Robin & Patrick #13 November 5, 2010 - March 17, 2011: 8 hour original edit

DVD #13A Lisa tried to get Robin to leave Mac's house with her, as it was burning down. Robin fought her and claimed that Lisa had set the fire. The paramedics arrived and helped the women out of the house. Robin was relieved to find Emma safe outside but sneered when the nanny pointed out that Lisa had saved Robin's and Emma's lives. They were rushed to the hospital, and Robin was treated for smoke inhalation and for a burn on her leg.

As Patrick and Steven operated on a patient, Patrick lamented not being with his daughter on her birthday. He was comforted, however, by the knowledge that his patient's parents would be able to celebrate many more of his birthdays. Elizabeth walked in and announced that the paramedics had been called to Mac's house.

Matt took over for Patrick in the operating room so that Patrick could be with his family. As Lisa checked out Emma, Epiphany told Patrick that Lisa had saved both Emma's and Robin's lives. A policeman informed them that Robin had accused Lisa of setting the fire and that the police would question Lisa.

Patrick went to see Robin. He explained that Emma was fine and had gone with Maxie back to her apartment. Robin maintained that Lisa had set the fire so that she could portray the hero and get Patrick to like her again. Patrick explained that the injuries to Robin's leg were third-degree burns and that there was a chance of infection. Due to Robin's HIV, that was a concern.

Lisa was led into the police station where she ran into Nikolas. She threatened to sue the hospital if he didn't intervene and get Robin to drop the charges.

11/8 In Robin's hospital room, Patrick assured Robin that everyone was well aware of her HIV status, so they would do everything in their power to help her get well. Robin thanked God that she had escaped with only minor injuries and that Emma was alive. She pointed out that Lisa could have killed them. Patrick urged Robin to focus on her recovery. He promised her that the police would handle the investigation.

Robin was frustrated that Lisa was out to get her. Robin was certain that Lisa wanted to hurt her. Patrick gently reminded her that it was up to the police to prove it. It annoyed Robin that Patrick had doubts. Patrick assured Robin that he believed her, but he insisted that the police needed to prove it. Patrick was curious what had happened before the fire. Robin recalled Mac leaving and then she remembered putting Emma to bed. She claimed that she had smelled smoke, but she had tripped on the stairs as she went to the living room to investigate. Robin didn't remember anything else until she had woken up to find Lisa standing over her. Patrick wondered if Robin had seen Lisa start the fire or had a sense that someone might have been watching her. "No," Robin admitted, but there was no doubt in Robin's mind that Lisa had started the fire.

Later, Mac stopped by to visit Robin. Mac assured Robin that Emma was fine. Robin was curious how badly the house had been burned. Mac hesitated to reveal the extent of the damage, but Robin refused to drop it. Robin was heartbroken when Mac admitted that the house had been destroyed. Mac assured Robin that the only thing that mattered was that Robin and Emma had escaped the fire with their lives. Robin remembered what it had been like to grow up in the house that her Uncle Mac had raised her in.

Mac smiled fondly as he recalled how complete he had felt when Felicia, Maxie, and Georgie had moved in. He loved the holidays because Felicia had gone all out with decorations, especially at Christmastime. Robin's favorite memory had been the pancake breakfasts that Mac had made. She couldn't believe that Lisa had destroyed all of that in one "psychotic moment." Mac insisted that Lisa hadn't succeeded because they had all of their memories. Robin warned Mac that Lisa was crazy and getting worse. She was determined to find a way to stop Lisa. Mac revealed that Lisa had been taken to the police station for questioning. He promised that Lisa would go to jail if they were able to prove that Lisa had set the fire.

At the nurses' station, Steve and Matt asked Elizabeth for an update about Robin and Emma. Elizabeth assured them that Emma was fine and that Robin had escaped with a minor burn. Elizabeth revealed that Robin had accused Lisa of setting the fire, so Lisa had been taken to the police station. Matt was upset because Shadybrook had released Lisa.

Steve was stunned when Elizabeth admitted that Lisa had saved Robin and Emma's lives.Matt suggested that Lisa had played the hero because she had suffered second thoughts about killing an innocent woman and child. Steve warned Elizabeth and Matt to keep their opinions to themselves because they didn't need anyone rushing to judgment. According to Steve, Lisa was innocent until proven guilty.

Maxie paid Robin a visit. Robin was feeling down because she feared that she would end up with a scar on her leg. Maxie assured Robin that no one would be able to see it, but Robin disagreed. Robin worried that if she and Patrick reconciled then he might be disgusted by the ugly scar. Maxie reminded Robin of the wonders of plastic surgery. Maxie also didn't think that the scar would bother Patrick because he loved Robin.

At the nurses' station, Patrick was on the phone, discussing treatment for Robin's infection. Patrick wanted to know what they planned to do to make certain that Robin pulled through the crisis. Patrick looked troubled after the call. A few minutes later, Patrick went to Robin's hospital room. Robin immediately sensed that Patrick had something on his mind. Patrick revealed that Robin had an infection that was serious because her HIV status had compromised her immune system.

At the police station, Lisa made an impassioned plea for Nikolas to help her. Lisa insisted that she was not an arsonist and that she couldn't even start a campfire. Lisa claimed that there hadn't been any proof that she had set the fire at the Scorpio house. Nikolas wondered if anyone had been hurt. Lisa revealed that Robin had sustained minor injuries, but Lisa had risked her life to save Robin and Emma. Nikolas was curious what Lisa expected him to do.

Lisa hoped that Nikolas might use his position as chief trustee to get her released. Nikolas suggested that it might be a job for a lawyer, not him. He warned her that he had to remain impartial; however, he conceded that if he had to pick a side, he'd believe Robin. Lisa slumped in defeat as she tearfully accused Robin of systematically dismantling her life. Lisa acknowledged that she'd had an affair with Patrick and that she had gone so far off the rails that she had tried to kill herself, but she insisted that she just wanted to pick up the pieces. Lisa thought that Nikolas would understand what it was like because of his own recent scandal.

The reminder didn't help her cause, so she switched tactics by pointing out that she had nothing to gain by setting fire to the Scorpio house because Patrick had made it clear that he didn't want anything to do with her. Nikolas understood how mortifying it was to have one's mistakes made public, but he reminded Lisa that he didn't know her. However, he had known Robin for years. Lisa urged Nikolas to look into Robin's accusations because she was certain that he would find that they had been baseless. Nikolas admitted that he tended to give Robin the benefit of the doubt because he respected her, but he promised to be the first in line to apologize if an arson investigation exonerated Lisa.

11/9 In Robin's hospital room, Robin acknowledged that she was aware that her HIV status made her more susceptible to infections. Patrick promised to be there for her every step of the way as she battled the infection. He had rearranged his schedule, so that he could be available for Robin. Robin insisted that it wasn't necessary, but Patrick disagreed; Robin and Emma meant everything to him. Robin argued that she couldn't lean on Patrick, especially when she wasn't sure if he was motivated by love or guilt.

Robin explained that his infidelity had turned her world upside down, so she wasn't certain about anything. Patrick wanted Robin to picture him in her life and to forgive him. He realized that he had to earn back her trust, but it had to start with her letting him in. Robin could see how worried Patrick was, but she only had strength to battle one thing at a time. She needed to focus on getting well, so their marital woes would have to wait.

Patrick hoped that Robin would consider going to couples therapy, but Robin didn't have the energy to discuss it. She tearfully suggested that if he truly loved her then he would leave her alone. Patrick's eyes filled with tears as he assured her, "I love you," and then left. In the hallway, Patrick remembered happier times with Robin. Meanwhile, Robin was assailed with similar memories of her life with Patrick.

Later, Maxie approached Patrick and Matt at the nurses' station to see how Robin was doing. Patrick explained that Robin was battling a serious infection because her immune system had been compromised by the HIV. Maxie demanded to know what they were doing to help Robin. Patrick assured Maxie that Robin was receiving antibiotics and that she was determined to get well. Maxie was surprised when Patrick announced that he planned to pick up Emma and then take his daughter back to his hotel room.

Maxie thought that Patrick should stay with Robin, but Patrick confessed that Robin didn't want him around. Maxie didn't think that Patrick should give up on Robin. After Maxie walked away, Matt urged Patrick to follow Maxie's advice, but Patrick argued that he had to respect Robin's wishes. In Robin's hospital room, Robin admitted that she couldn't find it in herself to forgive Patrick for cheating. Maxie cautioned Robin to think carefully before she pushed Patrick away for good. The episode featured Hold on Tight by Rie Sinclair, great Robin & Patrick montage of scenes.

11/11 Maxie approached Lisa when she spotted Lisa near the nurses' station. Maxie was curious if Lisa was required to disclose that she was a "nut job" to potential patients. Lisa ignored the dig to suggest that a thank you might be in order. Maxie wondered why Lisa thought that she deserved gratitude for nearly killing an innocent woman and her child. Lisa reminded Maxie that she had saved Robin and Emma, but Maxie didn't buy it.

Maxie was certain that Lisa had intentionally set the fire in a desperate attempt to look like a hero to Patrick. Maxie insisted that Patrick new what a psycho Lisa was, so Lisa could stop trying to redeem herself because Patrick wasn't interested. Maxie was confident that forensics would prove that Lisa had set the fire, so it was only a matter of time before Lisa was shipped off to the "loony bin." Lisa appeared rattled as Maxie walked away.

In Robin's hospital room, Patrick gave Robin an update about Emma's night and then surprised Robin with a picture that Emma had drawn for Robin over breakfast. He apologized for the syrup, but Robin didn't mind. Mac entered the room moments later with the arson report. Robin hoped that there was enough proof to arrest Lisa for starting the fire. Robin was stunned when Mac revealed that the results had been inconclusive and that they were leaning towards ruling it an accident because they had found a candle under one of the curtains.

Maxie was stunned when she entered the room to hear the results of the report. Maxie realized that she might have started the fire because she had lit several candles for Jake and Cameron to blow out as the party ended. Maxie admitted that she couldn't remember if the candles had been out when she had fetched Jake and Cam's gift bags because she had been focused on Jake. Robin insisted that lighting candles wasn't the same as tossing one under a curtain.

Robin remained convinced that Lisa had somehow started the fire. Mac suggested that Cam might have accidentally knocked over the candle, but Robin didn't think so. Robin was certain that she would have noticed. Mac disagreed because Robin had been busy with Emma. Mac was curious if Robin could honestly say that she had checked all of the candles. "No," Robin quietly admitted. Patrick realized that Lisa might have told the truth.

A short time later, Lisa entered Robin's hospital room. Mac explained that the fire had been an accident and that Lisa's alibi had checked out. Hospital staff members had recalled Lisa talking about going to a new restaurant and the restaurant had confirmed that Lisa had reservations, but had failed to show up. Lisa explained that she had been busy saving Robin and Emma's lives. Patrick assured Lisa that they were grateful for that.

Lisa played the victim as she suggested that the next time Robin refrain from pointing fingers without proof. Robin made it clear that saving Emma didn't undo the horrible things that Lisa had done. Lisa accused Robin of being paranoid; she wondered when everyone would step in to get Robin the help that Robin desperately needed. After everyone left, Robin feel asleep. She had a nightmare of being carted off to Shadybrook in a straightjacket while Lisa looked on. Robin woke up screaming from the nightmare only to find Lisa looming over her with a syringe.

11/12 In Robin's hospital room, she screamed at Lisa to get away from her. Patrick and Steven arrived, and Robin hysterically accused Lisa of trying to kill her. Lisa explained that Robin had cried out as Lisa had passed Robin's room. When Lisa went to waken her, Robin had flown into a rage. Robin told them Lisa was lying and demanded protection.

Steven took the syringe Lisa was holding to have its contents analyzed. After he left, Lisa tried to reason that she only wanted to rebuild her life and did not want to cause more problems for Patrick or Robin. Steven returned and announced that the syringe had been filled with Lisa's patient's arthritis medication, just as Lisa had claimed.

After Lisa and Steven left, Robin vented to Patrick that Lisa had always managed to appear innocent, while Robin was made out to look like a mad woman. Patrick urged Robin to focus her energy on her recovery. "If it's a fight that Lisa wants," Robin vowed, "then, that's what she'll get."

Later, Lisa approached Steven and stated that she would no longer be persecuted. She made an ultimatum: either Robin would be let go, or Lisa would quit. After Lisa walked away, Steven shared the news with Patrick. Steven worried that Lisa might have success with the hospital board. He explained that she had carefully documented Robin's every transgression. Patrick went to tell Robin. She angrily replied that, if the board (most of whom had known her all her life) took Lisa's side, than Robin would allow herself to be fired. Patrick vowed to fight Lisa every step of the way.

Brenda went to visit Robin, who explained that Lisa was obsessed with discrediting Robin. Brenda advised Robin not to fixate on Lisa.

11/16 Patrick ordered a beer from Jake's bartender moments before Lisa walked up. "Are you looking for me?" Lisa wondered. She immediately sensed that Patrick was nervous when he turned to face her. Patrick led Lisa to a table, where he apologized for misleading her about their relationship. Lisa insisted that everyone except Robin had moved on. Patrick ignored the dig as he offered to get Robin to back off if Lisa agreed to drop her plans to go to the hospital's board.

Lisa admitted that it sounded as if Patrick and Robin had gotten closer; she was curious if there was reconciliation in the works. Patrick made it clear that any discussion about his marriage was off-limits. She nodded and then agreed to treat Robin like her best friend if Patrick agreed to sleep with Lisa one more time. Patrick stared at Lisa in shock. Lisa burst out laughing and then confessed that she had been kidding.

Patrick clarified that he hadn't been joking about saving his marriage, so sleeping with Lisa was off of the table. Lisa was curious what would happen if Robin couldn't forgive Patrick's infidelity. "Where does that leave us?" she wondered. Patrick explained that nothing would change, because of Emma. Patrick refused to hurt Emma, so he wanted Lisa to drop the complaint against Robin for Emma's sake. Lisa promised to think about it. Patrick thanked Lisa for her time and then left.

At the hospital, Maxie paid Robin a visit. Robin revealed that Lisa had decided to petition the hospital's board to fire Robin. Robin was frustrated because she had stupidly played into Lisa's hands. Maxie advised Robin not to worry about it because Maxie intended to handle things.

Moments later, Matt entered Robin's hospital room with news that Robin's infection was under control. Maxie immediately tried to enlist Matt's help to deal with Lisa. Matt suggested that the best option was for Robin to seek counseling. Matt believed that the hospital's board would see it as a sign of good faith, and it might help Robin to deal with her hatred for Lisa, which would take Lisa's power away. Maxie thought that framing Lisa for devil-worshipping would be a better plan. Robin and Matt burst out laughing at the suggestion.

Patrick walked in to see Robin smiling. Matt and Maxie quickly excused themselves, while Patrick revealed to Robin that he had talked to Lisa. Patrick was hopeful that he had persuaded Lisa to change her mind about trying to get Robin fired. Robin suspected that Lisa would say anything to look good and be a hero in Patrick's eyes. Patrick insisted that Robin was the only hero in his eyes. Robin warned Patrick that guilt and regret were a terrible foundation to rebuild their marriage on. She reminded him that she had to work things out for herself. Patrick seemed disappointed, but he respected Robin's decision. Robin watched, with sadness in her eyes, as Patrick walked away.

At the nurses' station, Matt congratulated Maxie on making Robin smile. Maxie insisted that Lisa being sent to Shadybrook was a win/win situation. However, Maxie was impressed with the way that Matt had advised Robin to seek counseling. She didn't think that Robin would have been open to the suggestion if anyone else had proposed therapy.

11/18 At the hospital, Patrick and Robin were talking about Emma when Lisa entered Robin's hospital room. Lisa explained that she had given Patrick's request consideration, but decided that someone needed to stop enabling Robin. Lisa was determined to petition the board to fire Robin.

Later, Nikolas stopped by to see Robin. Robin explained that she had called Nikolas because Lisa was determined to get her fired. Nikolas admitted that he had seen Lisa at the police station after Robin had accused Lisa of starting the fire. Robin was certain that Lisa had started the fire, but there hadn't been any proof, so, according to Robin, Lisa had gotten away with attempted murder.

Moments later, Patrick and Steve walked in. Robin explained that she had called Nikolas for help. Patrick and Steve urged Robin to focus on her recovery, but Robin was determined to fight Lisa's accusations as soon as possible. Nikolas offered to have the board meeting postponed for a month or two, but Robin wanted to deal with the situation as soon as possible. She hoped that Nikolas could arrange for the board to meet with her, so that she could prove that Lisa was a liar.

Later, Brenda stopped by with some cookies. Robin was delighted to see her friend because she was desperate for a diversion from her troubles with Lisa. Robin and Brenda reminisced about the past with Sonny and Stone.

