Cady And Her Sweet Friends

Cady's friends say she is kind, sweet, clever, tough, self-willed, confidence, etc. Cady knows all bad things pass and that god is fair to everyone, which makes her happy. For Cady, nothing is impossible, she can get achieve everything in life by herself and doesn’t depending on other people to help her.

The most important people in Cady’s life, are her mother and father whom she loves very much, and hopes to be with them everyday. But for now she has to work in Qingdao away from her family. She miss’s her home and family, but goes to visit them every month. Her dream is to travel around the world with her parents and show them all the wonderful places she has heard of and read about. Her biggest wish is that her parents will always be healthy and happy.

The happiest time for Cady, was on 23rd June 2003 which was her birthday, because having insufficient enough money she couldn’t invite her friends to dine with her to celebrate her birthday. So she wrote an article and sent it to the local broadcasting station. If your article was used, the prize was to be a large cake, which fortunately she won, so she could then celebrate and had a party with all friends. When she saw the dolls from her friends, who were singing birthday songs, she cried with joy.

The most unforgettable time for Cady, was when she was hunting a job, this time she will never forget. Her classmates said it was lucky that she succeeded with the interview and got the job. Sometimes you can’t always get the job you require, but it’s always better to have work than to always be looking for work. But she would have the opportunity to get a better job in the future, if she wasn’t satisfied with this one. She would, maybe, have made a bad image in the eyes of future employers by refusing this job. Therefore, when her classmates had been working for many weeks, she was still looking on 9th May, when a Korean called her and asked her to meetin his new company-CJ Logistics.  She was satisfied with this chance after looked through the company’s homepages. But always worried that maybe the language would be the big obstacle. But LIM (the Korean ) remarked that “the language was not problem”, their company was seeking the right person who had good personality and could be competent for the job. As for Korean, she could study later. Then she felt much more confident about this interview. She found that the company always put off the interview dates. During this time, she always refused any other chances. She believed it is worth the wait and so did so. After one month, on 8th June, she took part in the interview, after which LIM informed her “Your Interview results is All A (Perfect) ---congratulation”. But on 11th Jun, a woman in CJ co. called to with the bad news that she had failed the interview just because she couldn’t speak Korean. She didn’t cry but told her friends on MSN. Willie said “ Dear, you are the most tough girl I have ever seen, you will get a better one, I believe”, but when she heard this she cried. She didn’t know how to tell her parents, who must worried about her. But Cady’s Daddy called her, when she heard her father’s voice she could do nothing but cry. Then her father comforted her and said “babe, when you feel it is hard in Qingdao, just come back home”. After that she thought “God would always be fair to her, he would give her something back after taking this from her. She knew she would get a better job in the future”. Actually, job hunting helped her grow up by herself, giving her more confidence. It was hard to avoid frustration in one’s life and took it as a chance to mature, after crying, everything would be better. She can conquer any difficulties because she is always the best in her heart.

Touch death closely. HB is her brother and they knew each other in university. He was a tall and handsome boy, always looking after her when she was a freshman in university so that she called him Brother. Until last Saturday, when she went back to the campus, all the roads, trees, playground, buildings etc. reminded her of him. She still remembers he could lift her up and always said “You’re skinny”; he came to railway station to meet her and carried all her heavy luggage. He spoke with her on the playground when she was upset, he enjoyed being at her birthday party with her. He also learned English from her in the studying-building. She felt jealous when he introduced his girlfriend to her. She sent him two fish as a birthday present. He helped her borrow many DVD’s of foreign films. He invited her to his house, where they watched the films and ate watermelon together 3 days before his death. So many beautiful memories! But one day, a friend called her and told her the nightmare, She could not accept the fact that he was gone from her life for many days. She always thought his death was just a nightmare, She dreamed that when she woke up he would be there smiling, he promised to choose MP3 for her. And she promised to help him when he found logistics company after graduation. But now all this is impossible. She really miss’s him and the days which they had spent together. She thinks and hopes he is leading a happy life in heaven.

