Jax Edits #1-3, 1996
I have 3 early Jax edits so far which include all of his scenes including those with Brenda.  Jax #1 has all of Jax's early scenes and everyone talking about him when he first arrives and shows his initial interest in Lois, why he came to town and how he and Brenda hooked up.  The quality on #1 isn't great (I had to borrow tapes) into about part way thru #2,  I had my own tapes to work with and the quality is better but these were my first edits.  Some of the scenes on the #1 tend to red also but if you tone down the color on your tv set will bring the picture in much clearer. I have included all of Jax's scenes on these edits and Brenda's when she was with Jax are talking about Jax. By Jax #3, I included began including all of Brenda's scenes. I honestly don't recall if I included all of Brenda on the first two edits but know I included anything of her pertaining to or affecting her storyline with Jax.  Click here to read the full edit description.

I have edited all of Brenda's storyline from the time of Sonny's departure through Brenda's death - including scenes of everyone finding out, flashbacks ect. There are four edits. 

Brenda's Breakdown #1, 1997-1998
#1 begins with the episode following Sonny's leaving Brenda at the altar, begining with Mike going to see her at the hotel. (My friend Joan has all the S&B storyline edited through Sonny leaving Brenda at the altar - my Brenda 97 #1 picks up with the next scene after Joan's S&B tape #20 ends).  Click here to read the full edit description.

Sonny's Return #3  May 15 - August 16, 1998 - 6 hrs
The Brenda 1998 edit #3 is titled Sonny's Return.  It contains all of the scenes for Sonny's return in the spring of 1998. There is a lot of Sonny on the first 4 hours of this edit.  Also includes all of Brenda's scenes during this time frame, as well as all of Veronica's scenes (Brenda's mother) when she first arrives in PC. This edit is 6 hrs.
     It became obvious that I wouldn't be able to conclude Brenda's storyline on one 8 hr tape for #3, that it would longer than that. So I decided to stop Brenda #3 at 6 hrs and do a Brenda #4 to conclude Brenda's storyline.  Click here to read the full edit description.

Brenda's Departure #4  August 16 - October 14, 1998 - 5hrs 10 mins, T-120
Edit #4 goes through her final scenes, Jax telling Robin, then the Q's, Jason telling Mike that she has died, the flashbacks, the Malibu flashbacks - I showed Robin, Emily, Ned, Jax grieving. Jax's inheritance from Brenda, and Robin moving into Brenda's penthouse. This edit is 5 hrs and 10 mins.  Click here to read the full edit description.

Brenda Returns #5  August 14-28, 2000 and July 22 -October 28, 2002 - 8 hrs
Edit #5 starts off with Brenda's brief appearance in the summer of 2000 and Jax leaving to go look for her. Next, it goes forward to all the buildup starting in July, 2002 when "Brenda" is seen from behind and all the body shots building up to Vanessa's appearance as Brenda. It includes Jason going to the yacht, all of Brenda with Alcazar, Brenda escaping, calling Sonny, the Amazing Grace scenes at the church, Sonny putting Brenda in hiding at the safe house, Brenda escaping and showing up for Jax & Skye's wedding, Jax seeing Brenda for the first time, Brenda hiding at her cottage, Alcazar shooting Jax, Brenda with Jax/Skye at the hospital, going through just after Jason & Brenda return and announce they have married (the wedding flashback scenes are on the Brenda #6). This has all of Brenda's scenes, including all of her scenes with Alcazar, Sonny, Jax, Jason, Carly, Skye, Ned, etc.  This is an 8 hr original edit done from my original episodes.  Click here to read the full edit description.

Brenda's return #6  October 28 - December 27, 2002 - 8 hrs
This covers Jason & Brenda telling their Las Vegas wedding story, Alcazar kidnaps Brenda, Sonny sneaks on board the plane and they crash, Jason & Carly to the rescue, Brenda & Carly in quicksand, Jax finds out that Brenda isn't sick and that Skye knew, Alcazar's murder, Brenda arrested, Brenda and Jax run away to island paradise, Sonny and Jason arrested.  I continued to include every Brenda scene and this tape covers her whole storyline during that time frame and I included additional scenes as needed to tell the story of Alcazar's murder, etc.  Click here to read the full edit description.

Brenda #7  December 27, 2002 - February , 2003 - 7 hrs 48 mins
This concludes the Brenda's return storyline.  So all of her return for 2002-2003 is contained on the Brenda edits #5, 6, and 7. #7 beings with Brenda deciding to return to PC upon learning of Jason's and Sonny's arrest, her and Jason's murder trial, their convicted then acquitted, J&B get engaged, the failed wedding, and Brenda departs PC.  Brenda's scenes end about 7:15.  I included a few additional scenes to show that Alexis was actually the murderer, her arrest and aquittal, ends about 7:22.  I then included a few additional items:  music montages from the 10,000 anniversary show that featured Brenda (albeit briefly), promos from GH's 40th anniversary, and I finished off the edit with clips from this year's SOD Awards including Vanessa's win for Best Return, and GH's win for Best Show. Pre-show fan questions/comments in the audience. Great camarderie amongst the cast. Especially fun is the joking between Tamara/Robin/Vanessa. Linda drools over Steve, and they joke about his nickname. Wally sings a bit of "Barefoot Ballet" to a fan in the audience as a street jam preview. Fan does a scene with John Ingle. Note I was farther over to the side during this event and the camerman was right in front of them taping so for the first three ladies I taped the big screen which showed nice close ups of them and came out good. Funny though when Steve came out fans had a fit that they wanted to see Steve and made the cameraman move! So from then on its the live picture. Fan does a scene with Wally.   3) Sunday 12:00 pm Outdoor Q&A with Walt Wiley - Motorcade arrivals, Chad Brannon (Zander, GH), Tamara Braun (Carly, GH), Wally Kurth (Ned, GH), Vanessa Marcil (Brenda, GH), Coltin Scott (Nikolas, GH)  26 mins. Chad sings a bit of "Jailhouse Rock". Vanessa talks about the differences in working with Ingo and Maurice. Note: My tripod extension broke so I had to hoist the tripod up on top of my backpack as I wasn't able to extend it as the lever snapped off from all the use!  I was still able to use the tripod but the picture is not as stable as in other events as it was balanced on the backpack but came out better than I thought it would. This is the only event this was an issue as my mechanically inclined hubby joined me after the event and figured out how to extend the tripod even without the lever, he sure was a helpful guy!

Brian Gaskill (Rafe, PC), Kelly Monaco (Livvie/Tess, PC), Steve Burton (Jason, GH), Robin Chistopher (Skye, GH), John Ingle (Edward, GH) 19 mins. Note: My camcorder battery died about 14 minutes into this event, changed batteries quickly. Steve was asked about who he prefers working with...this is when the battery died so his response is not contained...but he doesn't really answer, and doesn't pick a favorite ....says something diplomatic. Brian is asked if he believes in angels, Kelly talks about playing two characters (Stacey taped, good quality).