11/19 At the nurses' station, Nikolas, Steven, Lisa, and Patrick discussed Robin's upcoming hearing. Nikolas explained the procedure to Lisa, that she'd give her testimony and then Robin would defend herself. Lisa was concerned that the process would be too much stress for Robin. Patrick sniped that Lisa would drop the charges if she really cared about Robin's well-being, and he walked away.

Lisa followed and defended herself. She argued that Robin was a liability to the hospital and needed help. After Lisa walked away, Nikolas and Steven approached Patrick and told him that they had to remain impartial. Steven advised Patrick to make Robin realize that she couldn't fly off the handle during the hearing. Elizabeth approached and joined the conversation. Nikolas hoped to delay the hearing for another month.

Steven expressed that he didn't want to lose Robin or Lisa but that Robin hadn't done herself any favors by making accusations that could not be proven. Steven urged Patrick to ask Robin to reconsider her desire to press forward with the hearing. Patrick knew that Robin wouldn't back down and said he'd stand by her. Elizabeth offered to make a statement on Robin's behalf, but Nikolas warned that might prompt Lisa to call on staff members to testify about the times they'd witnessed an out-of-control Robin.

Brenda and Robin visited in Robin's hospital room. Brenda admitted that, years before, she had gone to extreme lengths to get Sonny to ask her to move in with him. She giggled as she reminisced about the time she'd awakened Sonny by doing sit-ups in bed. Brenda said that she had never loved anyone the way she did Sonny. It was the kind of love that would last forever. Robin spoke warmly about the good old days when she and Stone, and Sonny and Brenda had fun together.

Later, Lisa, wearing gloves, filled a syringe from a vial. Johnny approached and startled her when he asked for directions to a particular doctor's office. They chatted about Sonny's trial, for which she was a juror. He apologized for having tried to influence her. She replied that he pushed so hard because he cared so hard.

After he left, a relieved Lisa threw something in the biohazard trash can. She entered Robin's room and closed the blinds. Lisa began to inject Robin's I.V. bag, but Maxie walked in. Maxie screamed at Lisa, who ran out the door. Maxie ran after her, as Robin took the I.V. out of her vein. Patrick and Elizabeth entered the room and asked what had happened. Robin explained as Elizabeth checked Robin's vitals. Patrick left to find Lisa. Elizabeth cautioned Robin not to lose her temper and then took the I.V. bag to the lab for analysis. Lisa passed Johnny in the hallway and gave him the syringe, asking him to get rid of it. Steven and Nikolas caught up to Lisa at the nurses' station.

Later, Steven informed everyone that he'd cordoned off the floor and that the police were on their way. Patrick demanded to know what Lisa had done, and Maxie recounted what she'd seen. Ronnie arrived to question witnesses and started with Maxie. He also asked Lisa for her side. Patrick claimed that Lisa had been terrorizing Robin. Ronnie informed Lisa that, if they found the syringe, she'd be in serious trouble.

11/22 At General Hospital, Ronnie questioned Lisa while Maxie, Patrick, Steve, and Nikolas looked on. Despite Maxie's accusations, Ronnie did not arrest Lisa because the syringe that Maxie had seen in Lisa's hands could not be found, and Lisa denied trying to harm Robin. Maxie's rants about Lisa fell on deaf ears. Johnny walked into the lobby area as Ronnie told Lisa not to leave the hospital until he completed a search for the syringe.

When Patrick and Steve were alone with Lisa, Patrick wanted to know why Lisa had been in Robin's room. She tried to change the subject, but Steve and Patrick persisted. Patrick asked if Lisa had been trying to provoke Robin further. Lisa scoffed, but Steve said that Lisa had no legitimate business in Robin's room. As Nikolas observed, Steve told Lisa that he was putting her on probation, suspending her OR privileges, and transferring her to ER, where he could keep an eye on her. He told Lisa to stay away from Robin or risk being fired.

Matt talked with a still irate Maxie and wondered if she had overreacted. Maxie was adamant that she knew what she had seen and that Lisa had deliberately tried to hurt Robin. After Matt left, Maxie saw Johnny and vented to him as well. She told him how much harm Lisa could have done to Robin, then said that she was leaving to search for the syringe. When Johnny was alone, he pulled up his coat sleeve to reveal the syringe hidden there.

Elizabeth was sitting with Robin and urging her to have hope when Patrick entered. After Elizabeth was gone, Patrick told Robin that Lisa was on probation. He said that Lisa would be fired if she entered Robin's room. Robin was relieved. Patrick said that he wanted the whole Lisa mess to get settled so that they could start working on their family issues. Robin was not so sure and said that they had to think about what was best for Emma.

Nikolas told Steven that even though he was a friend of Robin's, he believed that those in charge of the hospital had to remain objective in the dispute between Robin and Lisa. Nikolas grabbed the elevator after cautioning Steve not to take sides. Lisa, who was lurking nearby, overheard and was smiling as she strolled away.

Matt caught up with Maxie and asked her if she had framed Lisa. Maxie was astounded and asked if Matt was calling her a liar. Matt said that they had recently talked about framing Lisa. Maxie said that she had mentioned framing her as a witch, not as an attempted murderer. Matt was not convinced. Before Maxie could say more, Patrick approached and asked if she had framed Lisa.

Jason took flowers to Robin and said they were from Brenda. They laughed and talked until Jason got a phone call from Max, who informed him that Brenda and Sonny were together in Sonny's old apartment. Jason told Max to interrupt them, but Max said that he would not cross Sonny. When he hung up, Jason said he had to go break up Sonny and Brenda, but Robin persuaded him to stay with her and give Brenda and Sonny a chance to resolve their past.

Lisa caught up with Nikolas in the pouring rain. She thanked him for his support as they huddled under his umbrella. When Nikolas voiced doubts about Maxie's veracity, Lisa tried to manipulate him into canceling her probation. Nikolas did not fall for her ploy. Across the alley, Johnny looked at her and smiled.

11/23 On the pier, Johnny lurked in a corner as he watched Lisa try to work her wiles on Nikolas. Lisa claimed that she was grateful that Nikolas had been objective about Maxie's accusations. Nikolas promised Lisa that the situation would be resolved "one way or another." Nikolas then explained that he had to leave, but he offered to let Lisa keep his umbrella, so that she wouldn't get drenched in the rain.

After Nikolas left, Lisa approached Johnny. Lisa claimed that she had intended to call Johnny to thank him for his help. Lisa and Johnny headed to the Metro Court Restaurant to continue their conversation. Lisa denied that she had tried to poison Robin. According to Lisa, Robin had lied about the fire, so Lisa had decided to go to the board to clear her name.

Lisa admitted that the syringe had contained sodium pentothal. Lisa had hoped that it would lower Robin's inhabitations enough for Robin to lose it in front of the board, so that they could see that Robin had been acting out of spite. Lisa assured him that she wasn't proud of what she had planned, but she was desperate to clear her name, so that she could move on.

Lisa insisted that she didn't want to lose everything because of a "vindictive wife." "So you're the victim?" Johnny wondered. It was clear that Johnny didn't believe Lisa's story, but Lisa forged ahead with accusations that Robin had tried to target Lisa unfairly. Johnny revealed that Maxie was a good friend of his, so he didn't want to see Maxie caught up in Lisa's problems with Robin. Lisa claimed that Maxie had pushed Robin to lie. Lisa then wondered if Johnny intended to return the syringe to her. Johnny explained that he would hold onto it because he might need a favor from Lisa one day, without any questions asked.

At the nurses' station, Maxie was annoyed because Patrick and Matt suspected that she had framed Lisa. Patrick questioned Maxie about what she had seen in Robin's room. Maxie explained that she had entered Robin's room to find Lisa with a syringe in her hand, that Lisa had been about to inject into Robin's I.V. Matt confessed to Patrick that Maxie had mentioned framing Lisa the previous day. Maxie angrily reminded Matt that she had been joking.

Later, Patrick spotted Nikolas at the nurses' station. Patrick told Nikolas about Matt's revelation that Maxie had threatened to frame Lisa. Nikolas and Patrick agreed that it wasn't a surprise; however, it didn't explain why Lisa had been in Robin's room. Nikolas conceded that something was off, but he also acknowledged that Maxie wasn't the most reliable witness. Patrick wondered if the new information would affect Lisa's probation.

In Robin's hospital room, Jason and Robin talked about Sonny and Brenda. Jason was worried about where Sonny and Brenda's relationship was headed, but Robin thought that their friends would have to work things out for themselves. Robin confided that a part of her wanted Sonny and Brenda to work things out because Robin and Stone had been denied a happily ever after. Jason argued that Sonny and Brenda weren't always good for each other. Robin admitted that she didn't think that Sonny and Brenda had ever gotten over each other and never would.

Eventually Jason and Robin's conversation drifted to their love affair. Robin was grateful for everything that Jason had done for her. She realized that it had taken them a while to get to a good place, but she was happy that they had made peace with their past. Jason regretted that Robin had moved to Paris after the truth about Michael's paternity had been revealed. Robin softly smiled as she reminded him that she had moved back, so it had worked out.

The conversation took a lighthearted turn when Jason talked about his experience on the red carpet with Brenda. Robin laughed as Jason insisted that it had been an "awful and horrible" experience. Moments later, Patrick entered the room. Jason excused himself and then left. Patrick noticed the flowers that Jason had left behind. Robin explained that the flowers had been a gift from Brenda that Jason had kindly dropped off. Patrick nodded and then apologized to Robin for the situation with Lisa. Robin suggested that perhaps it had been a blessing in disguise because it might have forced Lisa to finally stay out of their lives.

Patrick hated to remind Robin about the recent incident with Lisa, but he was curious what Robin recalled about it. Patrick was curious if Robin had seen the syringe. Robin admitted that she hadn't seen it, but she was curious why it mattered. Patrick explained that Maxie might have been mistaken about what she had seen, or might have followed through with her threat to frame Lisa. Robin was outraged by the suggestion. Robin's temper flared when she realized that Patrick had already discussed his suspicions with Nikolas. She angrily accused Patrick of trying to exonerate Lisa. Robin insisted that he had ruined her good mood, so she demanded that he leave.

Maxie blasted Matt for casting doubt on her word by suggesting that her comments about framing Lisa might have been serious. Matt refused to apologize because he believed that the threat needed to be addressed. Patrick approached the pair moments later to reveal that Robin had denied seeing the syringe in Lisa's hand. Maxie argued that it made sense, since Robin had been asleep until Maxie had yelled out. Maxie acknowledged that Robin had only seen Lisa run out of the room, which was consistent with what Maxie had told everyone.

Maxie pointed out that the fact that Lisa had been fleeing the room was a huge red flag. Nikolas joined the group a short time later to let them know that Steve intended to stand by his decision. Nikolas started to leave, but stopped short when Lisa stepped off of the elevator. Lisa turned on the charm as she thanked Nikolas for loaning his umbrella to her. Nikolas wondered what Lisa was doing at the hospital. Lisa explained that she had dropped by to pick up some paperwork.

11/24 At the nurses' station, Matt wondered what Patrick planned to do for Thanksgiving. Patrick revealed that he had planned to pick up Emma and then take her to see Robin, so that they could spend the holiday together as a family. Matt saw Mac step off of the elevator. Mac's eyes narrowed when he noticed Patrick. Mac made it clear that Matt was welcome to join Mac's family for dinner, but Patrick was not.

Afterwards, Mac went to Robin's hospital room. Mac greeted Maxie and Robin and then started to unpack a basket of food. Maxie and Robin immediately tried to persuade Mac to return to his hotel room, change into something blue, which was Alexis' favorite color, and then go to Alexis' lake house for dinner. Mac refused to leave Robin alone on Thanksgiving. He also pointed out that he hadn't been invited.

Maxie assured him that they had received an offer to join Alexis and her family for dinner, but Mac remained reluctant to change his plans. Mac admitted that he didn't think that Alexis was interested in him. Maxie and Robin disagreed; however they explained that Alexis needed a man who wasn't easily pushed away. They urged Mac to let Alexis know how he felt about her. Mac refused to be swayed, so Maxie gave up and then left. Robin challenged Mac to be the man that Alexis needed.

Eventually, Robin wore Mac down. Shortly after Mac left, Matt stopped by the check on Robin. Robin was surprised when Matt revealed that Maxie had invited Matt to join her for dinner at Alexis' house. Robin was curious why he hadn't gone, but Matt admitted that he didn't like feeling as if he had to always pursue Maxie. Robin explained that Maxie didn't have a lot of faith in lasting relationships, so she was in a vulnerable state. Robin insisted that he needed to be a little more patient and forgiving with Maxie.

Matt chuckled; he had been about to offer Robin the same advice about Patrick. Matt wished Robin a happy Thanksgiving and then left. Later, Matt sought out Patrick to let Patrick know that Robin was alone with her thoughts in her hospital room. Matt advised Patrick to fetch Emma and then go to Robin's room. Later, Patrick entered Robin's hospital room with Emma on his hip. Robin was thrilled to see her daughter and to spend time together as a family.

11/29 At General Hospital, Steve and Patrick talked about how tough the surgery rotation was without Lisa. Patrick said he would work double shifts and do whatever was necessary to keep Lisa away from Robin. Lisa joined them and said that she was worried about her patients. Patrick told her that if she was that concerned, she should have stayed away from Robin.

Robin, confined to a wheelchair, rolled up to the nurses' station and said that she thought the idea was to keep Lisa off the floor. Lisa said that she was only there to drop off charts. Steve told Lisa to send the charts with an intern the next time, instead of leaving the ER. As Lisa waited for an elevator, she said that she felt like Cinderella, but not in a good way.

Lisa patched up an injured cheerleader, who complained about another girl who had stolen her boyfriend. She told Lisa about a website where she intended to post her side of the story anonymously. Before Lisa learned more, Nikolas interrupted and asked Lisa how she was doing. Lisa was perky and professional with Nikolas. When he told her that he appreciated that she was sticking around and making the best of a bad situation, Lisa said that she would do anything to clear her name.

Nikolas found Steve and Patrick at the nurses' station and made a plea for Lisa. He felt her punishment was too harsh with no proof. When Patrick supported Robin, Nikolas wondered if Patrick's infidelity had destroyed his objectivity. Lisa appeared and said that she had been paged to Robin's room. She wanted a witness to go with her. Nikolas volunteered. When they arrived, Robin was packing. She said that she had been discharged and was going home.

Robin told Lisa that since Mac's house had burned down, she was going to the home she shared with Patrick. She advised Lisa not to use the keys she had copied because all the locks had been changed. She told Lisa to stay away from Robin's home and family, or Robin would call the police, or kill Lisa herself. Lisa said that would be fine with her and that if she saw Robin's house on fire, she would not stop; she would just drive on by. After Lisa left, Robin turned to Nikolas and said that even with a witness, Lisa continued to make threats.

Robin was alone and on the phone, looking for a ride home, when Patrick entered her hospital room and offered to drive her home. Robin gladly accepted. Patrick wheeled Robin to the elevator, where they met up with Steve. He told Robin that he wanted her back at the hospital as soon as she was ready. Robin thanked Steve and said that she was ready to focus on her job and avoid Lisa. In the elevator, Robin told Patrick that no matter what happened to them as a couple, she was grateful that he had stood by her.

Lisa was with the cheerleader, asking more questions about the website, when Nikolas took her aside to voice his support. Lisa continued to play the victim and defend her reputation. Nikolas advised her to keep her distance from Robin. He said that Robin was very prickly and had interpreted Lisa's harmless comment as a threat. Later, alone with her laptop, Lisa logged on to the website the cheerleader had mentioned and began telling her side of the story about the relationship between herself, Patrick, and Robin.

11/30 At the Scorpio-Drake residence, Robin was happy to be home. However, she had missed Emma. Patrick offered to fetch Robin something to eat from her favorite Thai restaurant. Robin agreed and then started to ask Patrick something, but Maxie breezed into the bedroom, bearing gifts. Maxie immediately realized that she had interrupted a close moment between Patrick and Robin, so she quickly explained that she had to get back to work.

After Maxie left, Patrick wondered what Robin had been about to ask him. Robin assured him that it wasn't important and then claimed that she had changed her mind about ordering out because she wasn't hungry. Patrick realized that it was his cue to leave, so he told Robin to call him if she needed anything and then left.

Later, Maxie returned to find that Patrick was gone. Robin claimed that Patrick had needed to get back to work, but Maxie didn't believe her. Maxie suspected that Robin had asked Patrick to leave. Robin tried to change the subject by talking about Emma, but Maxie refused to let Robin off the hook. Maxie wanted to know why Robin hadn't invited Patrick to stay for dinner. Robin explained that it was too soon. Maxie reminded Robin that Patrick was Emma's father and still legally Robin's husband, so Robin would have to make peace with him. Maxie warned Robin that the clock was ticking on saving her marriage. Robin admitted that she wasn't ready to file for divorce, but neither was she ready to reconcile with Patrick.

