It opens in the middle of the night when the Halliwell sisters are asleep. Then suddenly Piper is having a nightmare that someone is trying to kill her and her sisters. The warlock in her dream is just about to stab Piper when she wakes up screaming.

Prue comes in her room followed by Phoebe. Prue asked her what was wrong while Phoebe was trying to comfort her. Piper tells her about the warlock she seen and of how she and her sisters had no powers, she explained to her that she knew the place in her dream it was Buddy's but in the 70's look. Then Prue just told her to go back to sleep and told her it was just a nightmare. Prue and Phoebe left the room and went back to sleep.

Then the next day there was a report on t.v. on where near Buddy's last night there was a person named Noah Halliwell who was almost killed while found sleep walking near Buddy's repeating "the power of three shall set you free" over and over.

Piper looked at the screen and froze in a trance. Prue and Phoebe were so surprised to have herd their last name on t.v. They were beginning to wonder if they had ever had a brother that they hadn't known about. They searched in the book of shadows and found a spell that reveals any unknown secrets about their siblings. Phoebe said it "gives us the power to see our siblings who might of been disappeared in time rings (died or lost) to appear with the whole story, which was hidden in our history.

And a guy appeared in front of them. It was the guy from the t.v. Noah Halliwell. He spoke with the sisters and told them that he thought he was an only child until his father told him he had 3 sisters that were evil and that he could not see ever. He was born a good witch but was turned in to a warlock by mistelling a spell. Even though he was suppose to be good he was not. He has the power of all three sisters but only in double and badly he also had 2 extra powers which were to appear in one witches mind and try to either terrify her to death or drive her insane. That's what he was trying to do to Piper. He had one more which was to disappear.

After the sisters knowing that they had a younger warlock brother the spell was broken. The warlock Noah would not remember but the Halliwell sisters would. They knew who he was but they did not know his powers. They were in the attic trying to think of a plan but is was almost to late. He got into Piper's mind when he made her have a headache who would soon kill her and there was nothing that her sisters could do their powers were impossible.
