Common Courtesies: A business is not much different than an individual, because it is made up of individuals. I think that the behavior of the business as a whole reflects the qualities of the people who own it. So if I say that I'm going to be at your house on Monday, then I will be there or I will have the courtesy to call you in advance. Here are a few of the courtesies I believe to be important:
- I arrive on the day I say I will arrive, whether for an estimate or for work.
- I treat you and your house or business with respect.
- If plans have to be changed, I notify you as far in advance as possible.
- I clean up after myself.
- I help you to save money whenever that can be done without sacrificing quality.
- I do quality work.
- I come back and fix it if your not satisfied.
- I do not have hidden charges or surprises on your final bill.
- I do not share our mailing list with anyone else.

I will try to find someone I trust who can.

FYI
I
can come to your home to do a large job or a small job. I also can do
punch lists. Whenever you have a new list of items to do, some have called
it a "honey-do list that honey doesn't-do", call me. I can set up an
estimate or I can just schedule you in and work hourly. I can even come to
just hang a picture. Please don't be afraid to ask. Oh, by the way I have
never heard of a foolish question.
