I am trying to figure out what to improve on my apartment. So far I have come up with:
Kitchen Sink
Replacing the two hold sink with a one hole sink.. but the plumbing on this may be tricky. I am thinking of a Franke sink. I think that currently I have a overmounted sink.
Kitchen Counter
I would like to extend my kitchen counter out a bit so that I can eat on it. I would also like to widen the bar area so I can put bar stools up there and hopefully widen that as well.. need to figure out how to match the granite.
Bathroom shower door
I would like to get rid of the curtain, and put a glass door up.. I am worried though, that water spots may appear.
Fans
I'd like to get some fans installed overhead with lighting.
Lighting
I would like to have some sort of overhead lighting installed.
