"Captain's Log, Stardate 78636. This day has been very uneventful, somewhat unusual for Voyager. But I have a feeling that things will be getting interesting soon."

Captain Kathryn Janeway finished recording her log and looked up, taking in the Bridge around her. She couldn't help but feel that something was about to happen.

"Are you okay?" her first officer, Commander Chakotay, asked.

"Fine." Janeway replied: "But I just get the feeling that something is out of step. I can't for the life of me figure it out."

"Maybe you should have The Doctor take a look at you." Chakotay suggested.

"Perhaps I will." Janeway said and got up. Just as she was about to leave the Bridge, Voyager was rocked suddenly. "What was that?!"

"I don't know." Lieutenant Tom Paris, who was sitting at the helm, replied: "Whatever it was, it seemed to come out of nowhere."

"Captain, I may have an explanation." Commander Tuvok said from his post at Tactical: "Apparently we have been boarded. I am detecting three life forms in your Ready Room. They appear to be human females."

"Well why don't we welcome our unexpected guests." Janeway said and nodded to Tuvok. Drawing his phaser, Tuvok took up position beside the captain. Cautiously, the two of them entered the Ready Room. Standing there were three human women. All were dark haired and appeared to be in their mid to late twenties. "Who are you?" Janeway barked: "What are you doing on my ship?"

"Your ship?" The oldest of the newcomers asked and then turned to one of the others: "Well, Pheebs, you've really done it this time!"

"Lighten up, Prue." said Piper.

"Well you can relax if you want to, Piper, but when she said "ship" I don't think she was referring to a boat." said Prue.

"Excuse me, ladies." said the Captain: "I think you have some explaining to do. I will ask you again. What are you doing on my ship?"

"Well." said Phoebe: "You might help us answer that question if you could fill us in on where we are."

"I'll ask the questions for now." Janeway said

"Okay, first I want you to know that we come in peace so you can put those gun things away. I'm not really sure if we can explain why we're here. It's a little complicated and I don't think we really know ourselves." stammered Phoebe. Unfortunately none of the people staring at them seemed to take comfort in Phoebe's speech. If anything they looked more on edge.

"I've had enough of this." said Piper as she suddenly brought up her hands. To her great relief, everyone and everything in the room froze.

"Are you crazy, Piper?" yelled Prue. "We are on a spaceship in some unknown galaxy and you decide to test out your magic. Some of these people aren't even human."

"Well I don't think they were going to let us go have a private discussion without answering some questions." Piper replied, defensively: "We need to figure out what's going on here without worrying about explanations."

"You're right, Piper. Sorry I snapped."

"Okay, let's figure this out." said Phoebe. "We were trying to bring Levatra to us by using a time travel spell, but it obviously sent us through time instead. The question is were we sent to him or was this just a mistake? Is he somewhere on this ship?"

"He also could have come and gone." said Piper. "Maybe he brought us here for a reason. Witches have never been real popular throughout history. It could be that he led us into a trap. With his power of instant time travel we are never going to be able to catch him by bouncing around through time. We need to make sure he's not here and figure out how to get home." Piper waved her hands and unfroze Janeway and Tuvok.

"Okay, here's the story." Prue said: "My name is Prue Halliwell, and these are my sisters, Piper and Phoebe. We come from San Francisco, United States, planet Earth, in the year 2000. Right now we are not really sure just how we ended up here."

"You do sound sincere." Janeway said: "I guess I will be honest with you. My name is Kathryn Janeway, and this is Commander Tuvok, my Security Officer. This is my ship, the USS Voyager. You are in the Delta Quadrant of the Milky Way and the year is 2376. Now maybe you can answer a few questions I have." Janeway said as she folded her arms: "First of all, just how did you get here. 21st Century Americans just don't go travelling around through time and space everyday."

"Well I guess there is no way to explain this rather than tell the truth." Prue said: "We're witches."

"You're what?" Janeway asked with disbelief.

"We're witches." Prue repeated: "I have the powers of telekinesis and astral projection. Phoebe can see visions of the past and future, as well as levitate, and Piper can freeze time. Let us show you." The sisters gave a quick demonstration of their powers.

"This is incredible." an astonished Janeway said: "I don't understand, Earth history has no records of beings like you."

"We witches have kept our existence a secret for most of history. People always tended to fear and kill what they didn't understand." Phoebe said.

"Well that won't happen here." Janeway said: "Humanity has grown a great deal in the three hundred and seventy-six years since your time. We no longer fear the unknown, rather we explore it. I promise we'll try to make you as comfortable possible here."

"Thanks." said Piper.

"First I think we'll have The Doctor check the three of you over."

Soon after, Janeway and Tuvok led the Halliwells into Sickbay. "Computer, activate Emergency Medical Hologram." Janeway said.