At the hospital, Lisa sat in an office, recording a confession about her affair with Patrick on a laptop computer. Steve demanded to know what was going on when he walked in. Lisa lied by claiming that she had been checking her email. Steve seemed to believe her, so he switched gears to commend Lisa on saving a finger and the use of a young boy's hand. Lisa claimed that she had only been doing her job, but then grumbled about her probation. Steve hated what was going on, but he suggested that it served as a valuable lesson not to have affairs with co-workers. After Steve left, Lisa smiled with satisfaction as she posted her video confession.

A short time later, Steve approached Elizabeth at the nurses' station to talk about Lisa's job performance. Elizabeth admitted that she still had her doubts about Lisa. Elizabeth then spotted Patrick. Steve was surprised to see Patrick at work. Patrick admitted that he had intended to have dinner with Robin and Emma, but Robin hadn't seemed enthusiastic about it, so he hadn't tried to push it. Elizabeth suggested that it would take Robin awhile to feel comfortable again because of Lisa, so she advised Patrick to give Robin some time to adjust.

Lisa walked up to the nurses' station moments later to discuss a patient who needed a neurological consult. Lisa looked pointedly at Patrick and then innocently wondered if Patrick were off to spend some time with Robin and Emma. Patrick let Lisa know that Robin and Emma were at home. However, he warned Lisa not to get any ideas because the locks to the house had been changed. Patrick then reviewed the charts of Lisa's patient. Patrick agreed that the patient needed to have a neurological consultation. After Lisa left, Elizabeth admitted that Robin had been right; Lisa was quite good at impersonating a sane person. Steve warned Elizabeth to leave Lisa alone. According to Steve, Lisa was doing a better job than all of them.

Later, Patrick passed an office where he heard Lisa talking about her affair with him. Patrick followed the sound of Lisa's voice to find Elizabeth sitting behind a desk watching a video on a laptop. Elizabeth explained that Lisa had posted a video on "watchmyconfession.com" to tell the world her version of the affair.

12/2 At the hospital, Matt and Epiphany talked about Lisa's video confession that had gone viral. Patrick approached them and immediately let Epiphany know that he was not happy with Lisa's latest stunt. Epiphany complained about the effect that it had on the staff and then walked away. Patrick made it clear to his brother that he was furious with Lisa for posting the damaging video. Matt groaned when he spotted Lisa at the nurses' station.

Patrick immediately confronted Lisa about the video. Patrick was curious why Lisa had felt the need to go on the Internet to post her lies about him and Robin. Lisa informed Patrick that what she did on her own time was her business. Patrick accused Lisa of acting out of spite and suggested that her accusations had been slanderous. Lisa reminded Patrick that she hadn't mentioned any names, so she hadn't slandered anyone.

Matt warned Lisa and Patrick to keep their voices down, but they ignored Matt. Patrick was certain that Lisa had posted the video in an attempt to make Robin appear unstable. Lisa argued that the video had been anonymous, but Patrick laughed. Patrick reminded her that her face had been on the video, so everyone in the hospital knew exactly whom she had been talking about. Lisa insisted that she didn't have any regrets because it was her truth and most of the responses to the video had been supportive.

Later, Lisa smiled with satisfaction when she spotted Nikolas on the pier. Lisa pretended to be surprised to have bumped into him and then began to talk about how much she loved her work. Lisa then admitted that she was determined to accept the consequences for her affair with Patrick and to focus on the good things in her life.

At the nurses' station, Patrick sarcastically thanked Matt for his support when Patrick had confronted Lisa about the video. Matt warned his brother that Patrick had played into Lisa's hand because Lisa's goal had been to get a reaction from Patrick. Patrick had no idea how he was going to break the news about the video to Robin. Matt looked up in time to see Robin exit the elevator. Matt suggested that Patrick figure something out because Robin had arrived.

After Matt walked away, Patrick approached Robin to let her know that he had something to tell her. Robin realized that it was about Lisa. Patrick told Robin about the video. Robin demanded to know what Lisa had said, but Patrick would only reveal that Lisa had spun her usual lies and thrown them to the dogs. Robin wanted to see the video, but Patrick advised her against it. After Patrick was called away, Robin went to one of the computers at the nurses' station to find the video.

Robin's fury mounted as she watched Lisa portray the victim in an affair with a married man. Lisa accused Robin of being vindictive and out to get her. According to Lisa, Patrick knew that he could never please his wife, so he had broken free for a night to be with Lisa. Robin looked up in time to see Lisa and Nikolas approach the nurses' station. Robin immediately confronted Lisa about the "crap" that Lisa had posted online.

Nikolas suggested that Robin take it easy, but Robin ignored the advice. Robin angrily accused Lisa of being a "psychotic freak." Nikolas was stunned by Robin's vehemence. He reminded Robin that it wasn't like her to be so confrontational. Robin was hurt that Nikolas had sided with Lisa. Robin warned Nikolas that Lisa was manipulating him. Patrick walked up as Robin accused Lisa of attempted murder and trying to dismantle Robin's life. Nikolas was concerned because he didn't think that Robin was behaving like herself. Robin was horrified when she realized how she appeared.

12/3 At the nurses' station, Robin apologized to Nikolas for having accused him of siding with Lisa. Nikolas suggested that the two women find a way to work together. Patrick pointed out that Lisa was on probation and that she should return to the emergency room. After Lisa left, Robin suggested that Nikolas check out the "pack of lies" Lisa had posted on the Internet.

Nikolas explained that he had to remain impartial. Robin argued that Lisa wasn't playing fair, and her having posted a "confession" online had crossed the line. Maya passed by and said that, though she hadn't seen the post, the whole staff was buzzing about it. Nikolas advised Robin to take the high road and not draw attention to Lisa's actions. Patrick suggested that Robin speak to a therapist to relieve some of the pressure, but Robin worried that Lisa would find out and use it against her.

Later, Patrick again asked Robin if they could attend couples therapy together, but Robin said that she didn't think their marriage could be saved. Nikolas returned and informed them that Lisa's attention may be diverted as she had begun dating Ethan. Maya arrived just as that proclamation was made.

Ethan and Lisa arrived at Johnny's penthouse. Johnny made an allusion to having recently dated Lisa, which caught Ethan off-guard. Johnny said that what Olivia didn't know wouldn't hurt her. Ethan left to get supplies. "Good cover," Lisa commented. Lisa asked Johnny what had happened, and Johnny replied that he didn't think it was a good idea to divulge that, given what he knew about her.

As Ethan left the penthouse, Johnny asked Ethan to tell Olivia that Johnny was out of town. Lisa told Johnny that she had to take him into the hospital. Johnny refused and threatened to tell the chief of staff that Johnny had witnessed Lisa leave Robin's room, holding a syringe. He let her know that he'd kept the syringe and its contents. She suggested that blackmailing her as he lay dying on his couch was not a good idea.

12/6 At General Hospital, Epiphany welcomed Robin back to work. Patrick was upset with the lab because they did not have the test results he wanted. Robin said he was angry because Lisa was dating Ethan, and Patrick was jealous. Patrick said he was angry because their marriage was at a standstill. Robin said she had to think about Emma and the potential consequences if she took Patrick back.

An old, crotchety man in a wheelchair got off the elevetaor and complained loudly and demanded attention. Steve and Patrick immediately complied, and the old man started rattling off a list of symptoms and ordered the doctors pay for his taxi. Robin used her best bedside manner and found out that the old man's name was Theo Hoffman. She introduced Steve and Patrick to him and told him that he was in good hands. Theo's chart was put in the queue.

He continued to complain and predict that he would die while the doctors dithered. Robin and Patrick agreed that Theo had self-diagnosed a brain tumor and should probably be sent for a psychiatric evaluation. Before making the psych referral, they decided it would be better to run tests and get the results so that they could be sure that Theo did not suffer from anything more serious than hypochondria.

At Johnny's apartment, Lisa was reluctant to treat Johnny's gunshot wound for fear of losing her medical license. Johnny told her that he would give the syringe that he had hidden for her to the police if she did not treat him. When Johnny attempted to stand, but collapsed instead, Lisa agreed to treat his wounds.

Patrick ran tests on Theo and said that he would get back to Theo with the test results. Theo continued complaining, even after Robin said that they would put a rush on the scans that had just been done. After looking over Theo's test results, both Patrick and Robin agreed that he was a major hypochondriac. Robin told Patrick to let her handle it. Before she could, Robin got a phone call from Brenda, and they agreed to spend the next day together. Robin then went to Theo and told him that she had good news or him.

12/7 At the hospital, Robin assured her hypochondriac patient that he was fine. Theo angrily demanded to know what made Robin qualified to determine whether or not he was healthy. Robin assured Theo that she had studied medicine in Paris. Theo immediately lit up at the mention of his favorite city. They discussed the joys of Paris, including the cafés where intellectuals gathered. Robin confessed that she missed living in Paris.

A short time later, a nurse pulled Robin aside to let Robin know that there were other patients waiting to be seen. Theo realized that he was being tossed out of the hospital. He made it clear that he was not happy with the hospital's lack of concern for his health. Robin gently reminded Theo that he was not sick. Theo argued that he wouldn't be at the hospital if he weren't sick. Robin decided to admit Theo to the hospital for one night, but she insisted that was all that she could do.

12/8 At the hospital, Patrick overheard Theo complaining to Steve about some flies that Theo had found in the oatmeal that the hospital had served for breakfast. Theo flailed his arms about as he tried to swat at flying insects that were only visible to Theo. Theo became more agitated when he spotted Patrick standing in the doorway. Patrick asked to have a private word with Steve. In the hallway, Patrick wondered why Theo had been admitted to the hospital.

Steve suggested that Patrick talk to Robin about it. Steve returned to Theo's room a short time later with an aspirin. Theo was insulted that he was being given an aspirin for his illness, but Steve explained that there were many medical benefits to taking aspirin. Meanwhile, Patrick tracked down Robin to find out what was going on with Theo. Robin explained that Theo was a lonely man and that it could affect his health.

Steve walked up moments later to discuss Theo's status. Robin managed to persuade Steve to extend Theo's stay by one more day. However, Steve made it clear that Theo was to be discharged the next day. After Steve left, Patrick walked Robin to Theo's room. Robin confided that she had a connection with Theo and that he had been very nice to her when they had talked about Paris. However, she quietly admitted that she also felt sorry for the lonely man.

Robin entered Theo's hospital room to find him in a surly mood. Theo let Robin know that he had overheard her conversation with Patrick. According to Theo, pity was worse than ignorance. Robin reminded Theo that there wasn't anything wrong with him. Theo disagreed. He confided that he had lost someone unexpectedly in the prime of life. Theo explained that one phone call had changed everything.

Theo urged Robin not to let anyone tell her that there would always be time because it was a lie. Robin suggested that Theo get some rest, but he resented being dismissed. Robin assured Theo that she had enjoyed their conversation and that she had appreciated his reminder about time. Theo seemed to relax. Later, Robin found Patrick working near the nurses' station. Robin confessed that Theo had a strange way at looking at things, but once in a while he hit the mark.

12/9 In Theo's hospital room, Theo complained about the quality of the hospital food. Patrick, who had been checking Theo's chart, wasn't surprised that Theo didn't approve of the food. Theo ignored the remark as he suggested that salmonella poisoning might be the death of him. Patrick reminded Theo that the best state-of-the-art equipment had been used to test Theo; all of the tests had confirmed that Theo was healthy. Theo's temper flared when Patrick offered to write a prescription for Theo's migraines.

Robin entered the room moments later, which immediately calmed Theo down. Robin asked to speak privately to Patrick in the hallway, so Patrick followed Robin out of the room. Patrick was curious why Theo was still in the hospital. He reminded Robin that there were real patients who needed the room. Robin assured Patrick that she had checked to make certain that there weren't any patients waiting to be admitted.

Patrick argued that continuing to run tests on Theo would be a waste of money. Robin explained that Theo had plenty of health insurance, so it wouldn't cost the hospital anything. Patrick wondered if Robin identified with Theo because no one believed that Theo was sick, just like that they hadn't believed that Lisa had been messing with Robin. Robin seemed taken aback by the question.

At Johnny's penthouse, Lisa tended to Johnny's wound. She warned him that his fever indicated that an infection was setting in. Lisa blamed it on her being forced to treat the gunshot wound in his apartment instead of in a sterile environment like a hospital. Johnny argued that the hospital had not been an option. Lisa explained that an untreated infection could kill him. Johnny made it clear that Lisa would regret it if he died. She doubted that the incriminating needle, which he was holding over her head, could have worse consequences than the trouble she might face because she had treated him for a gunshot wound. Johnny stood up to get something to drink as he explained that he had been shot while doing a favor for someone that had needed "the best." Lisa suggested that Johnny had overestimated his ability, since he had been shot. Johnny collapsed before he could respond.

Lisa hesitated a moment, but then helped Johnny back to the sofa as he slowly regained consciousness. Lisa revealed that most women would have be tempted to suffocate Johnny with a pillow if they had been in her shoes. Johnny doubted that Lisa was the "praying mantis" type. She struck him as the kind of person who would poison someone in a way that couldn't be traced back to her. Lisa suggested that she could always wait for the infection to kill Johnny. Johnny had a better idea; he wanted Lisa to steal the medication needed to treat his infection. Lisa immediately objected. Johnny chuckled because she didn't have a problem threatening a woman with a needle, but she drew the line at stealing. Lisa agreed to get the medication because she refused to allow her patient to die.

Later, Lisa entered Theo's room at his request. Theo explained that he wanted a second opinion because Patrick hadn't found anything wrong with him. Lisa reviewed Theo's chart and then agreed with Patrick's diagnosis. Theo was livid as he began to question her qualifications. Theo turned his anger on Patrick when Patrick entered the room moments later.

Steve and Nikolas discussed hospital business as they made their way to the nurses' station. Steve revealed that he was considering extending Lisa's suspension from surgery as a courtesy to Robin. Nikolas reminded Steve that Lisa was a skilled surgeon. Robin approached Steve moments later to let Steve know that she wanted to keep Theo one more night. Steve insisted that it wasn't necessary because Theo was healthy. Robin begged Steve to reconsider. She argued that one more night in the hospital wouldn't hurt anyone. Steve quickly confirmed that they didn't have any sick patients waiting for the room, so he relented.

Moments later, Patrick pushed Theo, in a wheelchair, to the nurses' station. Robin let Theo know that he could stay in the hospital another night. Lisa took advantage of Theo's boisterous complaining to slip a bottle of antibiotics into the pocket of her lab coat. Robin caught the move out of the corner of her eye. Robin ordered Steve to call security and then confronted Lisa about the theft.

12/10 In front of staff at the nurses' station, Robin accused Lisa of having pocketed a bottle of pills from the medical cart. Theo corroborated the allegation. Lisa admitted she'd taken the drugs, antibiotics, and explained that she was going to give them to her housekeeper whose cousin, an undocumented alien, had an infection. Steven instructed Lisa to take the patient in for observation, no questions asked.

After Lisa left, Patrick thanked Theo for speaking up. Theo ranted about how unobservant Patrick was. The patient continued to insist that he had a brain tumor. Later, Robin shared her plight with Theo, and he berated her for allowing Lisa to ride roughshod over her. He also advised her to stop being a martyr and to dump Patrick.

Sam ran into Patrick at the hospital and asked if he could give her some insight on a patient of his and a fellow doctor. Sam had been hired to learn whether or not the two were having an affair. Patrick opted not to comment. He did admit to Sam that he'd had an affair with Lisa and that his marriage to Robin was on shaky ground. Sam advised him not to concentrate on past mistakes but to move forward.

Robin asked Elizabeth to take something to Patrick so Robin wouldn't have to interact with him. Elizabeth urged Robin to be absolutely sure before dumping Patrick. "I pushed Lucky and then I pushed Nikolas, and a funny thing happened; they both went away," Elizabeth cautioned. Robin excused herself and went to see Patrick.

Lisa told Johnny that she'd been caught stealing the antibiotics and that he had to help her find a female undocumented immigrant with an infection to cover for the lie Lisa had told.

12/13 Lisa told Johnny that she would lose her hospital privileges if she did not find an illegal Hispanic woman to support her story that she stole antibiotics to help her housekeeper's cousin. Johnny did not appear sympathetic to her. She told him that she was convinced that Patrick still loved her and that the way to his heart was through the OR. She said that she would turn Johnny in rather than lose her status at General Hospital.

