Copyright on Rudolf

Some guy in USA has put up a court case against Robbie! They say that they have copyright on Rudolf! Here are my points against prosecution:

• Rudolf isn't actually mentioned at all in Hooves of Fire

• A lot of the profit will go to Comic Relief - They have red noses every year!

• Rudolf is a 19th century tradional character - Traditional Characters can't have copyright on them

• Lots of things have Rudolf on them which haven't beenprosecuted.