"Please state the nature of the medical emergency." The Doctor said as he appeared.

"Whoa!" Phoebe said: "Is he some kind of 24th Century witch?"

"I beg your pardon? Who are you three?" the puzzled Doctor asked.

"I'll explain later." Janeway said: "I want you to give them a full check up, Doctor. Then I want to meet the senior staff, plus our three guests here, in the Mess Hall at 14:00 hours." Janeway considered and then added: "That's 2 o'clock in the afternoon."

"Yeah, we know military time." Prue said.

"Very well." Janeway commented. "Mr. Tuvok perhaps we should have a staff meeting. Notify the senior staff."

"Yes, captain." Tuvok said. He and Janeway then left Sickbay.

"So, you appeared out of thin air." Phoebe said. "Are you an astral projection?"

"I beg your pardon?" The Doctor asked. "I'm a holographic projection." He picked up a tricorder and motioned to one of the beds. "Please, if each of you would have a seat."

"Wait, you just picked that up." Prue said. "Holograms can't pick stuff up."

"I really don't have time to go into the details of my program." The Doctor said. "Just please sit still while I examine you." He approached Piper who was waiting patiently. He held the tricorder scanner and passed along her body. She stared at him confused. "What are you doing?" Piper asked.

"I'm scanning you for disease." The Doctor said.

"You're kidding." Phoebe said, watching this so-called physical examination.

"If you had talked to any of the crew about me you would know that my sense of humour is limited." The Doctor said. He looked at his tricorder then, puzzled. "Odd. You're carrying the influenza virus."

"Well, yeah, I've been a little congested lately." Piper said.

"But the influenza virus was cured in 2096." The Doctor said. He went over to a counter, picked up a hypospray and returned to Piper. He started to reach for her arm when she pulled back. "What's that?" she asked, worried about what this weird doctor from the future was going to do to her.

"It's a hypospray." he said, visibly annoyed by this woman's ignorance of basic medical equipment.

"Huh?" Prue asked.

"Just give me your arm." The Doctor said. "I promise you, I'm only here to help you." Piper relented and he gave her the hypospray. "All right, that should take effect in ten minutes. Otherwise, you have a clean bill of health."

"Wow, that's the fastest physical I've ever seen." Phoebe said. "You didn't even have to pee in a cup."

"Excuse me?" The Doctor said, curious about Phoebe's comment.

"Never mind." Phoebe replied. Prue and Piper snickered as the Doctor continued the examinations.

A short time later as The Doctor was continuing with his examination, the door opened and Seven of Nine entered, carrying a data pad. "Here are the lyrics for that new opera you asked for." Seven said as she handed the padd to The Doctor. Suddenly, Seven noticed that Phoebe was staring at her. "May I ask what you're staring at?" inquired Seven.

"What's with the funny eye wear?" Phoebe asked, pointing to the Borg implants above Seven's left eye.

"That is part of my ocular implant." Seven replied: "I used to be Borg."

"Borg?" Piper asked: "Just who, or what, is a Borg?"

"You do not know of the Borg?" Seven asked: "Curious."

"We're not from around here." Phoebe said: "In fact, we're a long way from home."

"Explain."

"Okay." Phoebe said: "Well it's this way...."

At that time, Janeway was having a conference with the rest of her senior staff in the Conference Room. "Witches?" Harry Kim asked with astonishment: "That's crazy! There is no such thing as witches!"

"That's what people on Earth would have said about aliens from other worlds, a thousand years ago." Tom Paris replied: "Yet, we have proven that aliens exist, so why not witches."

"Witches are mentioned in Klingon legends." Chief Engineer B'Elanna Torres said: "Apparently they fought a good many Klingon demons. Maybe human history had something similar."

"Magic did play a good part in the beliefs of my ancestors." Chakotay added: "I think we should give these young women the benefit of the doubt, for now at least."

"They have demonstrated remarkable powers." Tuvok said, "Which cannot be easily explained."

"Thank you all for your input." Janeway said: "We will give these three ladies the benefit of the doubt for now. But I want Security to keep a twenty-four hour monitor on them at all times."

"A wise precaution, Captain." Tuvok said

"Right." Janeway said and then tapped her comm badge: "Janeway to Sickbay."

"Sickbay here." The Doctor's voice replied.

"How are our three guests?"

"In perfect health, more or less. They just finished telling Seven and me this incredible story about being witches from the past and...."

"I've already heard it." Janeway said: "I want you and Seven to escort our guests to the Mess Hall. The rest of us will meet you there."

"Will do. Sickbay out." the channel closed.

"Let's go." Janeway said and everyone got up and left the room.

"This is so cool!" Phoebe said as the Halliwells, accompanied by the Doctor and Seven, walked down the corridor. "Doctors that appear out of nowhere, painless medical examinations, a ship this huge. If this is the future, I think I could like it here!"

