This is the way that you will always want to be, it's so much easier to go to Burger King and get a Whopper but, are you eating more than what you need? Remember you can always get a custom order. No Mayo, or light Mayo to start. I know when I used to go to McDonalds and I thought I was trying to be healthy, and I eat a McChicken. OOOOOO chicken.....I noticed after a while its not chicken chicken, but McDonalds Chicken. I remember I read an artic about the chicken nuggets and how they are quite possible the worse thing to order. Remember Grilled is the best way to go, but i'll get in to that more later

Water, H20, Agua

Up to 60 percent of the human body weight is composed of water. Muscle is made up of nearly 75 percent water. Fat is made up of about 50 percent water. Bones are also composed of about 50 percent water. Every system in your body needs water. Water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.The Institute of Medicine recommends that men consume roughly 3.0 liters (roughly13 cups) of total beverages a day and women consume 2.2 liters (roughly 9 cups) of total beverages a day minimum. I usually consume around a Gallon a day. Don't worry you will train your bladder.