At GH, Robin saw Patrick and Sam talking. She asked Sam about Brenda. Sam said that the situation was tense, but they hoped for a break soon. Matt and Maxie joined Robin and Patrick and Sam excused herself. Maxie insisted that Robin and Patrick join she and Matt for dinner. Robin took Maxie aside and told her that she was as subtle as a sledgehammer. Maxie urged Robin to forgive Patrick. She told Robin that Patrick would not be waiting for her forever. Patrick asked Matt to persuade Maxie to stop trying to help. He said that Robin was stubborn and pressuring her would only make matters worse. Matt dragged Maxie away, but Robin had nothing else to say to Patrick.

When Lisa got to the hospital, Robin asked about her housekeeper's cousin. Lisa said that the cousin was too frightened to make an appearance. Steve told Lisa that stealing medication was a serious matter. Before he could say more, a Hispanic woman, with a bad cough entered the hospital and asked for Lisa. When Lisa greeted her, the woman told Lisa how grateful she was for her help.

12/14 At the hospital, a woman named Inez apologized to Lisa for not stepping forward sooner. Inez claimed that she had been afraid that she would be deported. Robin stared in disbelief as Lisa thanked Inez for confirming that Lisa had been treating her. Steve and Patrick had little to say, so Robin decided to question Inez. Lisa objected. According to Lisa, it was inappropriate for Robin to interrogate Inez because of Robin's history of false accusations against Lisa.

Robin reminded Lisa of the hospital's policy, so there hadn't been any reason for Inez to fear deportation for seeking medical treatment at the hospital. Lisa claimed that she had no idea where she stood with the staff from day to day, so she had opted to treat Inez privately. Steve decided to admit Inez to the hospital as "Jane Doe." Inez was grateful for Steve's kindness. After Steve, Lisa, and Inez left, Robin let Patrick know that she didn't believe Inez or Lisa. Robin was determined to get to the bottom of things.

Later, Steve confirmed that Inez had bronchitis, which would have developed into pneumonia without treatment. Robin was stunned. Steve turned to Lisa to let Lisa know that stealing the medication had been wrong, but he was certain that Lisa had been trying to help Inez. However, he warned Lisa if there were any further problems then she would be fired. Lisa nodded her understanding and then thanked Robin. Lisa credited Robin for making it possible for Inez to receive proper treatment in the hospital.

After Steve and Lisa walked away, Robin let Patrick know that she intended to get the truth about the stolen drugs. Patrick seemed exasperated by Robin's certainty that Lisa had done something wrong. He reminded Robin that it wasn't as if Lisa had stolen painkillers. Robin resented Patrick's lack of support. Patrick acknowledged that he didn't trust Lisa, but he didn't think that Lisa was always wrong, just as Robin wasn't always right.

Robin found Patrick a short time later. She immediately sensed that he was upset. Patrick revealed that Jerry Jacks had returned. Patrick confessed that he had just removed a bullet from a morgue attendant who had been shot by Jerry. It had reminded him of everything that he and Robin had gone through during the Metro Court hostage crisis. Robin reached out to squeeze Patrick's hand to let him know that she understood.

12/15 At the hospital, Patrick and Steve were working at the nurses' station when Lisa approached to tell them about a young patient that she had treated for a broken femur. Lisa felt bad that the boy would spend Christmas on crutches. Robin stood nearby as Theo rolled up in a wheelchair to talk to Robin. Theo hoped that Robin had more tests scheduled to find out what was ailing him. Robin gently explained to Theo that they had run every test that they could.

Patrick insisted that it was time for Theo to be discharged because there wasn't anything wrong with Theo. Theo hoped that Robin wouldn't listen to Patrick and the other doctors. Robin assured Theo that she had reviewed the test results herself. Theo was disappointed that Robin had given in to peer pressure. Theo groused about the doctors on staff at the hospital and then questioned their competency.

"Stop it," Robin begged Theo. Robin confessed that she had admitted Theo to the hospital because she had sensed that he was lonely, not because he had been ill. Theo made it clear that he hated pity, but he refused to blame Robin for any wrongdoing. Theo shocked everyone when he suggested that Patrick might have falsified the test results. Steve had heard enough; he defended Patrick and then made it clear that Theo would be discharged immediately.

Theo was not pleased, but he agreed to abide by Steve's wishes. However, Theo warned Steve, Lisa, and Patrick that he wasn't through with them. A short time later, Steve found Robin reviewing Inez's medical records. Steve explained that the antibiotics had worked, so Inez had been released from the hospital earlier that day. Lisa waited until Steve left and then smugly commented to Robin, "Guess you missed your chance."

"I guess I did," Robin responded. Robin started to leave, but Lisa quickly caught up to her. Lisa tried to push Robin's buttons, but Robin refused to play Lisa's game. Robin let Lisa know that she didn't believe Lisa's story about Inez, so she remained determined to prove that Lisa was psychotic and had an agenda. "Or die trying?" Lisa wondered.

Robin demanded to know if Lisa had just threatened her. Lisa played innocent by suggesting that Robin had misheard her. Patrick quickly stepped in to find out what was going on. Lisa explained that Robin was upset because Robin hadn't been able to interrogate Inez. Patrick reminded Lisa that Lisa had been caught in several questionable situations, so Robin had good reason to have doubts about Lisa.

"That's enough," Steve warned the trio. Moments later, Theo approached the nurses' station. Theo was dressed in a tailored suit and held a folded document in his hand as he announced that he had decided to sue the hospital, Steve, Patrick, and Lisa for malpractice. Robin was shocked. Robin reminded Theo that she had been his primary doctor, so she should be sued for malpractice, not the others. Theo insisted that Robin had been the only person who had tried to help him, so he didn't have any complaints about the care that she had given him.

12/16 At the hospital, Patrick was outraged by Theo's decision to file a malpractice suit against them. Patrick reminded Theo that Theo had walked in with a self-diagnosed brain tumor and that they had run every test possible. Patrick insisted that there hadn't been a brain tumor or any pathology to support Theo's claim that he was ill. Lisa explained that their job was to help those who were legitimately sick and that any symptoms that Theo had experienced had been in his head. Theo agreed.

Steve argued that there wasn't any evidence to support Theo's lawsuit. Theo pointed out that he suffered from a psychological disorder, in which Theo experienced severe distress, which was directly tied to his fear of illness. According to Theo, if the doctors had been doing their jobs then they would have referred Theo to a psychiatrist, who could have properly diagnosed and treated Theo. Theo intended to seek monetary damages, so that others wouldn't be dismissed as easily in the future. Robin insisted that she was the one to blame, not the others.

Robin defended the hospital and the doctors who had treated Theo. Robin warned Theo that he would ruin their careers if he pursued the lawsuit. Theo was unmoved by Steve, Patrick, and Lisa's plight because they had deemed him beneath their notice, yet they had still managed to bill his insurance. Theo was furious that Steve, Patrick, and Lisa had ignored his hypochondria. Steve warned Theo that judges hated to have their time wasted on frivolous lawsuits. Theo informed everyone that he had vast experience with the legal system because he had been a trial lawyer for forty years.

Theo claimed that he had sufficient evidence to prove malpractice. Theo also found the conditions of the hospital to be unsanitary, so he threatened to call the Health Department. Theo smiled smugly as he let Steve know that he would be waiting to hear from their attorneys and then left. Robin apologized profusely to Steve for the lawsuit. Steve assured her that he didn't hold it against her because Robin had not had any idea of what Theo would do. Steve was confident that the lawsuit would never go to trial because the attorneys would settle it out of court.

12/21 At the nurses' station, Lisa asked Robin for file. Robin handed the file to Lisa and then inquired about Inez's health. Lisa claimed that she had no idea how Inez was doing because Lisa's housekeeper had moved on after Inez had been forced to step forward to clear Lisa's name. Robin was amazed that Lisa always seemed to have an answer. Robin congratulated Lisa on her winning streak, but warned her that it would eventually run out.

Robin turned away from Lisa to talk to Patrick about the holiday. Patrick wanted to spend time with Emma, so he was willing to work around Robin's schedule. Robin thought that it was important for them to make the holiday magical for Emma. Patrick was surprised when Robin invited him to spend Christmas at the house. However, she made it clear that the offer wasn't an attempt to reconcile and that Patrick would be sleeping in the guest room. Lisa overheard the exchange, so she slipped away to leave a message for a mystery person to call her back.

Later, Patrick let Robin know that he had a bunch of presents for Emma, but he hadn't wrapped them. Robin smiled as she realized that Patrick needed her help. Robin agreed to wrap the presents if Patrick promised to help her decorate the house. Robin confessed that she hadn't even bought a Christmas tree. Patrick offered to go tree shopping with Robin after work. Lisa walked up moments later to ask Patrick to review some notes on a patient's file. Patrick didn't see the point, since the information was already on the chart. He reminded Robin that they would meet later and then walked away. Robin smiled as she noticed Lisa's annoyance at being dismissed.

12/22 At the Scorpio-Drake residence, Robin and Patrick decorated the Christmas tree. Robin admitted that it was both easy and difficult to have him there. Patrick offered to leave, but Robin insisted that he stay because she wanted Emma to have a perfect Christmas. Moments later, Mac arrived. Mac was less than pleased to see Patrick standing in the living room.

Patrick and Robin explained why Patrick was there. Mac realized that he had to accept their decision, but he wasn't happy about it. Robin decided to change the subject by reminding Mac of Luke and Tracy's wedding. Robin thought that Mac should go because Alexis was there. Mac promised to think about it and then left.

Robin confessed to Patrick that she had no idea why she had pushed Mac to find love when her own love life was a mess. Patrick reminded her that love was one of the greatest things in life, if it was properly nurtured and cherished. Later, Emma was excited as she stared at the decorations and Christmas tree. Robin held her daughter as Patrick carefully hung Emma's stocking on the fireplace. Afterwards, they helped Emma find her bear ornament in the tree.

12/29 Elizabeth and Robin were talking about how much their children had enjoyed Christmas when Patrick joined them at the nurses' station. Elizabeth smiled as she asked Robin and Patrick if they had plans for New Year's Eve. Robin admitted that she had invited Patrick to stay at the house through New Year's Eve to give the "trial togetherness a whirl."

Moments later, Steve approached the nurses' station to find out where Cameron was. Elizabeth revealed that Cam was waiting for Steve at the daycare center and that Cam was so excited about the ski trip that he had refused to take off his ski boots. Elizabeth explained to Robin and Patrick that she couldn't take Cam on the trip because she had to work, so Steve had volunteered to take his nephew. Steve admitted that he looked forward to teaching Cam how to ski. Elizabeth chuckled as she warned Steve that the majority of the people going were teens, so it would be a long trip.

Later, Patrick instructed Elizabeth to tell Lisa that he wasn't available if Lisa needed a consult for one of her patients. Maxie talked to Robin about the trip. Maxie feared that she was being selfish by going away with Matt. Robin was happy that things were working out for Maxie and Matt, so she wanted her cousin to have fun.

Lisa walked up to the nurses' station to talk to Patrick about one of her patients. Lisa invited Patrick to join her in the cafeteria, but Patrick declined. He thought that it was better for them to remain at the nurses' station because it would be less of a distraction. Robin smiled as she reminded Lisa that they all knew how easily distracted Lisa became. Meanwhile, Elizabeth confessed that she missed Cam.

Patrick assured Elizabeth that Cam would return from the trip ready for the Olympics. Robin empathized with Elizabeth because Robin had missed Emma while Robin had been in Africa. Patrick grew quiet as Robin talked about how difficult it had been for her to be separated from her daughter. After Robin walked away, Elizabeth apologized to Patrick. Patrick assured Elizabeth that it was okay and that he and Robin were working through it.

1/3 At GH, things were relatively calm as Robin and Elizabeth discussed Cameron's first trip away from home and Patrick had a short consult with Lisa. Elizabeth had left the nurses' station when Nikolas and Brook arrived with news of the bus crash. The staff began an immediate mobilization to care for the wounded.

1/4 At the hospital, the doctors and nurses worked together to prepare for the arrival of the injured passengers from the bus crash. Patrick hoped that it turned out that the bus simply had a flat tire. Robin conceded that it wouldn't have been the first time that Carly had overreacted to a situation.

Robin then changed the subject to let Patrick know that their Christmas together had been perfect. Patrick was pleasantly surprised by the confession, but he was also curious what had prompted it. Robin admitted that Maxie always complained about the way that Robin pushed Patrick away, so Robin wanted to make an effort to change her ways. Robin confessed that she needed Patrick to help her get through the crisis. Robin was worried about everyone on the bus, but she was most concerned about Maxie.

At the hospital, Robin let Sonny know that she had received word that Morgan had suffered a broken leg. Sonny was relieved to learn that the other kids were okay. Sonny admitted that it had been a fluke that Morgan had been on the phone with Carly at the time of the crash. Robin and Patrick discussed Matt's injury. Patrick realized that he would probably be busy taking care of things for Matt until Matt had recovered. Lisa watched Robin and Patrick. It didn't escape Lisa's notice how close Robin and Patrick seemed.

1/5 Dante and Brenda approached Robin at the nurses' station to get an update on Olivia. Robin explained that Olivia was in surgery and that Patrick would do everything in his power to help Olivia.

Patrick finally emerged from the operating room to let Dante know that Olivia had been moved to a room. After Dante and Lulu went to see Olivia, Patrick confided to Robin that Olivia had nearly died during the surgery. Patrick hadn't had the heart to tell Dante that the odds weren't in Olivia's favor because he couldn't take Dante's hope away. Matt walked up a short time later to let everyone know that his arm had been set and that Lisa hadn't harmed him. Matt then pulled Patrick aside to find out how Olivia was doing. "It's touch and go," Patrick admitted.

In the operating room, Steve and Patrick worked to save Ali's life. Patrick suspected that Ali had an "epidural bleed depressing the lat ventricle." Steve was angry with himself for not realizing sooner that Ali had been seriously injured. Patrick insisted that it wasn't Steve's fault. Tragedy struck when Ali suddenly flatlined. The episode featured, "Hallelujah," performed by Jeff Buckley

1/6 At the nurses' station, Dr. Terrell Jackson asked Robin where he could find Steve's office. Terrell explained that he had an appointment with Steve. Robin gave him directions to Steve's office, but she didn't think that Steve would be in because they had been swamped the previous evening with passengers who had been injured in a bus crash. Patrick and Steve approached the nurses' station moments later.

Steve introduced Terrell to Patrick as the pediatric surgeon who had pitched in to help the night before. Patrick recognized Terrell from a news segment about the crash. Terrell formally introduced himself to Steve and then explained that he was there to interview for a position in pediatrics. Nearby, Lisa watched Steve and Terrell. Terrell and Lisa exchanged a glance, but didn't say anything to each other.

After Steve and Terrell walked away, Robin and Patrick discussed what had happened to Ali. Patrick was frustrated because he hadn't been able to save the teenager. Robin insisted that Patrick couldn't have known that Ali was in crisis because Ali had been asymptomatic. Robin reminded Patrick that he wasn't God. Patrick smiled as he confessed that it stung a little less hearing it from her. Robin suggested that perhaps he was getting immune to her telling him the truth. Patrick believed that it was because he respected what she had to say. Robin couldn't understand why he was being so nice to her.

Patrick confessed that he had really enjoyed spending Christmas with her and Emma. He was disappointed because their New Year's Eve plans had been cancelled due to the bus crash. Robin was surprised when Patrick asked her out on a date. She admitted that she was flattered and tempted to accept, but she wanted to be cautious, so she suggested that Patrick ask her out another time. Lisa suddenly appeared at the nurses' station to request that Patrick consult on a case.

Later, Steve and Terrell slowly made their way to the nurses' station as Steve finished up the interview. Steve was curious why Terrell wanted to work at General Hospital. Terrell admitted that he liked how Steve ran things. Steve was impressed with Terrell's credentials and how he had stepped in during the crisis, so he offered Terrell a trial position. Terrell readily accepted the opportunity.

Lisa smiled when she overheard the exchange. Robin didn't seem to notice Lisa's reaction as she congratulated Terrell. Terrell admitted that he hoped that Robin could help him learn the ropes and advise him on whom to avoid. Robin confessed that she couldn't be objective, so she thought that it was best for Terrell to form his own opinions about the people on staff.

Patrick walked up moments later. Robin told Patrick about Terrell's job offer, so Patrick decided to give Terrell some advice. According to Patrick, Terrell shouldn't mess with Epiphany, he should be prepared to see Steve work hard, and Terrell should know that Robin was a "research extraordinaire." Robin chuckled as she confided that she could also cook. Robin then warned Terrell that Patrick had a huge ego and that he couldn't cook. Patrick laughed.

