Season Two

When She Was Bad
Buffy must finally put The Master to rest for all time. Giles is the link to The Master's return from the dead, only no one realizes his importance until Buffy goes out on a wild goose chase. She seduces Xander to make Angel jealous.

Some Assembly Required
Beautiful teenage girls turn up in the morgue, but missing body parts. A madman is building his dream women piece by piece and Buffy and Cordelia become his final objects of desire.

School Hard
The introduction of Spike and Drusilla, the vampires even the Anointed One doesn't cross. Buffy must face the only vampire to kill two slayers, while trying to keep her secret from her mom.

Inca Mummy Girl
Xander falls for a beautiful Peruvian exchange student staying with Buffy, only to face death when his love is revealed to be an ancient mummy who needs to kill to stay alive.

Reptile Boy
A party at a very prestigious, wealthy Frat House turns ugly for Buffy and Cordelia when they realize they're going to be sacrificed to the Fraternity's Savior, Reptile Boy.

Although Halloween is traditionally a quiet night for Slayers, this turns out not to be the case when someone from Gile's past has the power to transform Buffy, Willow, Xander and all the children they're "chaperoning" into their Halloween costumes. This could prove to be deadly for Buffy when she loses her slaying ability because her choice of costume is an 18th century noblewoman whom she thinks was romantically involved with Angel.

Lie To Me
A boyfriend (Ford) from Buffy's past attempts to deliver her to Spike in exchange for the immortality of being a vampire.

The Dark Age
As a youth, Giles rebelled against his destiny of being a Watcher. Unfortunately, that decision returns to haunt him now when friends who know his secret begin turning up dead.

What's My Line? (pt. 1)
Buffy has a lot of fighting ahead of her when not only does a new slayer come to town, but three assassins are sent to kill her. Instead of having the new slayer as a friend to help her ward off the assassins, Buffy finds herself in a major "chick fight" with the new slayer because she wants to destroy Angel for being a vampire.

What's My Line? (pt. 2)
Buffy's a bit thrown by the new slayer (Kendra) in Giles' life, but finds her essential when the assassins hit close to home. Meanwhile, Cordy and Xander face the worm-man --- and something worse --- as the gang races to save Angel from Spike's deadly plan to heal Drusilla.

The whole gang falls for Buffy's mom's new boyfriend, Ted, - everyone, that is, except Buffy who suspects there may be more to him than meets the eye. Meanwhile, Giles tries to repair his relationship with Ms. Calendar after her near death experience with a demon; and still reluctant to let anyone know about their romantic involvement, Xander and Cordelia continue to hide their rendezvous from their friends.

Bad Eggs
Buffy and the gang are introduced to parenting through a school assignment that takes a very rotten turn. Meanwhile, two wild west vamps come to town hunting for Buffy. At the same time, romance is in the air when Buffy and Angel continue to rendezvous and Xander and Cordelia keep their liaison in the closet.

Surprise (pt. 1)
The fate of the world is at stake when Spike and Drusilla gather the dismembered body parts of The Judge -- a demon with a deadly touch -- from the ends of the earth as their ultimate weapon to kill The Slayer. Meanwhile, Angel's ability to feel human emotion is in jeopardy when he and Buffy share an intimate moment which threatens to destroy his soul.

Innocence (pt. 2)
After Buffy shares an intimate moment with Angel which extinguishes his human souls, she is left with the realization that she must destroy the now-evil Angel who has transformed into his previous persona of Angelus. Meanwhile, Giles' relationship with Jenny Calendar takes on a new twist when he discovers that she is a member of the gypsy family who gave Angel his human soul and Willow's  hopes of a relationship with Xander are dashed when she discovers Xander and Cordelia's  secret romance life.

When a werewolf comes upon the city of Sunnydale, it is up to Buffy and the gang to protect the mostly-human being from an evil poacher who is hunting the animal for sport. Meanwhile, much to Xander's dismay, Willow turns her romantic interests to Oz, unaware of the danger she is about to face.

Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered
When Cordelia succumbs to peer pressure and breaks off her tryst with Xander, on Valentine's Day, he convinces a witch to put a spell on Cordelia which will make her fall in love with him. But when the spell backfires, the women in Sunnydale, except Cordelia, and including Buffy and Drusilla begin to see Xander in a whole new light.

