The 'Welcome To Hollywood' Challenge:

So obvious, I'm surprised no one's thought of this yet. Buffy and crew are mystically thrown into an alternate universe...this universe and they bump into the actors that play them, chaos insues.

Or, Sarah Michelle Gellar and co are teleported to Sunnydale and the Scooby gang think they are the evil doubles from 'The Wish' universe.

The Masquerade Challenge:

Simple enough. Can be either series, or both. Any pairing, any rating. Someone's having a Masquerade and it's a matter of mistaken identity and an unusual opportunity for the characters to explore their feelings. A lot of soul searching can happen when wearing a mask!
