Phoebe Halliwell is the youngest Halliwell sister who is currently dating Cole Turner However Phoebe is the fun loving sister. She spent much of her youth as a rebel and went back to college later in life. Phoebe is the main Spell writer and extremely good at making potions. In the future episode " "Morality Bites" " Phoebe was burned at the stake. We do not expect this to happen in the future of Charmed. Phoebe has two powers up to now Premontions and Levitation.
