I wrote that on the cover of a little lime-colored notebook. It was one of those 4 by 5 inch notebooks (13 by 10 centimeters if you use the metric system) with "attitude" writted down the side, and it originally had 200 sheets of paper, but by the time it became the Insanity Book it probably had about 187 sheets. Anyway, that was the book that I nonchalantly passed to my friends and let them read. This is what they wrote...