Her lover. She always thinks that people in love look and act like babies. They need favor and care everyday. Do you still remember? When we were little babies, we cried when could not find Mum. In fact, Mum was just not in front of us, but we thought Mum abandoned us and took away her love. Lovers who are not in the same city look like this, right? Sometimes, she remembers the days she spent with her boyfriend. The first date, first kiss, first time to cook together, when she felt tired he puts his arm around her back to help her. When she cried he always hugged her, although they always quarreled, he would be the first to say sorry. Once she scared and woke up by nightmare. She always sends SMS’s to him since he never turns his cell phone off. He knows everything about her. She’s still working in Qingdao now, she learnt to be tough by herself. No matter what the problem she faces, she always tries to solve it by herself. When she is eating some delicious food or enjoying some beautiful view or laughing or crying, she always thinks why is he not in Qingdao to share it with her. Sometimes, she likes other boys but that is only friendship and not love. She could not accept anyone else only him. She is considering breaking up with him but never tells him because of the love she has for him. Now, she believes they will be together one day and share happiness with each other.

The friend Cady will never forget. MAO was her good friend in university, he loves her so much but she can’t accept anything but friendship from him because they are only good friends, she did not want to destroy this feeling. When in university, they always studied together, having dinner together, playing together. Cady refused his love, only because she prefers to keep MAO as her friend through her whole life. She really hurt him. In the year, they graduated from university, MAO left Shandong province to work. Sometimes, Cady really misses him. But true friends will never forget each other no matter how far apart they are and no matter how often the contact each other.

The friend she admires. Ellen, whom she met while at university. Now she has gone back to her home to look after her Mum. Cady still remember the day which Ellen got the bad new that her Mum got cancer. All the girls cried. But Mum did not know this so that Ellen could not come back home although she really wanted to. Ellen has a little sister at home. As a daughter, she wanted to go home to look after her Mum, as elder sister, she had to hide the fact. Her boyfriend is in New Zealand, far from her, but she never cried in front of others. She would call Mum almost everyday to tell her everything of interest, which happened in the dorm. After graduating from school, she lost the chance for advance study so she returned to her home. Now she is taking care of her mother at home everyday without complaints. Luckily, God saw this good daughter, Mum is gets better day by day wonderful. All girls are praying for Mum.

Cady’s new English friendNoel, When Cady told Noel she plans to write something about herself and friends, Noel supported her and offered to proof read it for her. Thanks, Noel^^. In Cady’s eyes, Noel is special. How special? Hehe^^ she has no idea how to say. And Noel wrote the following passage instead of Cady. “Cady has an English friend named Noel, he is English but has lived for the past 12 years in Holland. He is a computer programmer, a 3D designer and artist. He is always funny, polite, helpful, kind and considerate. He is always there when she needs him and never too busy to help her. She has only known him a short time but their friendship grows stronger each day, as if they have been friends for life. Cady’s other friend Sharon (Willie) is also a friend of Noel, and they all get on so well together. Hopefully in the near future they will all meet and have a great time together. Talking, laughing, drinking Chinese beer and cuddling the bear, hehehe.” ^^ Thanks Noel, haha~but Cady needs more info about him in her heart. Would you like to write more, my proof writer? The friend who is sharing happiness and woe with Cady now is Willie. Cady always calls her DEAR in Chinese, and Willie always calls Cady DEAR in English. Before graduating, both of them had thechance to advance study in university but they gave up. Because the two girls didn't think a diploma was important now while certification is the most important in the society. Now they are working in the same area, living in the same room, sharing happiness and woe together, Cady still remembers when they moved for the first time. Two girls moved all the luggage from the 1st floor to the 8th floor. And nobody could imagine how small the room is they are living in, not even a place to sit down. Two small beds fill it up. On the 2nd day after moving, they could not get up because they were so tired after the move. But at the end of September 2004, they will move again, always moving gives the two girls a headache. When could they get their own apartment? Who knows? God knows!But everybody must believe the two girls will lead a very happy life after all the difficulties.

Her Lovely student-Lim. Do u still remember that Korean in CJ logistics co.?haha^^ he is Cady’s student now. She teaches him Chinese. But he is always so busy in his work that he has made little progress in his Chinese studying. He is really so lovely and he doesn't look like not a father with a 5year-old daughter. Cady feels happy when studying Chinese with him and always laugh at his pronounaciation. "Dear Lim, I hope you could speak Chinese freely before you retire. Hahaha^^", And do not forget you still owe Cady a dinner and four drinks. Cady is still waiting for your invitation.