Angel's obsession with tormenting Buffy takes a dangerous turn when he starts edging closer to her heart - and home, forcing Buffy to have a serious talk with her mom. Meanwhile, Jenny is doing everything in her power to right her wrongs, especially the one with Giles.

Killed By Death
Buffy is admitted to the hospital with a raging fever where she encounters a young child who brings with him nightmares of Buffy's past and present. Meanwhile, a jealous Cordelia  looks on as Xander  protects a weakened Buffy from Angel's wrath.

I Only Have Eyes For You
Buffy encounters a tortured spirit haunting the halls of Sunnydale High and recruits her friends to help the bitter spirit in its quest for peace. Meanwhile, Giles is filled with anguish when he believes the spiritual being is Jenny trapped and trying to send him a final message from the beyond.

Go Fish
When a monster starts eating on members of the high school swim team, Buffy takes it upon herself to become the protector of the star players. Meanwhile, Xander goes "undercover" to discover the truth about the missing teammates and ends up revealing a rarely seen side of himself.

Becoming (Part One of a Two-Part Season Finale)
Buffy determines the time has come to destroy Angel and must decide if she is ready to sacrifice all she knows to be true to do so, but her decision is further entangled when Willow uncovers the secret that may restore Buffy's former beloved. Elsewhere, Angel chooses to unearth an evil demon that could swallow the earth and all of the beings, rather than return to the arms of his former lover.

Becoming (Part Two of a Two-Part Season Finale)
The suspense continues as hell prepares to swallow the world and Buffy is left alone to stop it. With Giles in the hands of the enemy and Angel primed for destruction, our slayer is forced into some treacherous alliances and faced with life-changing decisions.

Season Three

After killing Angel and getting kicked out by her mom last season, Buffy fled Sunnydale. Hoping to find meaner pastures, she moved to the city where she intends to keep a low profile by assuming a new identity. But as Giles hunts for his missing pupil and the gang takes care of the slaying, Buffy is pulled back into the game when a devilish stranger begins preying on homeless teens. The encounter takes Buffy to Hell and back, forcing her to examine the wreckage of her past and the anguish she's caused those she left behind.

Dead Man's Party
As Buffy tries to make peace with her mom, and the gang, a flock of unstoppable zombies pops up in Sunnydale. And when they crash her welcome-home party, Buffy gets a chance to prove to her loved ones that she won't let them down again.

Faith, Hope & Trick
Just as Buffy tries to return to her normal life of going to school, hanging out with friends and saving the world, she is faced with the arrival of an ancient, cloven-hoofed villain, and his blood-sucking sidekick, Mr. Trick. Another new Sunnydale arrival, Faith, helps Buffy in her battle against the unspeakable demons and ingratiates herself into every aspect of Buffy's life.

Beauty and the Beasts
When a Sunnydale High student is found savagely murdered in the woods, Willow fears that Oz  in werewolf mode might somehow be responsible for the violent murder. Meanwhile, Buffy secretly discovers that Angel has returned after 100 years of hellish torture, and she suspects that he is the murderous culprit.

With Cordelia flaunting her sure win in the race for Homecoming Queen, she "awakens the Prom Queen from within Buffy", who tries to enlist the entire gang to help her show Cordy how it's done, but some of their allegiances may be elsewhere. Meanwhile, the blood-sucking Mr. Trick assembles a host of killers in Sunnydale for a thrilling hunt to the death to bring down the two slayers.

Band Candy
Buffy is forced to grow up even faster when Mr. Trick executes a devious plot to render the town defenseless by causing Sunnydale's adult population to inexplicably behave as irresponsible adolescents. Meanwhile, Buffy struggles to keep Angel's return and recovery a secret while her mom and Giles conspire to schedule her 24 hours a day.

Tempers run hot when the gang learns of Angel's return and Buffy's harboring this vicious killer, but they all must band together to fight a demon who has arrived in Sunnydale in search of a highly powerful weapon. Meanwhile, Faith meets her new watcher, a brisk Englishwoman who is disdainful of Giles' training methods.