Terrell thought it was amazing that Robin and Patrick managed to juggle marriage and working together. Robin immediately sobered as she revealed that she and Patrick were separated. After Robin walked away, Terrell apologized to Patrick. Patrick assured Terrell that it was okay because Terrell hadn't known. After Patrick left, Terrell asked Lisa where the labs were. Lisa decided to lead the way. As soon as Terrell and Lisa were alone, they dropped their pretense of not knowing each other. Terrell wanted to know why she had called him. Lisa explained that she wanted Terrell to seduce Robin.

DVD #13B 1/7 At the nurses' station, Robin and Lisa welcomed Terrell to the hospital. Moments later, Steve informed Terrell that he needed Terrell to start immediately because one of the pediatric surgeons had been forced to take an emergency leave of absence. Terrell assured Steve that it wouldn't be a problem. Lisa offered to show Terrell around, but Robin stepped in. Robin thought that it would be best if Robin did it, since they wanted Terrell to stay.

After Robin and Terrell walked away, Lisa complained that Robin had made her look bad. Patrick didn't feel sorry for Lisa because he believed that Robin had every right not to trust Lisa. Lisa resented Patrick's surly mood, but he didn't apologize. Later, Robin was pleasantly surprised to see Theo when she returned to the nurses' station with Terrell. Robin's good humor fled when Theo accused the hospital's attorneys of trying to delay his lawsuit.

"This stops now," Robin warned Theo. Robin explained that she was affected by whatever happened to the hospital. She suggested that Theo had been disingenuous when he had walked into the hospital with vague symptoms. Robin insisted that they had run every test conceivable and that each had confirmed that Theo had been healthy. Robin thought that Theo's lawsuit was mean-spirited and bogus.

Robin confessed that she was disappointed in Theo because she had believed that Theo had been a better person than that. Robin insisted that her name should be added to the malpractice suit because she had been his doctor. Theo had no interest in punishing the one person who had treated him with respect, so he agreed to drop the lawsuit. However, Theo warned everyone that if he became sick from walking into "this cesspool" then he would go after the hospital with all of his considerable resources.

Later, Lisa slipped into a conference room to find Terrell waiting for her. Lisa claimed that Robin had been the bane of her existence for long enough, so it was time to render Robin irrelevant. Lisa was confident that they were halfway to her goal because she sensed that Robin was already attracted to Terrell. Terrell wasn't surprised; however, he wanted to know what was in it for him before he wrecked a perfectly nice woman's life. Lisa seemed surprised by the question. Terrell wondered if she had been so embroiled in her own deviousness that it had never occurred to her that he might want something other than the honor of helping her get Patrick back.

Lisa was curious what Terrell had in mind. Terrell admitted that he wanted Lisa back in his life because he had missed her. Lisa refused to make any promises, but she suggested that it would serve Patrick right if she dumped him for Terrell. Terrell conceded that Robin was cute, but she paled in comparison to Lisa. Lisa smiled happily because she had someone on her side. Terrell warned Lisa that she would have to keep him motivated if she wanted him to continue to help her. Lisa didn't think that would be a problem, so she kissed him to prove her point.

1/10 Lisa and Terrell shared a drink at Jake's. He said that he was there for her. Lisa told him that they would be together eventually, but first she wanted him to seduce Robin. He suspected that she really wanted Patrick, but she denied it. Terrell said that they had been great chums in Houston, and it was only a matter of time until their previous relationship was discovered. Lisa was not worried.

When Patrick showed up and found them laughing together, Lisa boldly told him that she and Terrell had just discovered that they had lived in Houston at the same time. Terrell said that he had to leave because he had an early surgery the next day. Patrick said that he also had a surgery and would be using Elizabeth, who was the best surgical nurse at GH. He told Terrell not to poach. After Terrell was gone, Lisa playfully accused Patrick of being territorial, implying that it was about her. Patrick squelched the notion and walked away.

1/12 At the hospital, Steve wanted Patrick to let Lisa scrub in on a complicated surgery. Patrick was reluctant to work with Lisa, but Steve insisted that Patrick had to find a way to deal with it for the sake of the patient. Lisa overheard their conversation, so she made it clear that she wanted to be a part of the surgical team. Patrick was clearly annoyed, but didn't object. Patrick and Lisa discussed the patient's case file. She suggested that they get something to eat, but Johnny suddenly appeared.

Johnny loudly announced that he intended to take Lisa to lunch. Lisa insisted that she had to work, but Patrick assured her that he could cover for her. Lisa pasted on a saccharine smile as she thanked Patrick. As Patrick and Steve watched Lisa leave with Johnny, Patrick admitted that he had a bad feeling about Lisa's connection to Johnny, that something told him it wasn’t good for Robin.

Lisa returned to the hospital to apologize to Patrick for Johnny's untimely interruption. Lisa claimed that Johnny seemed more interested in her than she was in him, but Patrick didn't believe her. Patrick admitted that something about Lisa and Johnny hadn't rung true; he realized that he had recalled seeing Johnny in the corridor when Maxie had caught Lisa in Robin's room with the missing syringe. Patrick had done some digging and discovered that Johnny had a follow-up appointment around the time of the incident. Patrick realized that Lisa had likely handed the syringe to Johnny.

1/13 At the hospital, Patrick accused Lisa of passing off the syringe to Johnny after she had fled Robin's hospital room. Patrick knew that Johnny wasn't the type of person who would help others without expecting something in return, so he was certain that Johnny had been blackmailing Lisa with the incriminating syringe. Lisa played it cool as she denied everything and then suggested that Robin was delusional. Robin noticed the tension between Patrick and Lisa as she approached the nurses' station. Patrick and Lisa claimed that they'd had a difference of opinion about a patient's case.

Terrell walked up moments later to see if Robin were ready to start her rounds. Terrell revealed to Patrick and Lisa that he would be shadowing Robin for the day. Lisa offered to take Terrell on rounds with her, but Robin insisted on doing it. Patrick didn't look thrilled as he watched Robin and Terrell walk away.

Later, Patrick found Robin working alone at the nurses' station. Robin explained that Terrell had gone to check on a patient, but that he would return shortly. Patrick was curious whose idea it had been for Terrell to follow Robin around for the day. "Mine," Robin admitted before she switched gears to question him about his argument with Lisa. Patrick stuck to his story, but admitted that it was difficult to be civil to Lisa. Robin regretted that she had let Lisa goad Robin into slapping her. Patrick reminded Robin that Lisa had failed to provoke her since that incident.

Meanwhile, Lisa and Terrell conspired in a private corner of the hospital. Lisa was delighted that their plan was working. Lisa seemed surprised when Terrell admitted that he was impressed with Robin. Lisa feared that their plan would fail if he fell for Robin, but Terrell assured Lisa that it would never happen.

Terrell then headed to the nurses' station to ask Robin's advice about different treatment options for a young patient with Graves' Disease. Terrell feigned concern about taking up too much of her time, but Robin assured him that she was happy to help. Some time later, Patrick overheard Robin at the nurses' station suggest musical therapy for the young patient with Graves' Disease. Robin beamed when Terrell appeared open to her idea.

Terrell turned to include Patrick in the conversation, but Robin reminded Terrell that Patrick was a surgeon, so Patrick's solution to everything was surgery. Lisa smiled with satisfaction as she noticed the tension between Patrick and Robin. Meanwhile, Terrell kept Robin talking about music, which eventually led to her opening up about Stone. Terrell was stunned when Robin admitted that she was HIV positive.

Patrick knocked on Johnny’s door. Patrick decided to cut to the chase by telling Johnny that Lisa had once kidnapped Emma and attempted to kill Robin. Patrick hoped that Johnny would help expose Lisa by turning over the syringe that she had given to Johnny.

1/14 At Johnny's penthouse, Patrick explained that Lisa was hell-bent on destroying Patrick and Robin's marriage. He asked Johnny to produce the syringe that would prove Lisa had attacked Robin in the hospital. Johnny denied having any knowledge of the hypodermic. Patrick charged that it was suspicious that Johnny and Lisa had gotten close just after the incident and that it appeared Johnny was blackmailing Lisa. Patrick warned Johnny to watch out for Lisa, as she was as conniving as she was cunning.

Terrell shared anecdotes from his past with Robin as they stood at the nurses' station while Lisa looked on from afar. He told Robin that a dear childhood friend had died of AIDS. Later, he approached Lisa and demanded to know why she'd said nothing to him about Robin's HIV status while she was encouraging him to sleep with Robin. Terrell expressed his worry that Lisa was hiding more crucial information from him.

Patrick returned to the hospital and asked to speak to Robin in private. After they left the nurses' station, Johnny arrived and continued the charade that he and Lisa were dating. He told her he had a present for her. Lisa saw that he had a syringe in his jacket pocket. Terrell asked Epiphany about Johnny, and she explained that Port Charles was a Mecca for the mob.

1/17 Johnny showed a syringe to Lisa, who was excited until she realized that it was not the one she had intended to use on Robin. Johnny warned her that although he had covered for her, Patrick had figured out what was going on. A suspicious Terrell interrupted. Johnny was affable and demanded an introduction, which Lisa made. Johnny acted as though he and Lisa had a date. He gave Lisa the name of a restaurant and a time and left her with Terrell after saying, "See you later, doll." Terrell was upset that Lisa seemed to have another suitor ahead of him, but took it in stride and told Lisa that even though she was a busy woman, she was not boring.

1/20 At the hospital, Terrell surprised Epiphany with a vanilla latte. He overheard Robin on the phone with the director of the Stone Cates Memorial AIDS Wing. Robin was upset to learn that a doctor had been laid off because of budget cuts. Patrick walked up as Robin slammed down the phone. Robin took her frustration out on Patrick when he asked her what was going on.

As Terrell and Lisa walked away from the nurses' station, Lisa complained about Robin's "self-righteous moral superiority." Terrell immediately defended Robin by explaining that it was personal for Robin because she had HIV. Terrell thought that they should admire someone who stood up for what they believed in. Lisa glared at Terrell, but didn't say anything.

Moments later, Carol, the wedding planner, walked up to Robin at the nurses' station. Carol was horrified when she realized that Robin was Brenda's matron of honor.

Robin stopped by to visit Brenda at the penthouse. Brenda was stunned when Robin told her about Carol's visit because Brenda hadn't had a chance to ask Robin to be her matron of honor. Robin was happy to stand next to Brenda on her wedding day, but Robin wasn't thrilled with the term "matron." Brenda chuckled and then confided that Carol was incredibly rude, but had fabulous ideas. Robin confessed that she wished that Stone could be there to see Brenda and Sonny's wedding day.

Robin was certain that Stone would have been happy for them; both agreed that Stone was smiling down on them. Robin implored Brenda to always be honest with Sonny and to talk things out when something was bothering her. Robin believed that her failure to do those things had led to the breakdown of her marriage. Brenda thought that Robin and Patrick had been getting along better in recent weeks. Robin admitted that she had snapped at Patrick earlier that day when she had received some unpleasant news about Stone's wing.

Robin revealed that there was always tension between her and Patrick when Stone was mentioned because Stone had been such a huge part of Robin's life. Robin then talked about Terrell. Brenda was curious if Patrick had cause to be concerned. Robin assured Brenda that it wasn't like that. According to Robin, Terrell "gets it" because he had a friend who had died of AIDS.

Carol barged into the penthouse moments later. Brenda immediately informed Carol that she was expected to close the door when she walked into Brenda's penthouse and that Brenda was the boss. Brenda resented Carol telling Robin that Robin's coloring was wrong. Brenda insisted that Robin was perfect. Carol refused to apologize as she asked if Brenda had another friend who could fill in for Robin. Carol promised that Brenda would have the wedding of her dreams, provided she followed Carol's advice. Brenda fired Carol, but Carol ignored her. Brenda and Robin stared in disbelief as Carol dashed out the door to attend to some other wedding plans with promises to meet with Brenda later that evening.

At the hospital, Lisa asked Terrell how things were going with Robin. Terrell joked that they were great and that Robin had begged him to have sex. Terrell then turned serious as he warned Lisa that he wasn't the type to kiss and tell. Lisa started to insult Robin, but Terrell told her to give it rest. Lisa noticed that Terrell had defended Robin on several occasions. Terrell explained that he intended to do things his way, so she could accept that or find someone else to help her.

Robin returned to the hospital a short time later to see if the director of the AIDS wing had left her a message. Epiphany told her no, but then handed her a file that someone had dropped off. Robin scanned the contents of the file and then immediately sought out Terrell to ask him why he had volunteered to work in the AIDS wing. Robin was deeply touched because he had been the only doctor to step up.

Meanwhile, Patrick approached Lisa at the nurses' station to find out what was going on between Robin and Terrell. Lisa smiled with satisfaction as she told Patrick that it had something to do with the AIDS wing.

1/21 Robin thanked Terrell for his offer to work in the AIDS ward. They bonded over their individual losses to the disease. Lisa and Patrick looked on, and Lisa smiled at Patrick's obvious discomfort with the growing friendship between his wife and Terrell. Patrick saw through Lisa's attempts to make him jealous by playing up the relationship between Terrell and Robin. Terrell asked Robin to meet him after work to discuss the AIDS outreach budget cuts and how they could raise funds. After they left, Patrick complained to Matt that all the female staff were fawning over Terrell. Lisa looked on with satisfied amusement.

Later, Lisa caught up with Terrell and congratulated him for getting so close to Robin so quickly by sharing the loss of his childhood best friend to AIDS. She urged him to "milk Ricky's death for all its worth." After Lisa left, Robin arrived and left with Terrell to discuss finances.

Patrick met Matt at Jake's. Matt implored his brother to chill out for a moment and try to have some fun. Amusement seemed impossible, though, as Patrick turned to see Robin and Terrell laughing and having a good time playing darts.

1/24 At Jake's, Robin and Terrell played darts and learned that they had both lived in Paris, while Matt and Patrick had beers at the bar. Matt accused Patrick of being jealous, but Patrick said he was not. Matt interrupted the dart game to talk to Robin, and Patrick took her place playing darts with Terrell. When Matt wanted to know where he should take Maxie to dinner, Robin suspected that Matt had ulterior motives for talking to her.

Matt said that Patrick was sorry for sleeping with Lisa and wanted his family back. Robin said that she and Patrick still had a lot to work out. She said that they could not go back to where they had been before because the foundation was broken. Matt said that the holidays had been good and asked Robin to focus on that. Patrick warned Terrell that Robin was married to him. Terrell said that he and Robin were just friends, then added, "at this point." He told Patrick that he was new in town, and Robin was the first friend that he had made.

Terrell said that things could change at any moment and that as long as Patrick and Robin were separated, Patrick did not have a say in the matter. Patrick was stunned. Terrell won the dart game and left the bar. Matt followed. After overhearing Terrell and Patrick, Robin told Patrick that Matt was right. Patrick smiled as he said that it would be the first time. She playfully accused Patrick of being jealous. Patrick said he was not jealous; he said that he was glad that she had a new friend. Robin said she was relieved to hear it because she intended to spend more time with Terrell.

1/26 At GH, Terrell tried to get close to Lisa, but she told him that he could not have her until he got Robin in bed first. Patrick rushed up, concerned because Robin had not arrived. Robin hurried in and said that she was late because of a faulty garage door and traffic. Patrick offered to fix the door that evening, but Robin said she had to learn to do things on her own.

Later, Elizabeth and Robin commiserated about the problems of being a single mother when things needed fixing. Terrell, who was lurking nearby, overheard and offered to help out. When Robin mentioned the garage door, Terrell said he could fix it. They made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. Lisa heard and congratulated Terrell. She was surprised to learn that he was a handyman. Terrell said that he was not, but would learn what he needed to know by Saturday.

Patrick was hurt that Robin would ask Terrell to fix the door and not him. Robin blew him off and said that it was no big deal. When she next saw Terrell, she said that not having use of the garage door was very inconvenient. She asked him to stop by that evening after work instead of Saturday as they had originally planned.

1/27 At the Scorpio-Drake residence, Robin thanked Terrell for offering to fix her garage door. She explained that she suspected that the problem was the remote for the door. Terrell was surprised when Robin confessed that her parents were the technical wizards because they were spies, but the gift hadn't been passed down to her. Robin then took Terrell to the garage, so that he could assess the problem. Later, Robin was sitting on the sofa when the lights began to flicker.

After several seconds, Terrell popped his head in to let her know that she was good to go. Terrell started to leave, but Robin insisted on checking the garage door. She took the remote from Terrell and then pressed a button while he closed his eyes, crossed his fingers, and then began to pray. Terrell thought that it was a good sign when he heard a loud whirring noise, but Robin revealed that it was the blender, not the garage door. Robin pressed the button on the remote again, which turned off all the lights. Robin and Terrell began to laugh, so Robin decided to press the button again to see what would happen.

