightinGail777: I know-and the more I see of him-the better he gets. JaMarieHickey: I agree completely! NightinGail777: Not as good as Jimmy though-but mighty close. JaMarieHickey: Oh, way better than Jimmy, but not Kid. LOL I think it's sweet how he gets jealous of Jed. NightinGail777: Cody was the man when all the "army men" were in the store-he really jumped on them when they wouldn't leave that lady alone.
JaMarieHickey: Looks like he's a good man to have around. NightinGail777: Cody be so bad in this scene. NightinGail777: I think so-he may have goofed off alot but he did know how to charm and treat a lady, JaMarieHickey: I agree about Cody JaMarieHickey: Did you notice the look on Jed's face when Sam mentioned the Pinkerton?? He knows there's trouble coming. NightinGail777: I know-then the detective goes and finds their camp.....and gets killed.
JaMarieHickey: I know! I figured something like that was gonna happen. NightinGail777: Of course-you know our boys have to come to the rescue! JaMarieHickey: Of course, they wouldn't be our boys if they didn't NightinGail777: That's right. JaMarieHickey: Kid realizes what his brother is doing as soon as he hears Sam mention the gold. I felt sorry for him. He had all these expectations and they were done in by one word. NightinGail777: I know-it was too bad that Jed had to be bad. NightinGail777: OK-now I'm watching the ep and they are starting to play ball...strike 5 says Teaspoon and ain't he the funniest thing you ever saw says Emma......cracks me up.
JaMarieHickey: Every part of this scene cracks me up! I love it when Cody hits Jimmy with the ball. Then Jimmy punches Cody.
NightinGail777: And Cody pitching-I can't stop laughing.....heehee
JaMarieHickey: LLOL NightinGail777: Then Jimmy forgets to run, everyone is saying run and then he goes the wrong way.
JaMarieHickey: I know...Buck holds him.
NightinGail777: I know-I'm laughing so hard right now I can't type.
JaMarieHickey: I know what you mean!! NightinGail777: Plugging the runner is legal.
JaMarieHickey: Even my psycho roommate laughed at this scene!! NightinGail777: Courtney just loves it-she makes me rewind it a dozen times when we watch it. The first tape I recorded is messed up in that part where I rewound it so much. JaMarieHickey: I have to rewind that part at least once. It's just so funny! JaMarieHickey: I like when they play tennis too. NightinGail777: Uh oh-Jed is flirting with Emma now-here comes Sam.
JaMarieHickey: This does not make Sam happy at all! NightinGail777: Sam looks at the horses and knows they aren't army branded.
JaMarieHickey: I like the story Jed is telling about Kid. Just picture Kid naked......hmmmmm....... NightinGail777: I would rather not.......now Jimmy on the other hand....yes I could. JaMarieHickey: Fine, you take naked Jimmy and I'll spend some quality time with naked Kid. Then we'll both be happy. hehehehe NightinGail777: Now Sam is questioning Jed's judgement about staying in Sweetwater...Sam knows that Jed is a crook. JaMarieHickey: Sure does. He's so smart NightinGail777: Sam is sending Lou to Ft. Laramie. OK-that sounds like a great idea. JaMarieHickey: I wonder if Kid really considered joining up with Jed?
JaMarieHickey: I'm glad he didn't!! NightinGail777: Kid is realizing that Jed is a crook. JaMarieHickey: I don't think he was completely surprised. NightinGail777: I don't think so. Kid was a southerner but I don't think he would have done the things Jed did. JaMarieHickey: He was too honest to do those things. NightinGail777: True. JaMarieHickey: I wasn't surprised when Kid didn't stay in the jail at the end. NightinGail777: You know the other members of Jed's gang wanted to take the gold for themselves...at least Jed was doing it for the south...not himself. JaMarieHickey: That's true. At least he followed his beliefs. Didn't he want to keep part of it for himself though? NightinGail777: I don't think he did. He doesn't say anything about it-just talked about Virginia. NightinGail777: .....and the cause. JaMarieHickey: Oh...I thought he did. NightinGail777: I haven't heard it yet. Maybe Odyssey cut that out too. JaMarieHickey: Maybe....I could just be imagining though. NightinGail777: Could be. Sam is setting up a trap now at the bank...I really think they should have kept him on in the second season. JaMarieHickey: I agree NightinGail777: Lou just takes her time when she comes in to tell Sam about Jed.
JaMarieHickey: I know. I wasn't surprised that she wanted to be the one to tell Kid though.
NightinGail777: It was so hard on Sam when he had to ask the riders to help him.
NightinGail777: I wasn't either-I guess she thought it would be better coming from her. JaMarieHickey: I know. I felt bad for him. Probably was. NightinGail777: He takes it hard though. JaMarieHickey: Yeah. Poor Kid NightinGail777: Sam thought that he might warn Jed but Jimmy says no-he won't.
JaMarieHickey: Kid wouldn't do that. NightinGail777: He does ask Jed to leave-Jed knows that something is wrong...but doesn't know what.
JaMarieHickey: I know. Too bad he didn't know what was coming. NightinGail777: Oh man-you know the deputy that I liked from the last ep-he didn't die-he is in this ep. JaMarieHickey: Oh yeah! I noticed that. I'm glad he didn't die. NightinGail777: There is just not enough Jimmy in this ep-I want my Jimmy, I want my Jimmy!!! JaMarieHickey: Hold on...he's gotta kill Jed so he'll be on shortly. NightinGail777: OK-there he is...peeking around the corner and all the rest of em.
NightinGail777: Now they are having the shoot out.
JaMarieHickey: Do you think Jed would've killed Kid? NightinGail777: I think he would've shot him-I don't think he would have killed him though. JaMarieHickey: He did shoot him. I think he might've killed him. I think he loved his brother, but he would've done whatever he had to for the cause. NightinGail777: Now Jed is running in the barn and there goes Kid.....boy is he mad-I can't blame him though.
JaMarieHickey: Me either. NightinGail777: He did shoot Kid in the arm....but I think he would have shot him in the leg or something.....Jimmy feels so bad for having to shoot him.
JaMarieHickey: He does, but he had to do it. NightinGail777: It is so sad.
JaMarieHickey: I know. Poor Kid. He just found his brother and now he's dead. NightinGail777: That was all for his family wasn't it? JaMarieHickey: Yup NightinGail777: Well-that's another ep done. What is the next one-isn't it another Kid ep? JaMarieHickey: Sure is! It's Good Day to Die. JaMarieHickey: I really like that one!! NightinGail777: Oh yeah-I like that one-it's got Curley. JaMarieHickey: Yup. Besides, you can't have too many Kid eps!! :) NightinGail777: Oh I disagree-you can have too many-now Jimmy on the other hand is a different story.
