In the tiny town of Roswell, New Mexico, teenagers Liz Parker and Max Evans connect when he saves her life by risking his own. While waiting tables at her father’s Crashdown Café, Liz is caught in the crossfire of an argument between two customers and shot. Max, a classmate at Roswell High, mysteriously heals Liz’s wound with only the touch of his hand. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Liz’s world turns upside down when she learns that Max, his sister Isabel , and his friend Michael Guerin are descendents of the aliens who crashed their spacecraft into the desert in the famous 1947 incident. Liz is also changed and the connection between the two is both thrilling and frightening. Soon the FBI and local officials begin to close in.