"Don't get to attached, Pheebs." Prue said: "We have to try and get back to our own time and find that warlock."

"Aw, you never let me have any fun." Phoebe grumbled.

When they entered the Mess Hall, all three of the sisters scrunched up their noses. "Woah." Piper said. "Whatever's cooking has WAY too much garlic."

"Mr. Neelix's cooking is either hated or loved by the crew." Seven of Nine said. "I find it satisfactory. Although, I prefer less spices."

"You can say that again." Piper commented. "Who is this guy, Mr. Neelix." Almost on cue, Neelix stepped out from the kitchen. Because it was between meals, he was the only other person in the Mess Hall. The sisters stared at him. He was much different than anyone they had ever seen with the spots and the long Mohawk type hair. "Well, we have visitors!" he said in his typical cheerful way. "Seven, are you going to introduce me to our guests?"

"Mr. Neelix, these are the Halliwells. They are from the year 2000, from Earth to be precise." Seven said.

"I'm Phoebe" she said as she extended her hand to Neelix, being the most outgoing of the three. She and Neelix shook hands.

"And you are?" he asked the other two.

"I'm Piper. This is Prue." Piper said. She and Prue shook Neelix's hand. "Um, what are you cooking. It smells like you were just a bit liberal with the garlic."

"I'm making Arkelian stew. Quite the delicacy on Talax." Neelix said. "We found the essential ingredients on the last moon that we visited. Are you a chef?"

"Uh, yeah, but I've never heard of Arkelian stew." Piper said.

"It's quite delicious." Neelix said. "Would you like to try some?" Neelix started to head back to the kitchen.

"Uh, no thank you, Mr. Neelix." Piper said, a little too abruptly. She compensated. "I'm not really all that hungry right now."

"Please, just call me Neelix. Mr. Neelix is so formal." he said. "Only Tuvok, Seven, and Captain Janeway call me Mr. Neelix."

"All right, then, Neelix." Prue said, with a smile. "Thank you for offering the stew."

"Not at all." Neelix said. "If you three need anything, don't hesitate to ask old Neelix. I'm the man you want to see." Then the senior officers entered the Mess Hall. For a moment the two groups just stood and stared at each other. Captain Janeway motioned to a larger table and everyone sat around it, with the sisters sitting together and everyone else sitting at other places at the table. Neelix started to head back to the kitchen. "Mr. Neelix." Janeway said. "You're welcome to join us, if you're not to busy with dinner."

"No, Captain, not at all." Neelix said, removing his apron and returning to join the group. "The stew has to simmer for an hour." Phoebe looked over to Tom Paris, who was sitting to her left. He smiled at her and she smiled back.

"Hi, I'm Tom Paris." he said with his typical suave grin. Phoebe smiled at him.

"I'm Phoebe Halliwell." she said. All at the same time B'Elanna, Harry, Prue, and Piper said: "Oh, please!" Phoebe and Tom were drawn away from each other's gaze. Tom got defensive. "What?" he asked.

"Watch it with Tom." B'Elanna warned Phoebe with a smirk. "He's the biggest womanizer on the ship." Prue, Piper, and Phoebe laughed.

"I am not!" Tom said defensively.

"Right." Harry said with a laugh. "I can't think of a woman on this ship that you haven't tried to seduce."

"That is not true!" Tom said.

"People." Janeway said, interrupting the discussion. "As interesting as Mr. Paris' exploits are, I think we have other matters to discuss."

"He has not tried to seduce me." Seven said in her matter of fact tone, neither disappointed or joking, just stating the facts. Everyone let a snicker escape, aside from Tuvok and Seven who were not capable of it. Finally, Janeway brought the discussion back on track. "So, tell us, what were you trying to do before you came here to the future?" she asked the Halliwells.

"Well, as we told you before, we are witches from the year 2000." Prue said. "To be more specific we are the Charmed Ones. The combination of our magic, the Power of Three, is very strong. Our work is to protect innocents from evil. Unfortunately it makes us the main target for all the warlocks and demons associated with the dark side. They seek us out and try to destroy us."

"Interesting." said Captain Janeway. "I hardly think of those of us on the ship as being innocents in need of protection. There must be some other reason you are here."

"That would be Phoebe's doing". said Piper as all eyes in the room turned in her direction.

"Correction, that would be the power of three at work." said Phoebe defensively. "You see we have a book of spells that have been written through history by our ancestors. It's called the Book Of Shadows. We use these spells to vanquish demons and warlocks. Sometimes I write the spells we use if we can't find exactly what we need. I wrote the spell that brought us here, but we said it together."

