Jeremy And The Crystal Ball

by Catnip

It was a brisk summer night in San Francisco, and there was a man gazing into a crystal globe.

"Show me what I want to see," the man said aloud.

The globe was like a mirror for a moment or two. Then it came. An image shown brightly in the ball. It resembled a television screen. Three women were sitting at a cast iron table eating gummy bears.

"Ahhh," sighed the man, "Now I know what I want."

All of a sudden the image began to fade slowly, slowly away.

The man moaned as he picked up the globe. "With this globe, I will be unstoppable." With that he stuffed it into one of his many pockets in his coat.

The next day was so wonderful and beautiful.

"Piper, do I have to do the dishes all the time?" asked a girl that was about 5'5" with black hair and hazel eyes.

"Well, Prue, as long as you're not working outside of this house then yes, of course." Piper answered. She was about 5'3" with black hair and brown eyes.

"There are times like this that I wished I hadn't quit my job at Bucklands," sighed Prue. "Um, do you need any help at the club?" Prue asked her.

A few minutes passed by in silence. Then another woman walked into the kitchen grabbing a bowl of cereal. She looked to be about 5'4" with brown hair and green eyes.

"Good morning Pheebs," Piper chimed.

"Morning," Phoebe said, "Don't you need to be somewhere, Piper?"

"Oh, my god! Your right!" Piper said as she grabbed her coat. "I'll be at the club. Call me if you need anything." As she was getting her things together, the doorbell rang. "I'll get it," she said while the opened the door. "Dan, hi! What brings you here?"

"Want a ride to work?" Dan asked. He was about 6'1" with sandy hair and blue eyes.

"Sure," Piper told him. They kissed, and then they headed out the door.

After they got there, they embraced and went there separate ways.

Piper went inside.

"Piper, It has been a long time, hasn't it?" then the familiar man appeared.

"Oh, my god! Jeremy?" Piper sounding horrified.

Jeremy was about 5'8" with brown hair and devilish hazel eyes. He reached out to grab her, but Piper froze him.

Piper ran to the phone and called Prue. "Prue, guess what? Jeremy just attacked me."

"How can that be? We vanquished him a year ago." Prue said trebling.

"I'm conferencing Phoebe," Piper said while calling Pheebs.

Then Jeremy unfroze. "Not again Piper, Don't you trust me?"

"Stuff it!" With that, Piper froze him yet again. "Phoebe, you there?" Piper asked.

"AT&T Power Of Three" Phoebe perked.

"Wait wasn't that it? The power of three will set us free?" Prue wondered.

"Okay, now, now, say it," Piper rushed.

"The power of three will set us free, the power of three will set us free," they said continuously.

Jeremy then blew up and vanished.

"Okay, he's gone." Piper exclaimed.

Later that day.

"Today was confusing, but that was odd. How was Jeremy unvanquished?" Piper said.

"They did most likely." Phoebe said pointing at a man that was about 6'0" with brown hair and brown eyes.

"Leo, um, what are you doing here?" Piper asked.

"You want to know?" Leo asked. "They did send Jeremy back to test your powers."

"Oh, Okay." Piper said hugging him.
