(667) When Barnabas returns to 1795 to save Vicki, he vanishes in both mind and body and his mind returns to the past back into his body several hours before he was chained up in his coffin. It is never revealed how his 1968 body gets back to his tomb and how it gets chained back up. (The ghost of Ben Stokes perhaps?)