"That doesn't matter right now." said Piper. "Our intention when chanting the spell was to bring Levatra, a warlock who has been trying to mess with Earth's history to us. He has the power of time travel. Unfortunately the spell seems to have sent us through time instead. It is possible that our spell sent us here for a reason. Have there been any other visitors to your ship?" As if on cue there was another bump against the ship.

"It seem as though we might have another visitor." said Captain Janeway. "Okay, let's get back to our stations." Janeway said as she and the senior staff stood up. Just before she left the room, the captain turned to the Halliwells. "I want you three to stay here with The Doctor and Neelix for now."

"But...." Phoebe began.

"That's an order!" Janeway barked. "I don't know how things work back where you come from, but here on Voyager, I'm in command!" Then in a somewhat lower tone, she added: "We'll call you if we need your help."

"Okay." Prue said: "We'll just wait here like you ordered us to." The Halliwells watched as Janeway and her crew left the room.

"Do you think they can handle Levatra?" Piper asked.

"To tell you the truth, Piper, I don't really know." Prue said: "But these people are clearly not the weak and helpless humans Levatra is used to dealing with. I think they may have a few surprises for him."

With confidence, Janeway led her crew onto the Bridge. "Report." she said, once everyone had taken their respective stations.

"Some kind of energy wave did hit us." Harry Kim said from Ops. "It's almost identical to the one the Halliwells arrived in."

"I am detecting an intruder on Deck 11, Section 5." Tuvok said from Tactical: "It appears to be human, but readings are erratic."

"Looks as if that warlock the Halliwells are after has arrived." Chakotay commented.

"Take a Security team down there and investigate." Janeway ordered Tuvok.

"On my way." Tuvok said and headed off the Bridge.

Levatra paused and looked around. "The Halliwells are here somewhere, I can feel it." the warlock commented. He knew he had to be careful, for the 24th Century was beyond the influence of the Source, so he (Levatra) was totally on his own. "Doesn't matter." the warlock said to himself: "I'll have the element of surprise on my side." Slowly he began to sneak down the corridor. He had turned a corner when suddenly he came face-to-face with Tuvok and his Security team.

"Stay right where you are." Tuvok commanded in a stern voice.

"Hah! What can you puny humans do to me!" Levatra declared.

"I am not human, I am Vulcan." Tuvok stated in matter-of-fact voice: "And I am prepared to use force to stop you if necessary."

"Bring it on." sneered Levatra and started forward.

"Fire!" Tuvok commanded and he and his Security team opened fire, their phaser rifles set on heavy stun.

"Ugggggghhhh!!" Levatra grunted as the phaser beams struck him point blank and hurled him to the deck. In all his time as a warlock, he had never felt force such as this, clearly the people of this time were more advanced than he had given them credit for. Deciding that retreat was the best option for now, Levatra vanished.

"Tuvok to Janeway." the Vulcan said as he tapped his comm badge.

"Janeway here, go ahead." the captain's voice replied.

"It seems that the Halliwells enemy did pay us a visitation, but we appear to have driven him off. However, I doubt we have seen the last of him."

A short while later, Janeway and her crew returned to the Mess Hall to meet once again with their visitors. "Well ladies, your warlock did indeed make a visit to my ship." said Janeway. "He was quite sure of himself until he felt the strength of our fire power."

"While you were gone we had a discussion about our situation and the danger it could put you in." Prue said. "Granted you can hurt Levatra with your phaser guns, but he could harm some of you on this ship in a way you probably haven't even thought of. He could change the course of history for all the humans who have worked on or do work on this ship. He could also destroy the relationships between all the alien worlds by going back in time to alter the way peace has been achieved."

"There is no way we are going to be responsible for the collapse of everything humanity has built up over the last few centuries." said Phoebe. "We have enough to worry about just trying to do our job in our own time. That is something not even my sisters are going to blame on me! We have decided to repeat the spell and return home. It has been a very enlightening trip, but we must get home to our Book Of Shadows and our potion ingredients."

"You are saying that you actually make some type of potion to help you rid yourself of these warlocks?" asked Neelix. "I would very much like to learn about these. One never knows when something unusual can come in handy. Captain Janeway would you consider allowing me to accompany the Halliwells home to gain first hand knowledge of these things?"

"Well...I don't know if..." Piper began to say.

"Please?!" Neelix begged. "It would be the world to me."

"Well, if it's okay with Captain Janeway, then it's okay with us." Prue said, Piper and Phoebe nodding in agreement. Neelix fixated his hopeful eyes on Janeway. "Well?" He asked. Janeway just stared. "Oh, okay!" She smiled. "Don't be gone for too long, we do need a cook..." she trailed off.

"Oh no problem!!! I'll just cook a few meals really quick so all you have to do is heat 'em up!" He responded cheerfully. Janeway smiled gratefully at the cook.

A young lady stood by the door watching this conversation, smiling. "Levatra will be pleased with this information." She straightened her uniform and walked away.