At the nurses' station, Patrick snapped at someone in the lab and then ended the call. Lisa started to comment on Patrick's sour disposition, but he wasn't in the mood to hear it. Lisa suggested that he shouldn't get territorial over the garage door being fixed, but Patrick cut her off. He let her know that he didn't have any reason to talk to her unless it was about work. As Patrick walked away, Lisa suggested that he not blame her because Robin had made a new friend. Lisa smiled when Patrick ignored her.

Later, Patrick spotted Terrell at the nurses' station. Patrick was curious how things had gone with the garage door. Terrell admitted that he had made everything but the garage door work. Patrick snidely suggested that the next time, Terrell shouldn't promise things that he couldn't deliver.

After Patrick walked away, Lisa joined Terrell to get an update on how things had gone with Robin. Terrell revealed that he'd had fun with Robin and that Robin had laughed when things had gone awry. Just then, Robin walked up to let Terrell know that the handyman that he had recommended had determined that the garage door had malfunctioned because of a short in the wiring. Robin was happy to report that she would get a brand new garage door at no cost. Patrick was annoyed when he overheard Robin and Terrell chatting amicably.

1/31 Robin stopped in to discuss wedding plans with Brenda. Carly made snide references to being left at the altar. Robin told her to give it up because nothing could stop the wedding. Carly stormed out. After Carly was gone, Robin told Brenda that the look on Carly's face said she was up to something and that Carly thought that she could destroy the wedding.

2/2 At the nurses' station, Epiphany let Terrell know that someone had dropped off a gift for him, but she warned him to keep his private affairs out of the workplace. After Epiphany walked away, Lisa approached Terrell to find out who had sent the present. Terrell opened the small box and then smiled. He explained that the key chain, with a bottle opener attached to it, was from Robin, to show her appreciation for helping her to find a handyman to fix the garage door.

Seconds later, Terrell spotted Robin, so he decided to thank her for the present. Terrell offered to use the bottle opener the next time that he and Robin were at Jake's. Robin smiled, but their chat was cut short when Patrick walked up to talk to Robin about scheduling some time with Emma on Valentine's Day.

After Robin and Patrick excused themselves, Terrell rejoined Lisa at the nurses' station. Lisa was quick to encourage Terrell to keep romancing Robin. Robin and Patrick approached the nurses' station as they finalized plans for Emma on Valentine's Day. Robin intended to spend the morning with Emma while Patrick would get Emma for the second part of the day.

Steve pulled Patrick away to look over a CT scan just as Terrell walked up. Terrell wondered if Robin had plans for Valentine's Day. Robin smiled as she confirmed that she did. Terrell commented that he had to learn to move faster if he wanted to spend time with Robin. "Guess you will," Robin flirtatiously responded as she walked away.

2/3 At the hospital, Lisa was not happy when she saw Patrick and Robin smiling and talking amicably as they left to check on Emma. Terrell approached the nurses' station moments later. Lisa immediately complained that Terrell was backsliding on his attempts to woo Robin. She insisted that Patrick could never reconcile with Robin. Steve overheard Patrick's name as he neared the nurses' station, so he asked Terrell and Lisa if they had a problem.

Terrell quickly covered for Lisa. According to Terrell, Lisa had wanted Patrick to consult on a case, but Terrell had offered to step in because Patrick hadn't been available. Lisa apologized for overreacting; she realized that they should have taken the disagreement to the lounge where they could have had some privacy. Steve warned them that their behavior had been unprofessional and that they could have compromised the patient's privacy by discussing the case in such a public place.

After Terrell and Lisa walked away, Steve turned to Epiphany to find out if she knew what was going on between Terrell and Lisa. Epiphany made it clear that she made a point of staying out everyone's personal lives. Steve was curious what Epiphany's professional opinion of Terrell was. Epiphany had glowing things to say about Terrell's skill as a doctor. Steve confided that he couldn't understand why Terrell, who had great credentials, had left a huge hospital in Houston to take a job in a small town in upstate New York.

Meanwhile, Terrell quietly let Lisa know that he had just saved her butt. Lisa was curious if that were an invitation or a threat. Terrell smiled as he suggested that Lisa had missed him. Lisa explained that Terrell just had to romance Robin, so that Patrick would turn to Lisa. Lisa assured Terrell that she had plenty of room in her life for two men. Terrell insisted that he hadn't signed up for that. She reminded Terrell that he was in Port Charles because she had been the one to get away, and he liked a challenge.

Terrell agreed, but he clarified that he wasn't into "boiling stuffed animals." Lisa insisted that she hadn't done anything wrong. She claimed that the stories about her had been a gross exaggeration based on misunderstandings. Terrell warned Lisa that she was the subject of a lot of talk around the hospital, so he only intended to help her for a short time.

Robin and Patrick returned to the nurses' station, chatting about Brenda's wedding. Robin wasn't surprised when Steve revealed that Lisa had been looking for Patrick to consult on a case. After Patrick left, Terrell approached Robin to ask if she had any recommendations for a health club that he could join. Robin wondered if Terrell were making excuses to talk to her. Terrell smiled devilishly as he admitted that he might be. Robin kindly suggested that Terrell stop because it made her husband "grumpy."

Later, Patrick asked Robin if she might be interested in spending Valentine's Day together with Emma as a family. Before Robin could answer, Epiphany handed a file to Terrell and then briefly filled him in on the patient's case. Patrick was frustrated when Robin decided to check on the patient with Terrell instead of giving Patrick an answer. Nearby, Lisa smiled with satisfaction.

2/4 As Carly descended the stairs at Jason's, she overheard Brenda and Robin about to enter. They walked in, but Carly was nowhere to be seen. Carly eavesdropped as she hid around a corner and listened to Brenda and Robin trash her. The two women decided not to continue talking about Carly and ran upstairs to see the wedding dress. An irked Carly quietly let herself out. In Brenda's room, Brenda and Robin walked in to find the dress torn to shreds.

2/7 At Jason's penthouse, Brenda held her shredded wedding dress and told Robin that she was sure that Carly was the culprit. Brenda and Robin entered the lobby and spotted Carly. Brenda wasted no time accusing Carly of destroying her wedding dress. Carly did not deny the accusation, but instead told Brenda that she had more important things going on than Brenda's wedding, which was never going to happen.

Brenda challenged Carly to tell the truth. Carly changed the subject and walked away. Brenda told Jax that Carly's behavior was proof of her culpability. Jax said that if Carly had destroyed the dress, perhaps she had done Brenda a favor. Brenda said that if she had caused Jax and Carly to split, then perhaps she had done Jax a favor.

Robin caught up with Jason at the penthouse. She told him to rein Carly in. She said that Carly would do anything to sabotage Brenda's wedding. Jason said that Carly had other worries besides the wedding. Robin showed Jason a piece of the wedding dress and said that Carly had done it. When Jason again defended Carly, Robin said that he never saw the truth about Carly. Jason said that the Balkan was the real threat and he would feel better if they caught the Balkan before the ceremony.

2/8 At Jake's, Patrick warned Johnny that Lisa was crazy, so Patrick was curious how long Johnny planned to protect her. Johnny didn't seem overly concerned about Lisa's frame of mind, so Patrick reminded Johnny that Robin had been recovering from a house fire when Lisa had been spotted trying to inject Robin's I.V. with a syringe. Patrick suggested that Lisa had passed the syringe off to Johnny after she had fled the room.

Johnny was curious what would motivate him to help Lisa. Patrick suggested that Johnny needed a doctor to treat Johnny's various injuries that Johnny incurred as a result of his criminal activity. Patrick offered to take Lisa's place as Johnny's mob physician if Johnny helped to expose Lisa. Patrick was desperate to stop Lisa from terrorizing Robin and Emma. Johnny suggested that there hadn't been any proof of Lisa's wrongdoing, so he turned down Patrick's offer.

At the hospital, Lisa arranged to meet Terrell in his hotel room, "No questions asked." Lisa headed straight to Metro Court to bribe the desk clerk to tell her Terrell's room number. Lisa then paid the clerk to make certain that Patrick Drake's wife was sent to Terrell's room if Robin showed up looking for Patrick. Lastly, Lisa asked the clerk to call Patrick to tell him that Robin wanted to meet at the hotel.

At the nurses' station, Epiphany handed Robin a file. According to Epiphany, Patrick had asked Robin to review the patient's file. Robin realized that she would need to discuss it with Patrick, so she headed to Metro Court. Meanwhile, Terrell left Lisa a message wanting to know where she was because he had everything ready for their romantic tryst.

A short time later, Robin arrived at the hotel. The clerk told Robin that Patrick had been moved to another room, so Robin headed to the new room. As Robin knocked on Terrell's door, Patrick entered the lobby of the hotel. Lisa smiled with satisfaction as she watched Patrick enter the elevator. At the same moment, Robin knocked on Terrell's door, thinking that it was Patrick's room. Terrell opened the door, expecting to see Lisa. Robin smiled uncomfortably when she realized that she had the wrong room and that Terrell was wearing only a towel.

2/9 At Metro Court, Robin smiled when she realized that she had the wrong room and that Terrell was wearing only a towel. Terrell immediately took advantage of the situation by inviting Robin to join him for dinner, since his date had ditched him. Robin was unaware that Patrick watched as Robin entered Terrell's hotel room. Terrell quickly slipped into the bathroom to change into some clothes and then joined Robin in the living room. He feared that she might think that he had crossed the line by inviting a married woman to have dinner with him.

Robin confessed that she didn't know from week-to-week how married she was. They sat down at the table and then began to eat. Terrell plied Robin with wine as they talked about Patrick. Terrell admitted that it seemed like Patrick had been making a sincere effort to reconcile. Robin agreed, which made Terrell wonder if it were working. Robin confessed that Patrick's affair with Lisa had exposed a flaw in their marriage. Robin had always known that Patrick had been a player, but she realized that he would always be one. She conceded that Patrick might believe that he would never cheat on her again, but she didn't know if she could trust him to remain faithful. As they continued to sip on wine, Robin thanked Terrell for listening.

At Jake's, Patrick asked to speak privately to Steve to find out what Steve knew about Terrell. Steve was surprised when Patrick revealed that Robin was spending time with Terrell in Terrell's hotel room. Steve suggested that there might be an innocent explanation for what Patrick had seen, while Olivia encouraged Patrick to fight for the woman that Patrick loved.

Later, Matt found Patrick drinking alone. Matt handed his brother a beer and then sat down at the table. Patrick told Matt about seeing Robin enter Terrell's hotel room. Patrick recognized Terrell as a player, so Patrick refused to allow Terrell to take advantage of Robin. Matt became concerned when Patrick suddenly rose to leave. Matt tried to find out where Patrick was headed, but Patrick didn't answer.

A short time later, Matt and Patrick arrived at the hotel. Matt feared that Patrick would make things worse by confronting Robin, so Matt stopped Patrick from entering the elevator. Patrick refused to let Terrell play Robin, so Matt offered a compromise. Matt decided to go to Terrell's room to persuade Robin to leave, with a convincing lie, while Patrick waited in the lobby. Patrick agreed, but before Matt could put the plan into motion, the elevator door slid open. Robin and Terrell walked out, arm-in-arm and laughing, unaware that Matt and Patrick stood close by.

2/10 At the nurses' station, Robin was impressed when she saw the handmade Valentine's Day cards that Elizabeth's boys had made. Patrick walked up as Robin and Elizabeth talked about the children. Robin decided to tell Patrick about her dinner with Terrell. According to Robin, it had been Patrick's fault because he had asked her to consult on a case, so she had gone to the hotel to talk to Patrick about it. Robin revealed that the clerk had informed her that Patrick had been moved to another room, but she had ended up at Terrell's door instead.

Robin and Patrick realized that Robin had been set up and that Lisa had likely been responsible. Patrick was curious why Robin hadn't tracked him down when she had realized that she had gone to the wrong room. Robin didn't have an answer for Patrick.

Meanwhile, Lisa gloated that she had arranged for Terrell to spend some time alone with Robin. She was curious if Terrell had "sealed the deal" with Robin. Terrell admitted that he had reservations about breaking up a marriage when a child was involved. Lisa hoped that Terrell wasn't falling for Robin. She ordered Terrell to have Robin at Jake's that evening and to make certain that Patrick knew of the plans. Lisa made it clear that if Terrell failed then he wouldn't be invited into Lisa's bed.

Patrick approached the nurses' station. Patrick confided to Elizabeth that he hoped to surprise Robin with a romantic Valentine's Day dinner; however, before Patrick had an opportunity to ask Robin out, Terrell made a point of inviting Robin to Jake's for a beer. Robin happily accepted.

Terrell and Robin arrived at Jake's moments before Patrick. Lisa perched on a stool at the bar as she watched Terrell and Robin take a seat at a table while Patrick sat down at another table. Patrick scowled as Robin and Terrell sipped beers, talked about Robin's first crush, and laughed. Robin noticed Patrick order a shot and a beer, but didn't acknowledge him in any other way. Lisa seemed pleased by Patrick's surly mood.

2/14 On Valentine's Day at Jake's, Lisa waited for the drug she had put in Patrick's drink to take effect. Terrell and Robin laughed as Terrell told her stories about Valentine's Days that had not worked out well for him. Lisa was surprised when Patrick ordered another beer. When she tried to stand, she was woozy. Johnny showed up and offered to take her home.

Patrick took beers to Robin and Terrell. He said that ideally he would spend Valentine's Day alone with his wife, but since that was not happening, he would be content to sit at the same table. Patrick and Terrell found common ground when they learned that they both played basketball.

After some trash talk, they decided to play darts and that the loser would walk away from the table. As the game progressed, Robin said that she was not a prize to be won. When Patrick hit a bull's eye, he grabbed Robin and gave her a long, thorough kiss, which Robin returned. After that, Patrick picked up his coat, wished Robin a happy Valentine's Day, and walked out of Jake's.

Lisa woke up at Johnny's. He told her that he had paid the waitress to switch her drink with Patrick's drugged one. She accused him of taking advantage while she was drugged, but Johnny said that he had not.

2/16 At the hospital, Robin and Patrick talked about the kiss that they had shared at Jake's. Patrick admitted that he didn't have any regrets. Robin jokingly conceded that the kiss had been "nice." Patrick winced at the jab to his ego, which made Robin smile. Robin then turned serious as she asked Patrick to see one of her patients while she attended to some wedding preparations with Brenda.

Patrick agreed until she revealed that the patient was Theo. Patrick reminded Robin that Theo hated him and would probably try to sue him if he didn't find anything wrong with the hypochondriac. Robin realized that Patrick and Theo had gotten off on the wrong foot, but she was confident that Patrick could handle Theo. The argument ceased when Theo approached the nurses' station. Theo wasn't pleased when Robin explained that she had to leave.

Patrick invited Theo to reschedule the appointment, but Theo complained that Patrick probably hoped that Theo would die in the interim. Robin was relieved when Patrick reluctantly agreed to give Theo an examination. Theo hoped that Patrick's skill as a doctor had improved. Later, Patrick promised to let Theo know the results of the tests as soon as they were in. Theo argued that Robin's diagnostic skills far exceeded Patrick's, so Theo preferred for Robin to review the test results. Patrick warned Theo that Robin would be busy with the wedding for the next few days, but Theo didn't mind waiting.

Robin went to Pozzulo's to visit Sonny. She confessed that she was happy for Sonny and Brenda, but she was a bit surprised by how calm Sonny seemed. Sonny explained that he couldn't wait for the wedding to be over even though he was marrying the woman of his dreams. He then took the opportunity to thank Robin for helping to reunite him with Brenda. Sonny appreciated that she had always believed in them.

Sonny credited Robin for making it possible for him to marry Brenda. Robin admitted that she had wanted Sonny and Brenda to be together for a very long time, so she hoped that they would be happy. A short time later, Sonny listened as Robin spoke to Patrick on the phone about Theo's appointment. Robin thanked Patrick for taking care of things and then ended the call. Sonny wondered how everything was going between Robin and Patrick.

"Amicable," Robin admitted. Sonny was surprised by her less than enthusiastic response. Robin confided that it was nice to see Patrick on his best behavior. Sonny confessed that he wished that Stone could be at the wedding. Robin agreed that Stone would have been happy to see Sonny and Brenda get married because Stone had wanted his loved ones to find happiness. Robin realized that perhaps things had to happen as they had in order for them to appreciate what they had.

Robin arrived to help out with the wedding preparations. Brenda was relieved to be organized for once, thanks to Molly's helpful wedding checklist. The girls noticed Brenda's rings. Brenda revealed that each ring signified something special. The rose-gold ring represented Brenda and Sonny's past, while the gold ring represented their present and how lucky they had been to have found each other again. Brenda explained that Sonny would place the third ring, representing their future, on her finger during the wedding.

