Chapter Five: The Talk
It had been months since Jacob and Christina had broken up. Jacob still ketp some stuff of his in her locker, but they hardly saw each otehr or talked. Gina would give Christina these mean glares and smiles everytime she saw her.
"That's it. I've had it with this." Christina saidas she walked by Jacob in the hallway. she grabed his arm and pulled him into the nearest class room.
"Chris what the---" he said as she pushed him in there and shut the door.
"Hush. right now you're gonna listen to me. You're gonna hear what I have to say and what really happened in the cafiterria all those months ago. Then after I'm done if you still don't believe me and you walk out that door I'll know that we're finished for good." she said
He just looked at her.
"Okay this is what really happened and there's tones of people to ask. She's been going around calling me trash. Calling me a slut and and a hoe. Well that day in the cafetria I got fed up with it so I pushed her face down in some food and i told her if she ever called me that again it would be my fist next time. It was never anything said about you. I even went as far as trying to get Joey to work his charm on her, but she turned him down flat after i pushed her face into that food. I guess i blew his chances there, but that's really what happened Jacob. I swear on my life that I've never cheated on you. I've been in love with you for nine years and I have never once stopped loving you. You were so into Gina that you never looked at me as more than a friend. When we were in grade school I knew you were meant for me, but you were into Jannie Carlson at the time. Then in junior high I was still in lvoe with you and you were dating Gina. You and Gina went out for a long time then when you finally asked me out it was like my dreams were finally coming true. Then you dumped me all because of a lie. I have never stopped loving you Jacob nor will i ever you have to believe that." she said softly.
"I do. I do believe you. I guess i just got scared and used that whole thing with Lance as a way to let you out. I've been in lvoe with you for nine years as well, but i always thought you thought of me as nothing mroe than a friend." he said
"You oculdn't tell?" she asked
"Well, alittle, but I thougth you were teaseing me like always." he said
"No it was never teasing." she said
"In that case then. Well you do me the honor of being my girlfriend once agian and this time no one leaves." he said
"It would be my pleasure." she said as she kissed him softly
In the months that followed they were insepratble. Everywhere you saw one the other was sure be around somewhere. gina watched them angerly plotting her next revenge move as she did.
"Enjoy your little thing now Christina because it won't last before gardution Jaocb will be mine again." she swore as she turned and left.
