We open up at a local high school in S.F. Aviva (from the 'Fourth sister' eps.) passes a note to her best friend Ivy. Aviva and Ivy get caught passing the note and the teacher reads it and it says "Hey Ivy, I know these three sister who have powers just like you." She sends her and Ivy to detention. Ivy isn1t thrilled about being punished so she uses her power to kill her teacher. Ivy has the power to poison an innocent by her eyes.

Meanwhile at the Halliwell manor, Phoebe watches her favorite TV show... until it is interrupted by special report. When she sees the news she sees Aviva and has vision of Piper dying.

Then opening credits go on.

Phoebe calls Prue and tells her what has happened in the school and what she saw in her vision. Prue is stuck at work because Claire has her doing all her odds 'n ends job. So she tells Phoebe to call Piper right away and tell her to go home.

Meanwhile, Ivy's parents have no idea where she could be. She has escaped from home.

At the manor, the doorbells rings and Phoebe goes to open it and is shocked to find out that Aviva is here. Aviva explains to Phoebe that she didn't know that Ivy had that kind of power. "She told me she had the power to move objects. Just like your sister. But she never proved it to me!"

"Aviva, didn't we agree that this would be our little secret?"

Aviva feels really bad for telling Ivy. Both of them go up to the attic and look through the Book of Shadows. They find out that Ivy comes from the Wendigo. Ivy is actually the daughter of The Wendigo and is after the Halliwells because she is seeking revenge for killing her mother. Which was Agent Fallon.

Meanwhile Piper is stuck at traffic she forgets to lock her doors. Then all of a sudden a poor looking girl hops in the front seat and Piper being shocked freezes her. Then she unfreezes and Piper asks her where she lives and if she's poor. Piper decides to bring her along.

Piper comes home with the poor girl and sees Phoebe with Aviva. Aviva recognizes the poor girl and yells to Phoebe and Piper that it is Ivy. Piper doesn't believe Aviva, she thinks she's just lying like she did on the 'Fourth Sister' eps.

But it's too late, Ivy has started poisoning Piper, and she doesn't have the strength to freeze her. Prue comes running in the house and sees Piper down and Ivy poisoning her. Prue uses her power and crashes her through the window, and she escapes. Piper is unconscious.

Aviva feels really bad for the sisters so she leaves right away too. Phoebe tries to run after her but Prue tells her, "We got to get Piper to the hospital! We have no choice."

They bring her to the hospital and from the doctors point of view she is never going to wake up. Phoebe tells Prue from the book of shadows, if we kill Ivy, we kill the poison within Piper. And the way to kill Ivy is to poison herself which is to reflect her eyes as she uses her power to poison.

So Prue and Piper leave Piper helpless in the hospital. They go to Aviva's house, but as they approach it, Phoebe has a vision of Aviva dying. At Aviva's house, she says, "go ahead take me, but don't take my friends leave them alone!!" As they barge into the door, Ivy already poisons Aviva and she falls dead to the floor. Then Ivy tries to poison Prue and Phoebe, but they used mirrors to reflect the poison back to Ivy. And it worked. But it was too late for Aviva, because she has already been poisoned to deeply to remove the poison. Aviva with her last words of breath, "Now your secret is safe with me."

Piper regains consciousness. Then they show their condolences to Aviva's family and go to her funeral. Just before the ending credits, Aviva's soul goes to the sky and becomes white cirrus clouds, which is sign that meant she was turning into a White Lighter.