A few hours later, the sisters stood together with Neelix, in the Mess Hall, ready to leave. Although the rest of the senior staff had returned to the Bridge, Janeway had stayed behind. The Halliwells were ready to recite the spell but the lights flickered and the ship started shake violently. The sisters finished the spell and nothing happened. "What's going on?!" Janeway barked as she contacted the Bridge.

"There is some kind of shield around the ship." Harry Kim's voice replied.

"A what?" Piper asked exasperated.

"Shield." Harry repeated. "No one can get in and no one can get out. Except for the person who put this up of course. And the computers show it was someone on THIS ship."

"Find out who it was!" Janeway yelled.

"On it! Kim out!" Harry said and the channel closed.

"I'll be back in a while." Janeway said to the Halliwells and left the room.

"Pheebs, walk with me." Prue said, with a look in her eyes.

"Huh?" Phoebe asked. Then she saw the look and said "Ohhh, okay."

"Hey! I wanna walk with you too..." Piper said, trailing off as she eyed a blue alien with 5 eyes run pass her. She jogged, catching up with her sisters, as they left the Mess Hall.

"Phoebe, is there anyway you can write a spell that would let me astrally project somewhere and bring something with me?" Prue inquired.

"Oh yeah!" Phoebe said a bit too quickly. "It's pretty basic. Why?"

"Something tells me that Levatra is behind this betrayal to the people of Voyager" Prue said with a thoughtful look on her face.

"Oh, okay." Phoebe said.

About an hour later she had a spell that worked perfectly. "So, Prue...what exactly are we doing here?" Piper asked suspiciously. They had returned to the Mess Hall to cast the spell.

"We need the Book of Shadows, Piper." Prue said flatly. Phoebe gasped as the realization dawned upon her. "No! Prue, you're going to project yourself to the 20th Century aren't you?!"

"She's going to what?!" Piper's shrill voice yelled.

"To help the ones who need it/Let my projection transport objects/With this candle that is lit/I shall now project" Prue chanted quickly, lighting the candle and before Piper and Phoebe could say anything, she projected herself.

"This could kill her!" Phoebe exclaimed, watching Prue's still body. Piper just stood there, not saying a thing.

Prue travelled through time and space. She landed with a thump in their attic. I did it! She thought excitedly. She ran over to the lectern and grabbed the Book. She was about to return when she saw the cabinet door open, showing the potions and supplies. She grabbed Phoebe's book bag and dumped the contents out and threw the supplies in it. 'Okay, let's rock 'n' roll." She thought, thinking about returning her projection to her body.

Back on Voyager, a binding light appeared in front of the sisters, where Prue was.

"Prue!" Piper yelled, wind whipping her long hair up as she covered her eyes. The light died down revealing an alert Prue with the Book and Phoebe's bag.

"You never listen to us do you?" Phoebe said, happy her eldest sister was safe, she peeked in her bag and was happy to see potions in there.

Soon after, Janeway strolled into the room. "We've located the betrayer." She said sternly. She activated a padd and they saw a picture of young lady with brown hair reaching her shoulders. "Her name is Patty Wyatt, she is crew person her-" She cut herself off after seeing Piper turning pale. "Is there something wrong?" She asked, concerned.

"Pa-Patty Wyatt?" Piper stammered in disbelief.

"Named after mom... Leo's last name..." Phoebe started.

"That's your great-great-great and so on, granddaughter...the betrayer..." Prue trailed off, watching the beginning of tears erupt from Piper.

Later, the Halliwells met with Captain Janeway and Chakotay in the Captain's Ready Room. "I've used the Book of Shadows to remove the shield around the ship." Prue said: "Now let's talk about Patty Wyatt."

"I think I should go first." Chakotay said: "Patty was originally part of my crew, in the Maquis. She had always been bitter that she was kicked out of Starfleet Academy, because of discipline problems."

"I just finished reading her records." Janeway added: "Apparently all Patty wanted to be was a Starfleet officer, like her two older sisters, Penny and Phoebe."

"Looks like some family names never die." Phoebe said: "Patty's sisters have the same names as me and our grandmother, Penny Halliwell." she added, for Janeway and Chakotay's benefit.

"At least some of my descendants turned out okay." Piper commented.

"Right." Chakotay continued: "When Patty got kicked out of the Academy, she joined the Maquis. She wanted to belong to something, and if Starfleet wouldn't take her, then the Maquis would serve just as well. When we joined Captain Janeway's crew, Patty seemed to fit in, but she was always quiet and withdrawn."

"So why would she betray everyone on this ship?" Janeway asked.

"Why don't we go ask her?" Prue suggested.

"I'll just leave the Book of Shadows and potions here in the Ready Room, if that's okay." Phoebe said.