Molly thought that the rings were romantic; she likened Brenda and Sonny to Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice. Moments later, someone knocked on the door. Brenda assumed that it was Carol, but it turned out to be Carly. Carly admitted that Sonny had told her that Suzanne had been responsible for the acts of sabotage. Brenda confirmed that it was true and then apologized for accusing Carly. Carly insisted that she needed to speak to Brenda in private, but Robin refused to let Carly ruin their day. Robin ordered Carly to go away. Robin suggested that Carly have enough self-respect to leave everyone alone and then slammed the door in Carly's face. Carly simply smiled.

2/17 At the penthouse, Robin and Carol were going over some last-minute wedding plans when Suzanne asked where Brenda was. Brenda stood at the top of the staircase as Robin explained that Brenda was getting ready. Suzanne suggested that Brenda might be taking her time because she was having second thoughts about marrying Sonny. Robin explained that Brenda had good reason to have some pre-wedding jitters because Brenda and Sonny's last wedding day had ended very badly. Carol agreed that Brenda needed to hurry up because Brenda still needed to get her hair and makeup done before the wedding.

Brenda entered the living room and then announced that she hated to disappoint Suzanne, but Brenda intended to go through with the wedding. Brenda bristled when Suzanne suggested that they release some wedding pictures to the press. Carol agreed with Suzanne, but Brenda flatly refused to consider it. Suzanne and Carol decided to take care of some things before the wedding, so they left. Robin wondered if Brenda were okay. "Yes," Brenda assured her best friend; however, Brenda admitted that she was afraid that something might go wrong.

Later, Brenda admitted that she feared that she had forgotten something as she packed some things for the wedding. Robin promised Brenda that everything would be fine. Brenda and Robin started to leave, but stopped short when they opened the door to find Edward standing on the doorstep. Edward explained that he needed to talk to Brenda before "this tragedy takes place." Robin warned Edward not to try to talk Brenda out of marrying Sonny. Edward explained that he just needed assurance that Sonny would be at the wedding instead of repeating history by sending Jason to the altar to call off the wedding. Edward couldn't take it if Brenda's heart were broken a second time.

Brenda and Robin entered the church. Brenda admitted that the day didn't feel real to her. Robin warned her friend that if Brenda continued to worry about what might go wrong then Brenda would miss all the little things that made the day special. Brenda confessed that she hardly remembered her previous wedding day with Sonny. Robin didn't think that it was a bad thing because Sonny and Brenda would make new memories. Brenda smiled nervously, so Robin wondered if Brenda were still afraid that the wedding wouldn't happen.

2/18 In the chapel, Brenda shared with Robin that she was affected by all of the people who were against her marriage to Sonny. Robin said that she had no regrets for having married Patrick, even though Lisa had broken them up. Robin recounted how anxious she had been before Emma was born, but Emma turned out to be perfect. Robin's point was that Brenda and Sonny would be fine. They headed back to the dressing room, but Robin left to run an errand.

Shawn approached the dressing room, his gun leading the way. Before he could enter the room, Robin returned with Kristina. Not long after, Kristina left to find out why Molly had not gotten there yet. Brenda began to freak out over the tiniest of details, but Robin assured her that everything was going to proceed smoothly. Alexis arrived and wondered where her girls were. Robin explained that Molly hadn't shown up.

Robin ran into Patrick in the chapel. She told him that, despite their marriage hitting the rocks, their wedding was one of the happiest days of her life. Following tradition, the girls presented Brenda with something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue. After Molly and Kristina left, Brenda put her dress on. Robin left soon after.

In the chapel, Robin worried that Jason had not yet arrived. Molly wondered who would walk Brenda down the aisle. Robin was inspired to find a suitable replacement and asked Edward to do the honors.

2/21 At the Archer Pavilion, outside the chapel doors, Robin tried to convince Edward to stand in for Jason, who was a no-show and walk Brenda down the aisle. With Molly and Kristina listening, Edward flatly refused because of his animosity for Sonny. Molly said Brenda could walk herself down the aisle. Molly protested when Kristina suggested calling Jason. Robin agreed and figured that Jason was busy taking care of Carly.

Sonny and Dante joined the group in the vestibule as Edward continued his rant against Sonny. Sonny tried to go to Brenda, but the girls stopped him and said it was bad luck. Brenda appeared in the vestibule and smiled at Sonny. Edward went back inside after calling the wedding a travesty. Sonny hugged Brenda. He and Dante went back to the chapel. Robin comforted Brenda and told her not to let Carly ruin the wedding. Molly said that everything would be okay. Jason and Sam arrived, to the relief of the bride and bridesmaids.

The guests stood as Jason and Brenda entered the chapel. Brenda was smiling as they walked down the aisle and met Sonny at the altar. As part of the very touching ceremony, Morgan gave a heartfelt speech welcoming Brenda to the family. She had tears in her eyes as she thanked him. When the minister asked if anyone objected, all eyes turned to Carly, including Brenda's. Brenda looked at Sonny and said she was sorry. Tears were streaming down her cheeks when she said that she had to object.

2/22 At the Archer Pavilion, Brenda stopped the wedding. Sonny was stunned as he asked her, "Why?"

"Cause if I don't, Carly will," Brenda explained. Sonny looked accusingly at Carly as he demanded answers. Carly was unrepentant as she slowly started to pull a folded document from her purse. "I have it covered," Brenda assured Carly. Brenda revealed that Carly had a document, which proved that Brenda had an affair with Dante in 2007. Sonny turned to Dante for Dante's denial, but Dante remained silent. Sonny's anger mounted as he realized the reason for Brenda and Dante's odd behavior over the previous few months. "You slept with him? With Dante?" Sonny asked in disbelief. Brenda began to weep as Sonny demanded to know if Brenda would have told him if Carly hadn't learned the truth.

"No, because none of it is true," Brenda answered. Carly produced the custody papers to show to Sonny. Dante took the papers from Carly and then explained that Carly had told the truth as far as Carly knew it; however, Dante revealed that Brenda's child hadn't been his. Dante denied that he and Brenda had ever had an affair, but he did admit to claiming to be the child's father and then relinquishing all rights to the child. Dante confessed that he had met Brenda when she had needed protection from a man who had been stalking her. According to Dante, the stalker had been the child's father. Dante had signed the papers, so that the man's family couldn't get their hands on the child. Carly snorted as she accused Dante of fabricating a convenient lie. Sonny shouted at Carly to shut up and sit down.

Brenda immediately began to apologize to Sonny for not telling him about the baby. Brenda acknowledged that it had been selfish of her and that she wasn't good enough for Sonny. Brenda realized that Sonny was disappointed in her, but she wanted him to know that she loved him and always would. Brenda started to leave, but Sonny called out to her. Sonny remembered what he had felt like when he had run out on Brenda during their last wedding. Sonny acknowledged that it had been the biggest mistake of his life, so he didn't want to repeat it. Brenda feared that Sonny would never be able to forgive her. Sonny insisted that he wanted to because it had screwed up his life not to trust the one person that he had loved the most. Sonny was curious why Brenda couldn't trust him. Brenda admitted that she had been terrified that Sonny would leave her.

Sonny argued that her father had been the one to leave her and that her father had been wrong to tell Brenda that she hadn't been worth loving. Sonny declared his love for Brenda and then promised that he forgave her. Brenda's eyes filled with tears as Sonny asked her to marry him. Brenda threw herself into Sonny's arms as she happily accepted the proposal of marriage. Moments later, Sonny and Brenda returned to the altar, where they exchanged vows and then wedding rings before being pronounced "husband and wife." Everyone, except for Carly and Lulu, erupted in applause as the happy couple kissed.

2/23 At the Archer Pavilion, guests applauded as Sonny kissed his new bride and then led her to the reception area. Brenda tells Robin that she is the best Matron of Honor ever! Guests quickly followed and everyone began to mingle and sip on champagne.

Patrick found Robin touching up her makeup. She admitted that she had cried during the wedding. Patrick chuckled as he observed that it seemed to be a family trait because he recalled Anna had cried during Robin and Patrick's wedding. Robin smiled as she and Patrick reminisced about their special day. Patrick confessed that it had been the best day of his life. Robin agreed that it had been perfect.

Patrick wondered if Robin had regretted marrying him. "No," Robin answered. She reminded him that, at the very least, they had a beautiful little girl because of it. Patrick started to apologize for everything that he had done wrong, but Robin insisted that the day wasn't about them; it was about Sonny and Brenda. Patrick conceded that she had a point and then referred to their night as a "date." Robin admitted that she was uncomfortable with the label because she wasn't ready to date Patrick. Patrick respected her wishes, but he wanted her to know that he loved her. Robin assured him that she loved him too.

Robin invited Sonny and Brenda to share their first dance as husband and wife. After several minutes, everyone paired off and then joined the newlyweds on the dance floor. Today's episode featured the song "Home Again" performed by Daena Jay.

2/24 Carly danced with Patrick, but she noticed that he was distracted as he stared at Robin. Carly advised Patrick to go after Robin and then wished him luck. Robin decided to offer a toast to the bride and groom, since Jason wasn't there to do it. Robin talked about Sonny and Brenda's early days and how deeply they had loved each other. Robin explained that even though Sonny and Brenda had spent years apart, they had found their way back to each other. Robin held up her glass of champagne as she told the happy couple, "To my friends, Sonny and Brenda, may you be happy and in love for the rest of your lives." Patrick smiled at his wife as everyone raised their flutes of champagne.

Robin called all the single ladies together for the bouquet toss. Kristina was the lucky recipient of the toss. Sonny chuckled as he informed Kristina that she couldn't get married until he told her that it was okay. Kristina was curious how long that would be. "One, two, maybe three decades," Sonny answered as he hugged his daughter.

2/25 At the Archer Pavilion, Sonny and Brenda headed to the waiting limousine as the wedding guests tossed flower petals. Brenda waved to everyone one last time before Sonny helped her into the limousine. Sonny closed the door and then started to walk around to the other side when Luke called out to Sonny. Sonny sprinted over to talk to Luke and then turned back to the limousine just as it exploded.

Everyone began to react to the shocking scene. Sonny broke down in tears. He attacked the limo driver and accused him of having been in on the hit. Michael helped Luke and Dante restrain Sonny from rushing to the limo. Jason arrived at the pavilion and explained to Sonny that Theo's DNA was a direct match to Alexander's and that the lawsuit was simply Theo's way of getting Brenda to confess to having killed Alexander. Jason consoled Sonny. Luke tried to coax Sonny away from the scene, but Sonny declared he would not leave without his wife.

Patrick dragged Robin back into the chapel. Robin felt that, if Brenda was dead, it was Robin's fault. Patrick tried to comfort Robin by telling her that Brenda had willingly made the decision to marry Sonny, despite the risks. Robin wondered if love was ever enough to keep people together. Patrick pressed Robin to go home, but Robin insisted on staying until Brenda's body was recovered. Robin went to Sonny and they shared tears. Everyone stood around as the fire crew took Brenda's body to the ambulance. Sonny demanded to see her face. When he pulled back the sheet, it was Sam lying on the gurney.

2/28 Jason was relieved to see that Sam was alive. Paramedics loaded her into an ambulance and headed for General Hospital with Jason following. Patrick called ahead to alert the staff.

Sam arrived at GH, Robin and Patrick told Jason that they would let him know their findings as soon as they examined her. Robin ordered a rush on the test results. Robin and Patrick told Alexis and Jason that Sam did not have a head injury or broken bones because of the bombproof limo. Patrick said that she had been drugged before being put in the limo and that they would not know about the side effects until after she woke up.

Robin told Alexis and Jason that Sam was waking up. Jason rushed into the treatment bay. Patrick encouraged Jason to talk to Sam. Jason took her hand and asked if she could hear him. Sam squeezed his hand and opened her eyes. Jason continued to talk to her, but Sam could only see his lips move. She was deaf.

3/1 At the hospital, Sam stared at Jason as he spoke to her. Robin entered the examination bay moments later to check on Sam. Jason sensed Sam's confusion, but Robin assured him it was normal for Sam to be a bit disoriented. Robin and Jason began to ask Sam some questions, but she couldn't understand them. Eventually, Sam loudly told them, "I can't hear you."

Robin fetched Patrick, who used a dry erase board to communicate with Sam. Patrick wrote down a couple of questions. Sam let them know that she wasn't in pain, but she nodded when Patrick wondered if she were dizzy. Patrick wasn't concerned because it could occur when someone had a concussion. Robin was curious about Sam's hearing loss. Patrick suggested that it might be the result of an injury to Sam's brain, so he decided to consult a specialist. Robin let Jason know that the hearing loss could be temporary.

Alexis entered Sam’s room, lecturing Sam about staying away from danger. Jason cut Alexis off to explain that Sam was deaf. Robin explained that the hearing loss appeared to be a residual effect of the explosion. Patrick assured Alexis that they would run some tests to determine exactly what was going on with Sam. However, Sam would have to remain in the hospital. Alexis followed Patrick out to speak privately to him about her daughter's condition. Patrick explained that all they could do was wait and hope for the best. Alexis was frustrated that they didn't have any answers. She was also furious that Theo had considered Sam to be expendable.

At the nurses' station, Patrick was curious how Robin was holding up. Robin admitted that she couldn't stop thinking how relieved she had been when they had pulled Sam out of the limousine instead of Brenda. She felt terrible for feeling that way. Patrick thought that Robin's reaction was understandable because Brenda was her best friend. He didn't blame Robin for being happy that Brenda was alive, but Robin reminded him that they didn't know that. Robin finished up her paperwork and then decided to leave.

Patrick offered to drive her home, but Robin declined. Patrick followed Robin to the elevator as he explained that it had been a long day for Robin, so he promised to drop her off on the front porch and then leave. Robin was grateful for everything that Patrick had done, but she admitted that as much as she wanted to forgive him for the affair, she couldn't. Patrick assured her that she didn't have to do anything except let him drive her home. Robin smiled softly as she accepted the offer. She reached for his hand as the elevator door slid closed.

3/2 At the nurses' station, Patrick wondered if Lisa had seen Sam's medical chart. Lisa handed it to Patrick and then remarked that it had been a miracle that Sam had escaped the explosion alive. Patrick made it clear that Sam hadn't suffered any broken bones, so Lisa's medical expertise wasn't needed. Robin approached Patrick seconds later to thank him for saying all the right things to her when he had dropped her off at home. Lisa became alarmed when Patrick insisted that he loved Robin.

Lisa quietly asked Elizabeth to page Terrell for an emergency. Meanwhile, Patrick and Robin continued their conversation. Patrick confessed that it had been nice to spend time with her. Robin agreed, but she remained concerned about Brenda because they didn't know if Brenda was alive. Patrick suspected that Brenda would have been left in the limousine if the Balkan had intended to kill her, so he was certain that Brenda was alive.

Terrell arrived at the nurses' station to find Lisa waiting for him. Lisa pulled Terrell aside to warn him that Patrick and Robin were on the verge of reconciling. Terrell was stunned that Lisa had used the hospital's emergency system for something so trivial. Lisa insisted that it had been the fastest way to see him. She urged Terrell to act fast or all would be lost. Terrell advised Lisa to clam down because she had the "stalker look" going, which was not flattering. He then suggested that she watch a master at work.

Patrick was annoyed when Terrell approached Robin to talk to her. Patrick complained that Terrell had interrupted them. Terrell explained that it concerned the Stone Cates AIDS Wing. A short time later, Terrell and Robin strolled along the piers as Terrell thanked Robin for taking the time to hear him out. Terrell explained that his cousin was in corporate donations, so she had confided to Terrell that the Adamson Group had decided to take proposals. Robin reminded Terrell that the Adamson Group had never considered hospital proposals before.

"They do now," Terrell revealed. He told her that ten million dollars in grant funding would be awarded to one lucky winner. Robin was stunned when Terrell added that it wouldn't be announced until April. Robin realized that they had a huge jumpstart on the competition. Terrell was confident that if he and Robin worked hard, they could put together an outstanding proposal that would guarantee them the grant. Robin was excited. "Have I told you lately how much you rock?" she asked as she hugged him. Terrell seemed a bit startled by the spontaneous show of affection.

A short time later, Terrell and Robin returned to the hospital to share the news with Patrick. Patrick congratulated Robin, but he seemed subdued. After Terrell walked away, Patrick admitted that he had meant to ask Robin earlier if she would have dinner with him and Emma. Patrick hoped to spend some "adult time" with Robin after Emma went to bed. Robin smiled as she confessed that she would have loved to have had dinner with Patrick, but she had to work with Terrell on the proposal for the Adamson Group.