Lovers Walk
Just as Buffy enjoys a minute to revel in her S.A.T. scores and ponder her bright future, Spike returns to Sunnydale a fallen man, a pathetic shell of his former self who has been left in the dust by his love Drusilla and is back to punish every one who is to blame, especially Angel . Meanwhile, Willow prepares a de-lusting spell to keep her and Xander's hormones in check during a double bowling date with Cordelia and Oz.

The Wish
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned - Cordelia, wanting to be rid of all things Xander and his spooky entourage, decides that all of her troubles started when Buffy moved to Sunnydale and wishes that historic event never actually happened. Not knowing that a an evil genie would grant her fateful wish, Cordelia is transported into an altered reality in which the Hellmouth is open and The Master is alive and ruling, with Willow and Xander as his undead head vampires.

As Buffy and her friends make plans for a quiet Christmas vacation, Angel is haunted by visions of his violent, demonic past, including the ghost of Jenny Calendar. Meanwhile, Willow goes to great, seductive lengths to try to convince Oz that he is the one for her; and Xander painfully adjusts to his life without Cordelia.

Picking the worst possible night for a surprise "mother-daughter bonding" visit with Buffy , Joyce is haunted by the discovery of two murdered children and feels compelled to take drastic action. When Giles suggests that the killings appear to be an occult sacrifice, Joyce rallies the entire adult population of Sunnydale behind a Salem-like witch hunt, leading the murderous mob directly to Willow and Buffy.

For her upcoming 18th birthday, Buffy eschews her friends' offer of a big party, hoping to celebrate with quiet reflection and a traditional trip to the ice show with her father. But unbeknownst to Buffy, preparations are being made for a life-threatening rite of passage that drains the slayer of her powers and then entraps her with a powerful vampire foe that she must defeat in a defenseless state in order to pass the test. Giles is told by the Council that he will be replaced by another Watcher.

The Zeppo
Xander's lack of slaying superpowers has him feeling painfully expendable, but his quest to prove he's cool leads him to an unforgettable night that finds him consorting with fast women, raising the dead and rolling with a dangerous crowd that could put Sunnydale in a world of hurt. Meanwhile, Buffy, Giles and the rest of the crew engage in a furious battle with an all-female apocalypse cult that intends to reopen the Hellmouth and bring about the end of the world.

Bad Girls
Giles is replaced with another Watcher. Wesley Windomprice. Buffy is sent on a homework assignment to go find an amulet. Faith convinces her to go down in a hole. Buffy skips school the next day to go vampire slaying with Faith. At night, they encounter something that will change their lives forever.

After Faith killed the Mayor's apprentice, she has "gotten a taste for it." The gang decides to help her. Xander thinks he should talk to her because they have a connection. Faith precedes to try and kill him, but is intercepted by Angel. She is then taken to his place. Wesley brakes in and proceeds to take Faith to the Council.....

Willow encounters another Willow that looks exactly like her. But, it's the vampire Willow from "The Wish."

Faith is now working for the Mayor. She can't give Angel a true moment of happiness, so they take away his soul the most painfullest way possible.

Buffy tries to capture a box that can change the Mayor's Essention.

The Prom
Prom day is coming to Sunnydale. Buffy is going to give everyone a nice, fun, normal evening. Angel breaks up with Buffy.

Graduation Day (Part 1)
Angel gets shot with a poisonous arrow. The only cure is he has to drain a Slayer's blood...... Buffy and Faith face off-- to the death.

Graduation Day (Part 2 Season Finale)
Buffy puts Faith in a coma, and she cures Angel with her own blood. The Mayor is getting ready for the Essention. Meanwhile, Angel tells Buffy that he's still going to leave town. They make a plan to stop the Essention....

Season Four

The Freshman
It's Buffy's first day at college, and she feels out of place, and it interferes in her slaying.

Living Conditions
Buffy's roommate is getting on her nerves, and she thinks that she is the roommate from hell... literally.

The Harsh Light of Day
Spike digs up the Gem of Amara, which makes any vampire able to walk in the sun, and immune from death.

Fear Itself
The Scoobies go to a Halloween Party, which turns out to be haunted by an evil demon who feeds on their fears.