"That's fine with me." Janeway replied: "Let's go."

Patty Wyatt had been confined to the brig and was still there when Janeway, Chakotay, and the Halliwells arrived. "What am I going to do with you?" Janeway said to the bitter young woman.

"Do as you will." Patty said dejectedly: "It doesn't matter now. He lied to me!"

"Who?" Prue asked.

"Levatra! He said if I helped him, he would be able to get me into Starfleet, but he has left me here. He lied!"

"Patty, listen to me." Piper said: "Warlocks NEVER tell the truth, they always lie to get what they want. Levatra saw that you wanted something badly, and he took advantage of it."

"I just want to serve Starfleet." Patty said: "I remember all the times at home, reading the letters Penny and Phoebe sent about all the adventures they were having! I just wanted to be part of it. I tried the Academy, but apparently I didn't mix well with authority."

"Tell me about it." Phoebe commented and winced as Prue jabbed her in the ribs.

"Listen, Patty, I have an idea. How would you like to get back at Levatra?"

"How?" Patty asked.

"Listen" Prue said: "I've got an idea...."

"Really?" Patty asked. "I don't want to hear it!" She flung her hands up and froze Janeway and Chakotay. After using her powers to deactivate the brig force field, Patty served a side kick to Piper sending her across the room. She astrally projected behind Prue and then used her telekinesis to send Prue over by Piper. Quickly returning to her body, she used the help of her telekinesis to give Phoebe an uppercut, sending her flying into the frozen officers. Patty then ran out of the room.

"No fair. She gets to use her powers in astral mode, and I don't?" Prue complained, getting up. All three Halliwells looked stunned. "She is one powerful witch." Piper said. "Let me see if I can unfreeze everyone."

"What happened and where is Patty?" a confused Janeway asked.

"It appears that she is deeply committed to helping Levatra" said Prue. "She used her magic to freeze you and to kick our butts. Now she is hiding somewhere on this ship."

"What is this?" asked Phoebe as she bent down to pick up Patty's comm badge from the floor. The moment her fingers touched the metal, images rushed into her head. She saw Patty and Levatra embracing.

"What is it, Pheebs?" asked Prue.

"It seems that Patty is not only working for Levatra but that she has fallen in love with him too." This information left Phoebe visibly shaken. "If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that warlocks and demons lie. Never trust them and never ever love them. This is war sisters. I will not have that girl go through what I did. We have to find her and convince her to let us destroy him."

"Captain Janeway, is there a way that we can locate them on a ship this size?" asked Piper.

"Certainly" said Janeway speaking into her badge she began to give commands. "I want every single crew member to report to the Mess Hall at once. Tuvok turn on the ship sensors and put up a shield to prevent anyone from leaving." Janeway finished giver her commands and tuned back to the Halliwells: "Don't worry, ladies, the sensors will locate their position right away. They will be the only ones moving inside the ship."

Patty ran onto the Bridge and froze everyone in it. She then went into Janeway's Ready Room, and grabbed the Book of Shadows and the bag of potions and ran out. Once she was hidden in a little used supply airlock on Deck Two, she closed her eyes and concentrated. Soon, Levatra shimmered out of Patty's body and appeared in front of her. "Nice work darling." he said huskily.

"Oh Levatra." She half moaned. She kissed him full on the lips.

"Is this the Book of Shadows?" Levatra asked.

"Yes it is, my darling." Patty said as she handed him the Book: "Now how about your part of the promise. You said you would take me back to Earth, and get me into Starfleet."

"Right." Levatra said: "However, first I need to confirm something. This small room is what they call an airlock, right?"

"Yes." Patty said: "Why do you ask?"

"Oh, no reason." Levatra said just before he suddenly stabbed his hand down on the airlock controls. In seconds, the hatch blew and Patty, with a look of astonishment and betrayal on her face, was sucked out into space.

"Stupid humans!" Levatra, who was unaffected by the loss of air because he was a warlock, chuckled. "No matter what century they live in, you'll always find a sucker." With that, the evil warlock vanished, taking the Book of Shadows with him.

Back on the Bridge, everyone had unfrozen the instant Patty died. Tom Paris looked around in confusion. "What happened?" he asked: "I remember the captain ordering everyone to report to the Mess Hall, then everything goes blank."

"I have a feeling that witchcraft is involved in this incident." Tuvok replied from Tactical. Suddenly, his console began to beep. Tuvok looked down at it made a single comment: "Curious."

Soon after, back in the brig, the comm system sounded: "Tuvok to Janeway!"

"Janeway here." the captain replied.

"Someone blew out the supply airlock on Deck Two. I think someone was in there when it happened."

"Who was it?" Chakotay asked, thinking he already knew the answer.

"Patty Wyatt." Tuvok replied.