Nearby, Terrell bragged to Lisa that he had Robin exactly where he wanted her. Lisa smiled when Terrell filled her in on his plans. Lisa decided that it was time to step things up with Patrick, but Terrell advised her not to crowd Patrick. He assured Lisa that things were going exactly as she had hoped. Terrell then approached Robin at the nurses' station to share some of his ideas for the proposal. As Terrell and Robin walked away, Lisa told Patrick that she would be at Jake's after work to have a beer if he were interested in joining her. Patrick chuckled as he left.

3/3 At the hospital, Kristina yelled for help after Sam collapsed. Patrick rushed into the room and then quickly examined Sam. Kristina tearfully explained that Sam had fainted without warning. Patrick called for a gurney just as Sam started to wake up. Alexis entered the room as Sam assured Patrick that she was fine. Alexis realized that something had happened to Sam, so Patrick told Alexis about the fainting spell. He suspected that Sam's hearing loss had affected her equilibrium; however, he wanted to run some tests to be certain. Everyone was relieved when Patrick assured them that Sam's tests had been fine.

3/4 Patrick arrived and examined Sam, who had regained her hearing. He expressed that he was pleased with her recovery. She had gotten off lucky having only sustained a concussion and temporary hearing loss, Patrick said. He admonished her to stay off her feet.

3/10 In Johnny's penthouse, Lisa and Johnny engaged in pillow talk before Lisa jokingly wondered if she were free to go. Johnny was curious if Lisa had ever considered a life without Patrick; he suggested that she might find something real. Lisa ignored the remark as she expressed a desire to shower. She smiled seductively as she invited Johnny to join her. Johnny was surprised because he had thought that Lisa had hated him. Lisa promised to resume hating Johnny after the shower. Johnny grinned as he followed Lisa to the bathroom. Maxie and Matt quickly slipped out of their hiding spot and then quietly crept out the front door. In the hallway, Maxie whooped with excitement because they had confirmation that Johnny had hidden the syringe that Lisa had tried to inject into Robin's I.V.

At the hospital, Robin apologized to Patrick for being behind with paperwork. Patrick realized that Robin had a lot on her mind. Robin confessed that she was frustrated that she hadn't seen through Theo's act. Patrick assured Robin that it wasn't her fault. Patrick and Robin then began to talk about the grant for the AIDS wing. Patrick warned Robin that Terrell had ulterior motives. Robin immediately became defensive, so Patrick clarified that he hoped that she was awarded the grant. However, he thought that they should discuss things if something were going on between Robin and Terrell. Robin insisted that she and Terrell were just friends.

Their talk was cut short when Maxie and Matt approached the nurses' station to tell Robin and Patrick that Johnny had been in cahoots with Lisa. Robin was eager to know if Maxie and Matt had found the syringe, but Maxie shook her head. Maxie and Matt explained that they had overheard Johnny and Lisa talk about the syringe, so they were certain that it was hidden in the pentouse. Robin decided to enlist Patrick's help to break into Johnny's penthouse to do a thorough search.

Robin and Patrick hid as they watched Johnny and Lisa leave Johnny's penthouse. Robin quickly went to work on picking the lock while Patrick stood guard. Robin had trouble with the lock, so Patrick offered to help. Robin reminded him that she was the daughter of two spies, so she refused to give up. Robin's determination paid off seconds later when the door opened. Robin and Patrick slipped into Johnny's penthouse and then searched it for the syringe. Robin and Patrick were surprised a short time later when Johnny and Lisa returned to pick up Johnny's cell phone. Robin quickly explained that they were trying to find the syringe that Lisa had tried to inject into Robin's I.V. Johnny decided to call the police.

3/11 At the penthouse, Johnny held a gun on Robin and Patrick as Lisa gloated that the couple had been caught breaking and entering. Patrick asked Johnny what he had against Robin or, more accurately, what Lisa had on Johnny that would convince him to help Lisa destroy Robin's life. When Patrick said that it couldn't be sex, because Lisa wasn't any good in bed, Lisa stifled tears.

Johnny stood up for Lisa, before Robin interjected that Lisa was crazy. Johnny angrily retorted that Patrick and Robin were responsible for messing up their marriage and that they needed to stop demonizing Lisa. Johnny proceeded to kick Patrick and Robin out. After they left, Lisa asked why Johnny had defended her to them. Lisa wondered if he was trying to save her because he hadn't been able to save Claudia. Johnny sternly cautioned Lisa not to expect him to be her savior.

Back at the hospital, Robin agreed with one thing Johnny had said: by focusing all of their attention on Lisa, Patrick and Robin were avoiding dealing with the mistakes they'd each made. Brenda was rushed into a trauma room, and Patrick reviewed her chart. Sonny spoke supportively to Brenda. Robin explained to Brenda how important it was to fight until they knew which antidote to use.

Patrick asked to see Sonny privately. He explained that they couldn't identify the neurotoxin and that Brenda was running out of time. If they administered the wrong antidote, it could kill Brenda, but doing nothing would yield the same result. Sonny authorized Patrick to do whatever he thought best. Patrick and Sonny returned to the trauma room. Sonny uttered words of encouragement to Brenda, while Patrick conferred with Robin. Robin injected Brenda's I.V. with what they all hoped would cause Brenda to improve.

3/14 At the hospital, Sonny talked to Brenda about their honeymoon plans in an effort to give Brenda a reason to keep fighting for her life. Patrick asked to speak with Sonny, so Sonny followed Patrick into the hallway. Patrick warned Sonny that they had no idea what Theo had injected Brenda with, so they would have to see if the antidote worked. Patrick explained Brenda would be put on a ventilator to help her breathe, but she might not make it. Robin joined Sonny and Patrick moments later. Sonny pleaded with Robin and Patrick to not give up on Brenda.

Sonny returned to sit at Brenda's beside as she lingered in an unconscious state, clinging to life. Edward arrived a short time later. Sonny explained that he had called Edward because Edward was special to Brenda. Sonny wanted Edward to help give Brenda the will to live. Edward made it clear that he held Sonny responsible for Brenda's situation. However, Edward loved Brenda, so he would do whatever he could to help her to recover.

Meanwhile, Patrick updated Sonny on Brenda's condition. Patrick revealed that the most recent tests had indicated that Brenda's condition had not improved. Sonny smiled with joy when Brenda's eyes slowly opened as a tear slid down her face. Sonny called out to Robin and Patrick, who rushed into her room to examine Brenda. Robin was encouraged that Brenda was alert.

A short time later, Patrick let Sonny know that Brenda would make a full recovery. Patrick left to answer a page while Robin remained with Sonny. Robin was certain that Sonny's love had pulled Brenda through the crisis. Robin wanted Brenda's recovery to be enough. She pleaded with Sonny not to seek revenge against Theo. Sonny refused to make any promises, so he returned to Brenda's hospital room.

3/15 At the nurses' station, Lisa observed that Robin looked tired. Lisa suspected that it was because Robin had spent the evening breaking into Johnny's penthouse. Robin was confident that she and Patrick would have found the syringe if they'd had another ten minutes to search. Lisa accused Robin of being at her "whiney victim" best to convince Patrick to go along with the break-in. Robin assured Lisa that Patrick had willingly agreed to help her. Lisa accused Robin of hammering Patrick with guilt because Patrick had turned to Lisa for what he clearly hadn't gotten at home from Robin.

Patrick walked up as Lisa taunted Robin with the possibility that Johnny might press charges against Robin for the break-in. "Bring it on," Robin replied. Robin was tired of Lisa trying to destroy Robin's life and family. The argument escalated when Lisa expressed concern for Emma, which Robin perceived as a veiled threat. Lisa insisted that Robin was out of control and then accused Robin of twisting things around to manipulate Patrick. Patrick suggested that Lisa worry about her own life because he vowed that her career would be nonexistent by the time he was finished with her.

Terrell quickly stepped in to defuse the ugly confrontation. Patrick accused Lisa of being a psychopath who needed to be stopped. Patrick then proceeded to tell Terrell about the times that Lisa had broken into Patrick and Robin's home, taken Emma without permission, drugged Robin, and then threatened to kill Robin. Lisa argued that if there had been any proof of the allegations then Lisa wouldn't have been working at the hospital. Lisa tried to pass the incidents off as figments of Robin's imagination, but Patrick insisted that he had seen Lisa waving the gun around with his own eyes. Lisa reminded him that she had only tried to kill herself, not others, with the gun.

Steve was livid when he walked up during the heated argument. Robin was embarrassed when she realized that she hadn't heard her name being paged over the intercom. Steve suggested that it was because Robin had been too busy rehashing the same old garbage with Lisa. Steve warned Robin and Lisa that they would be suspended the next time that he caught them arguing while on duty. After Lisa, Robin, and Patrick walked away, Terrell tried to find out if Patrick had been exaggerating about Lisa's antics. Steve explained that the only thing he could confirm was that Patrick and Lisa had slept together.

Patrick informed Steve that it wasn't a good time to work with Lisa. Steve suggested that Patrick get over himself because the patients were their priority. Nearby, Terrell asked Robin how she was holding up. Robin realized that Terrell probably thought that they were all crazy. Seconds later, Robin received a text message from Johnny, informing her that he had left something for her at Kelly's. At the same time, Lisa received a similar message that sent her to the Metro Court Restaurant. Robin and Lisa were baffled when each were handed an envelope with a message that asked them to meet Johnny at his penthouse at 5:00 p.m.

3/16 Patrick gave Brenda a clean bill of health and then cleared her to go home. Brenda and Sonny were delighted. Then Patrick told Sam that her migraines were a side effect of her concussion and that they would abate. He wrote her a prescription for the pain and then instructed her to notify him if any other symptoms appeared.

Steve approached Patrick to check the status of the trauma patient that Lisa and Patrick had treated. Steve was furious when he learned that Lisa had left the hospital shortly after receiving a text message. Steve stormed to his office with Patrick trailing behind him. Steve was tired of the drama between Lisa and Robin. Patrick defended his wife, but Steve argued that he was trying to run a hospital not a school yard, so he expected the doctors on staff to behave in a professional manner. Steve insisted that the rampant hostility had to end. Patrick couldn't believe that Steve expected him to ignore the fact that Lisa had tried to kidnap Emma. Steve advised Patrick to talk to Robin because Steve intended to take action if things didn't improve.

Later, Robin entered Johnny's apartment when he failed to answer her knock. Robin called out for Johnny just as Lisa arrived. Lisa immediately accused Robin of breaking in, but Robin informed Lisa that Johnny had invited her. Lisa noticed the envelope in Robin's hand, so she quickly surmised that Robin had received the same invitation that Lisa had. Robin smiled as she suggested that Johnny had invited them both to his penthouse because he intended to turn over the syringe to Robin. Lisa denied the possibility, but it was clear to Robin that Lisa was nervous.

Robin was confident that Johnny had finally realized that Lisa was a psychopath. Lisa suggested that Robin was bitter and jealous because Patrick had slept with Lisa. Johnny entered the penthouse moments later. Lisa demanded to know what was going on, while Robin expressed her relief that Johnny had finally seen the light. Johnny was tired of hearing Robin and Lisa continually argue, so he announced that Robin and Lisa would get an equal "shot at the brass ring" by embarking on a treasure hunt, of sorts, for the syringe.

Robin complained that it wasn't a fair competition because she was certain that Johnny had given Lisa the advantage. Johnny argued that it wouldn't be fun, so he had arranged for them to take different paths to the prize. Johnny handed each lady their first clue. Lisa and Robin immediately set out for the hospital to find their second clue.

A short time later, Patrick found Robin frantically sifting through a file as he approached the nurses' station. Robin quickly filled Patrick in on Johnny's plan, but Patrick was concerned because it involved Lisa. Robin smiled victoriously when she located her clue. Her joy was short-lived when she realized that the next clue was in the one place that she didn't want to go.

Robin quickly headed to Carly's house. It appeared that no one was home, so Robin slipped in and then proceeded to search the living room. Seconds later, Carly appeared in the living room. Robin tried to explain what was going on, but Carly didn't care; she ordered Robin to leave.

Patrick went to see Johnny to persuade Johnny to hand over the syringe. Patrick warned Johnny that Johnny had no idea what Lisa was capable of. Patrick wanted to give Steve the syringe, so that Steve could fire Lisa, which would get her out of everyone's hair. Johnny admitted that he liked Lisa, so he hoped that the hunt for the syringe would allow Lisa to move forward.

Meanwhile, Lisa searched Steve's office for her second clue until Steve suddenly entered. Steve was furious to find Lisa in his office, so he fired her on the spot.

3/17 At Johnny's penthouse, Patrick tried to persuade Johnny to hand over the syringe. Patrick warned Johnny that Lisa was crazy, so Johnny was gambling with people's lives. Patrick was certain that someone would die if Lisa weren't stopped. Johnny had learned from Claudia and Sonny's disastrous relationship that playing "fast and loose" with people's lives never ended well. It dawned on Patrick that Johnny might see a lot of Claudia's qualities in Lisa.

Johnny didn't appear to appreciate the observation because he immediately went on the offensive. Johnny suspected that it had been easy for Patrick to blame the affair on Lisa, even though Patrick had likely enjoyed Lisa's attention until Robin had returned from Africa. Johnny believed that Patrick had accused Lisa of being a lunatic without ever considering that Lisa might have genuine feelings for Patrick. Patrick had no idea what kind of games Johnny and Lisa were playing, but he warned Johnny to keep Patrick and Robin out of it.

At Carly's house, Robin told Carly about Lisa's obsession with Patrick and the missing syringe. Robin explained that Johnny had hidden a clue in Carly's house that would lead Robin to proof of Lisa's wrongdoing. Carly wasn't interested in Robin's problems or her excuse for breaking in, but Robin insisted that Lisa had to be stopped because she might hurt Emma. Robin appealed to Carly as a mother, so Carly relented. Robin immediately resumed her search for the hidden clue. Carly was stunned moments later when Robin found it in the foyer.

In Steve's office, Lisa was stunned that Steve had fired her. Steve reminded her that she had left the hospital without permission while she had been on duty. Lisa claimed that she had intended to leave him a note to explain that she had been overwhelmed by Robin's cattiness and accusations. Steve didn't believe Lisa. He questioned her judgment as a doctor and his decision to keep her on staff. Lisa scrambled to talk her way back into Steve's good graces, but Steve demanded to know what she had been looking for when he had entered the office. "A pen," Lisa replied.

Steve immediately saw through the lie, which made him suspect that she might have lied about everything else. Lisa suggested that Steve had decided to side with Robin to get back at Lisa for breaking off their relationship. Steve argued that he had bent over backwards for Lisa, but he finally realized that she had been playing him for a fool.

Steve wondered if she had slept with him for leverage or if the time that they had spent together had been the last sane moment that Lisa had before diving head-first into her obsession with Patrick. Lisa continued to play the victim by complaining that Patrick had escaped the affair unscathed while she had been painted the villain because Patrick had been unhappy at home. Steve was fed up with Lisa's excuses, so he warned her that she would be fired if the syringe surfaced.

Robin returned to the hospital with her clue. Patrick told her about his attempt to get Johnny to turn over the syringe. Robin wasn't surprised when Patrick admitted that he suspected that Johnny saw shades of Claudia in Lisa. Robin speculated that her clue might be a reference to Claudia. Patrick wondered if perhaps the syringe had been hidden by Claudia's grave.

Moments later, Steve assigned Patrick to oversee the treatment of a new trauma patient. Patrick explained that he had something personal to take care of, so he asked Steve to call another doctor. Steve explained that no one else was available and that Patrick was the neurologist on duty. Steve reminded Patrick that the patients were their priority, so Steve expected Patrick to put his personal life on the backburner while Patrick was on call. Robin assured Patrick that she could handle things and then left.

Meanwhile, Lisa arrived at Johnny's apartment in a rage. Lisa was furious that his "treasure hunt" had nearly gotten her fired. Lisa demanded that Johnny hand over the syringe because she was certain that Robin had a head start on her. Johnny didn't think that it would be fair to Robin to give in to Lisa's demands. Lisa warned Johnny that Steve had threatened to fire her if the syringe surfaced. Lisa didn't think that Johnny was eager to see her leave town, so she begged him to help her. Johnny insisted that he was helping her because the point of the competition was for Lisa to help herself. Johnny wanted Lisa to live for herself instead of for Patrick.

Luke was in his car, racing to the courthouse, as he periodically glanced at his watch. Meanwhile, Robin was on the road with Lisa close behind her, honking the horn. In another car, Brenda thanked Sonny for fulfilling all of her dreams. Elsewhere on the road, Carly was on the phone with Jax. Finally, Sam was driving when an intense migraine hit and forced her to take her eyes off of the road.

At Elizabeth's house, Elizabeth noticed that someone had opened the front door. Elizabeth immediately raced to the door. A second later, she stared in horror as she screamed, "Jake!"