Beer Bad
Buffy gets drunk with a whole bunch of guys, and comes out as a cavewoman!

Wild at Heart
Oz discovers a werewolf, Veruca, and finds himself escaping his cage to be with her.

The Initiative
We discover Riley has a crush on Buffy, Spike discovers he can't hurt anything.

Buffy tries to get a normal Thanksgiving together, but evil tribal spirits interrupt it, Angel arrives secretly to protect her.

Something Blue
Willow makes a spell where anything she says is her wish... and ends up with Buffy being engaged to Spike!

Silent demons overtake Sunnydale, and steal everyone's voices.

Buffy and Riley explore the depths of each other's identities, another apocalypse comes on.

A New Man
Ethan is back, and turns Giles into a Feraya Demon.

The I in Team
Buffy is introduced to the Initiative, and Walsh tries to have her killed. We are introduced to Adam.

Goodbye Iowa
Riley doubts Buffy's motives, and blames her for Professor Walsh's death.

This Year's Girl (Part 1)
Faith comes out of the coma, and is seeking revenge. She switches her and Buffy's bodies, so now her mind is in Buffy's body.

Who Are You (Part 2)
Faith comes out of the coma, and is seeking revenge. She switches her and Buffy's bodies, so now her mind is in Buffy's body.

Jonathon is all of a sudden perfect at everything, including being better than Buffy at slaying... What's up with that?

Where the Wild Things Are
Buffy and Riley inadvertently set off evil spirits in the Lowell house.

New Moon Rising
Oz comes back, seeking Willow, and tells her that he found a cure for the werewolf.

The Yoko Factor
Angel comes apologizing to Buffy, and he meets Riley for the first time.

Adam's plan is revealed, Buffy figures out a way to stop him.

The first slayer tries to kill Buffy and her friends through their dreams.

Season Five


Buffy vs. Dracula
Buffy comes face to face with the greatest vampire of all time, Dracula.

Real Me
Buffy's slaying is hampered due to her sibling rivalry with Dawn, Dawn gets captured by Harmony's gang.

The Replacement
Xander is split into two Xander's, one with all his good qualities, and one with all his bad.

Out of My Mind
Riley's after-effects of being a lab rat in the Initiative kick in, causing his life to be in danger.

No Place Like Home
Buffy discovers more about her sister, Dawn, and meets Glory.

Tara's family make a surprise visit for her birthday, and threaten to reveal a shocking secret about her.

Fool for Love
Buffy forces Spike to recount how he was able to kill two slayer's.

Buffy must face a horrible beast who Glory has sent, in order to protect Dawn.

Listening to Fear
An extra-terrestial demon focuses on a disoriented Joyce, and invades the Summers' home.

Into the Woods
Buffy finds out about Riley's nights in the arms of a vampire.

Willow and Anya are left in charge of the magic shop, and they manage to conjure up a troll.

The Watcher's Council makes a trip to Sunnydale, claiming they have information on Glory, while threatening to deport Giles if Buffy doesn't perform well on the tests they are giving her.

Blood Ties
Dawn's entire world crumbles as she finds out she is The Key.

Spike reveals his feelings to Buffy, who is appalled, but Drusilla is waiting to turn him back to his killer ways.

I Was Made to Love You
Buffy must stop a heartbroken robot, who was manufactured to be the perfect girlfriend, from destroying the city.

The Body
Buffy and the gang are overcome with grief when tragedy strikes and someone they hold dear dies.

Angel arrives to comfort Buffy over her loss of her mom, and Dawn tries a spell to resurrect her mom.

The Scoobie's mistake Spike's custom-made romance with the Buffy-bot for the real thing; Glory captures Spike thinking that he is The Key.

Tough Love
Glory sets out to grab the person whom she know believes is The Key - Tara.

When Glory finds out who the real Key is, Buffy and co. flee. Meanwhile, the Knights of Byzantium have their own plans of dealing with Dawn.

The Weight of the World
Willow psychically enters Buffy's mind, who slipped into a catatonic stage after Glory's abduction of Dawn.

The Gift (Season Finale/100th Episode)
Buffy must square off against a true God when Glory tries to bring down the walls separating all dimensions.