"Get a transporter lock on her!" Janeway commanded: "Beam her directly to Sickbay! Chakotay, the Halliwells, and I are headed there now!"

The little group charged into Sickbay, only to be met by The Doctor, who had grim look on his face. "I'm sorry." he said slowly: "There was nothing I could do to save her." he indicated a nearby bio bed, on which rested a covered body.

"Damn!" Piper said: "He used her, he used her and then he killed her! I know she betrayed us, but she was family, and I swear that warlock is gonna PAY for this!"

"What are we going to do?" Prue said.

"This might be a long shot..." Phoebe started. "And I sure as hell don't want to do this, but..." She walked over to the corpse and touched her cold body. She was instantly overcome with a premonition. Levatra, sneaking behind Prue, possessing her, Prue killing off everyone in the ship, then Levatra killing her... "Oooh my God! Levatra is going to possess Prue, kill everyone on this ship and then kill her!" Phoebe all but shouted hysterically.

Piper rushed over and hugged her sister. "Calm down, Phoebe! We need to keep cool." She said, stroking Phoebe's hair. "Now do you know where we were?"

"Yeah, we were right her-" Phoebe looked at Prue and saw Levatra sneaking up behind her. "Prue! BEHIND YOU!" Phoebe yelled. Prue spun quickly and flung Levatra into a wall. Piper froze him as he got up. Phoebe ran at him and then threw herself upwards, levitating. She gently touched Levatra's head and got yet another premonition. Once she came out of it, she floated down and said: "He stashed the BOS and ingredients in Patty's quarters."

"I'll get Harry Kim to show you the way to her quarters." Janeway said and summoned Kim. Soon Harry arrived: "Harry, please show the Halliwells the way to Patty Wyatt's quarters." Janeway said.

"Yes, ma'am!" Harry replied

"Let's go." Prue said. "Piper, you and Janeway stay here! Phoebe and I will get the stuff. After you, Harry!" Janeway was about to say something, but Piper silenced her with a grin. "She's like this all the time, don't worry." Janeway only nodded in agreement.

"Guess I'll head back to the Bridge for now." Chakotay said. Janeway nodded yes and the First Officer headed out of Sickbay.

Fifteen minutes later, the three sisters stood around Levatra. Prue mumbled some Latin and all three of them threw their potions at the warlock, destroying him. "Finally!" Piper said. "Can we go home now?" Everyone had a good laugh at that. They started to leave the room when Piper realized she had forgotten something. "Guys, I left my jacket, I'll be right back." She said, jogging back into Sickbay. She cast a final look at Patty and sorrow overcame her. "Sorry, Patty. Rest in peace." She said, wiping a tear away. She turned around, ready to leave, and came face to face with Patty's ghost. "This ain't over yet, grandma." Patty chuckled, jumping into Piper's body. "This ain't over yet." White light shone brightly as the possession took place and everyone turned around to look at the source of light.

"Prue...Piper's in there!" Phoebe yelled.

"Piper!" Prue yelled.

"Would somebody please tell me what is going on here?" The Doctor asked as the Halliwells and Janeway came back into Sickbay.

"What happened? Where's Piper?" Prue.

"I don't know." The Doctor replied: "I had turned my back for a second, and when I turned around again, she was gone."

"Chakotay to Janeway." the voice of the First Officer came through the comm system.

"Janeway here, what is it?"

"There has been an unauthorized launch of a shuttle craft. Do you know who's in it?"

"It must be Piper." Phoebe said: "But why? How would she even know how to fly one of those things?"

"Piper wouldn't, but Patty would." Prue said.

"But she's dead!" The Doctor said, pointing to the body.

"Her mortal body is dead, but I'm afraid we are dealing with a spirit now." Prue said

"Janeway to Bridge, get a tractor beam on that shuttle now!"

In the cockpit of the stolen shuttle craft, Patty/Piper worked the controls. "I've lost everything!" she said bitterly: "The man I loved betrayed me! I lost my life, I lost my career. I will take this body and find some remote planet and never be seen again."

"There is a better way, Patty." a new voice said.

"Wha...." Patty/Piper whirled around to see a young fair haired man standing there: "Who the hell are you?"

"My name is Leo Wyatt." the man replied: "I'm your ancestor, the future husband of the woman your currently possessing."

"You're the white lighter!" Patty/Piper said: "What do you want with me?"

"I've come to tell you that it doesn't have to end like this." Leo said: "You can be given another chance, live a new life. Phoebe was given that chance and now I offer it to you. You will be reborn as a new baby, the slate wiped clean."

"Well...." Patty/Piper considered: "I guess I did make a mess of things in this life, maybe I can do better next time. Okay, Leo, I accept your offer."

"Okay." Leo said and waved his hands, which glowed briefly. The spirit of Patty Wyatt rose out of Piper and disappeared.

