A Sugar Maple (Acer saccharum) down the street in front of Spring Branch Elementary. Very good fall color.

This is a pic of a young Tulip Poplar (Liriodendron tulipifera) tree. Yellow Poplar,
Tulip Poplar, just call it Tuliptree! Its not a Poplar at all, a confusing name it is indeed. It grows to be one of the tallest deciduous
trees in North America, if not the tallest! It too has good fall color.

A large, nicely shaped Colorado Blue Spruce (P. pungens). I look at it and see a very large Christmas tree!
It is a beautiful tree that provides viewing pleasure all year round as it is Evergreen.
