HERSKOVITZ, ZWICK FETE SET

BYLINE: Josef Adalian -- Exec producing team Marshall Herskovitz and Edward Zwick will be honored by the Anti-Defamation League at the org's annual entertainment industry awards on Tuesday.

Walt Disney Co. prexy and chief operating officer Bob Iger and CAA topper Richard Lovett are chairing the gala, which will take place at the Century Plaza Hotel. ABC Entertainment Television Group co-topper Stu Bloomberg and "Law & Order" exec producer Dick Wolf have been tapped as honorary co-chairs.

In addition to honoring Herskovitz and Zwick, Tuesday's dinner will also salute student filmmakers, with Oscar-winning helmer Robert Wise presenting Dore Schary Awards to students whose film or videos feature themes related to civil rights.

Critically acclaimed, Herskovitz and Zwick serve as exec producers of the Alphabet drama "Once and Again." Previous TV efforts from the team include the critically lauded skeins "thirtysomething," "My So-Called Life" and "Relativity."

Zwick has directed a number of features, including the Oscar-winning "Glory," as well as "Courage Under Fire," "The Siege," "Leaving Normal" and "Legends of the Fall." He won an Oscar as one of the producers of "Shakespeare in Love."__Daily Variety (February 25, 2000)