"Leo?" Piper said, confusion in her voice: "Where am I? How did you get here?"

"It's a long story, Piper. First of all, take my hand."

Janeway and the others were still in Sickbay when Chakotay's call came in: "We have a tractor beam on the shuttle and are towing it in, but the life sign on board has disappeared."

"What?" Janeway said and was about to comment further, when Piper and Leo orbed in. After a few seconds of staring at Leo, Janeway asked: "Who is this?"

"Captain Janeway, meet Leo Wyatt, my boyfriend." Piper replied: "Also our guardian angel."

"Guardian angels, witches, warlocks, what's next?!" The Doctor muttered, taking a seat.

"Piper! Are you okay?!" Prue and Phoebe asked, crowding their sister.

"I'm fine! I'm fine!" Piper said, trying to get a gasp of air.

"You don't have to worry about the spirit of Patty Wyatt anymore." Leo said and went on to explain his offer to Patty and her acceptance of said offer.

"Good, maybe she'll turn out better next time." Phoebe commented: "I certainly did." Pheebs saw the looks on Prue and Piper's faces and said: "Don't say a word!" The Halliwells had a small chuckle over this. Suddenly wind began whipping all around them. "You jinxed us Piper!" Phoebe yelled.

"Oh, now it's my fault?!" Piper screamed back. A white binding light appeared.

"Oh my God." Prue muttered. "Phoebe remember when you said we were not going to be responsible for the destruction of the future? I'm afraid that we just might have gone and done it!"

"Will someone please tell me what's going on." Janeway yelled. "Security, is the ship secure? Have the sensors detected another intruder?" The light became blinding and the wind was whirling about at an incredible speed.

"Relax everyone." said Leo: "It's Them, my bosses. Apparently they are a little upset by today's events. They want me to get the Halliwells back home. They have added enough excitement to the 24th century. I can't transport you all, so Phoebe is going to have to write a spell. No offense, Phoebe, but Piper is going to come directly with me. No more possessions and time travel, I want you all safe."

"But.." Piper began to say.

"I mean it " said Leo. "This time I won't take no for an answer."

"We are certainly sad to see you go." Janeway said. "Perhaps some of my crew should go with you to learn more about this secret side of Earth's history."

"I'm sorry, but I can't allow that." Leo replied: "You and you crew do not belong in the past, just like the Halliwells don't belong here. Everyone must be returned to their proper times."

"Didn't hurt to ask." Janeway said, shrugging her shoulders.

"Phoebe, please open the Book of Shadows to the third page from the last, the spell there should get you and Prue back."

"Right." Phoebe said and opened the BOS to said page. "Here it is. Prue if you will." Prue and Phoebe chanted the spell, while Piper and Leo faded away.

"We Halliwells say this spell,
here in the folds of time's well.
In a verse like a song,
return us now to where we belong."

The light flashed even brighter, and when it vanished, Leo and the Halliwells had vanished with it. Janeway and The Doctor were alone in Sickbay. "I guess that's it then." The Doctor said.

"Yes." Janeway said: "I guess it is."

"Captain's Log, Supplemental: It has been just over twenty-four hours since the departure of the Halliwells, and I don't think we'll be forgetting this adventure anytime soon."

Janeway and the senior staff were gathered in the Mess Hall, talking about their recent adventure. "I wonder if they made it back." Tom Paris said.

"They made it." Janeway said: "I did some digging in the computer. The Halliwell clan is alive and well, some of them still live in their house in San Francisco to this day."

"Well here's to them!" Tom said and raised his glass of ale: "The Halliwells."

"The Halliwells." everyone repeated and they continued to talk well into the night, about the Halliwells, about what adventures lay ahead for them. Finally, Captain Janeway spoke up: "When we get back to Earth, I intend to go visit the descendants of the Halliwell sisters. I think they should know how their ancestors helped save Voyager." Janeway smiled as everyone at the table nodded in agreement.

BACK IN 2000

"It's great to be home." Phoebe said to Prue as the two of them sat in the kitchen of Halliwell Manor.

"It sure is." Prue replied: "But I'm going to miss Captain Janeway and her crew. I wonder what adventures lie ahead for them."

"Who knows." Phoebe commented and looked around: "Where's Piper?"

"She's up in the attic with Leo." Prue said with a smile: "I think they would like to be alone for a while!" With that comment, Prue winked at Phoebe.

Leo and Piper were snuggled together in the attic. "Wow, Leo." Piper said: "I never saw you assert yourself like you did back on Voyager."

"I'm sorry if I offended you, Piper." Leo said: "But...." he got no further as Piper placed a finger on his lips.

"Offended me? Are you kidding! I liked it, you should speak up for yourself more often."

"Okay, I will." Leo said, grinning. The two of them snuggled even closer together, forever in love.
