A Story With LUSH

Summary - This story does not come close to the present lives of Harmony
residents. I did take some of the storylines like Sheridan's flashbacks &
Martin's disappearance. Luis, Sheridan, Hank, and Beth are all in High
School. Ethan is away at boarding school, Theresa is nine yrs. old and Miguel
is six.
Disclaimer - I do not own any of these characters they are owned by Passions
on NBC.
Warning- Some places may contain heavy material. I will begin the paragraph

Chapter 11
Hank picked Sheridan up around 7:30. Sheridan opened the door and saw Hank
standing outside with a bouquet of daisies in his hand. Sheridan was wearing
a long black skirt that fitted to her body with a long slit on one side that
went above her knee. Her top was a red sweater-shirt that also fitted to her
body and was low cut.
"Wow." Hank gawked practically drooling. "You look amazing."
"Thank you, Hank. So do you."
"Shall we?" Hank asked extending his arm out.
Sheridan took his arm and nodded.
Lobster Shack:
When Hank and Sheridan arrived the place was packed full.
"Hi reservations for Bennett."
The hostess looked at the list then back up at Hank. "Im sorry I dont seem to
have your name here."
"What?"
"Your name is not on the list."
"How? I called this afternoon."
"Well, I guess you called the wrong place because your name is not on the
list."
Hank glared at the hostess. "I didn't call the wrong place. I called here."
he snapped.
"Is there a problem here?"
Hank and Sheridan saw Luis standing next to them.
"Our reservations were lost." Sheridan informed Luis.
"Oh that's to bad." Luis replied. "Hey! I have an idea. I made some
reservations here too and my party just canceled on me. So, would you like to
join me?"
Hank looked at Luis suspiciously.
"Come on we all want to eat and you guys need a table and I dont want to eat
alone."
"No thanks. We'll go someplace else." Hank said leading Sheridan towards the
door.
"Suit yourself but every other restaurant is packed full just like this one.
You'll have a hell of a wait."
"We'll chance it." Hank told him. "Come on Sheridan."
Sheridan yanked away from Hanks hold. "Luis is right Hank. Im hungry and Luis
is offering to share his table."
Hank looked at Luis then at Sheridan."Oh alright. Because your hungry."
Luis stepped aside letting hank and Sheridan by. Luis turned to the hostess
and took money out of his pocket. "Thanks man I owe you big."
"No problem. And thank you." the hostess chimed taking the money.
Luis arrived at the table and saw Sheridan sitting there alone. He didn't
notice in the hustle of making his plan work how stunning she looked.
"Where's Hank?" Luis asked sitting down next to her.
"He went to find another chair his was wobbly."
"Oh." Luis said ."You look nice tonight."
"Thanks."
Luis wanted to ask Sheridan out for tomorrow night before Hank did.
"Listen Sheridan. I was just wondering if you...."
"Hey, Luis quit flirting with my date?" Hank interrupted.
"I wasn't flirting. Besides I already have a girlfriend."
"Good thing you remember to."
"How is Beth enjoying her vacation?" Sheridan asked.
"She hasn't called me yet."
"really I thought she would be calling you every minute."
"Yeah well I guess she needed a break from me too."
"Good evening. I will be your waiter tonight. My name is John. Can I get you
anything to drink?"
"Coke." Hank said.
Luis looked at Sheridan."Ladies first." then looked at Hank and smiled.
Hank was getting pissed off at Luis.
"Water with a lemon twist."
"Water."
"Ill be right back with your drinks."
"So Luis who was this other person you were supposed to meet?" Hank asked trying to catch Luis in a lie.
"My mother."
"Oh that's right." Sheridan said. "She told me earlier today that you had
planned to take her here."
Luis smiled at Sheridan.
"So why did she cancel?" Hank asked.
"What is this Hank twenty questions?"
Hank scowled at Luis.
"My mother canceled because she had to work late at the Crane mansion."
Sheridan grimaced. "I am sorry."
"No, that's okay. At least I ran into you two so Im not alone."
"Well, me and Sheridan are supposed to be on a date." Hank mumbled. "Alone."
"Hank its okay there's always next time." Sheridan pointed out trying to
cheer him up.
"You're right in fact how about..."
Luis realized that Hank was about to ask Sheridan out and had to stop him.
Luis knocked over his glass onto Hank.
"Sorry Hank I guess Im just clumsy tonight."Luis apologized handing Hank a
napkin.
Hank jerked the napkin away from Luis."Yeah I guess you are." he growled."Im
going to the bathroom to dry this stuff off."
Hank got up and left Luis and Sheridan alone.
"So are you having fun?" Luis asked Sheridan once Hank was gone.
"The most fun a girl could have with two handsome guys."
Luis smiled at Sheridan's comment.
"Sheridan I was going to ask you earlier...."
"Hold that thought. I am going to run to the restroom before Hank gets back."
"But...."
Sheridan did not hear Luis protest and headed for the restroom.
Hank came back and saw Luis sitting alone at the table. "Where's Sheridan?"
"She thought we were miserable dates and left." Luis joked.
Hank didn't laugh. "May I remind you that Sheridan is my date not yours."
"Not for long."Luis chimed taking a sip from his new glass of water.
"You think your so smart dont you?"
Luis looked at Hank. "What do you mean?"
"Oh dont play dumb with me. I saw you slip the hostess money. You paid to
have our reservations lost."
"No I did not....I paid to take your reservations."
"That was unfair and wrong."
"Hank as I recall earlier today and I quote 'Who said this was going to be a
fair bet?'"
"You son of a b----."Hank called him before getting up from his chair and
punching Luis.
Luis fell back out of his chair onto the floor.
"Get up you a--hole! Get up!" Hank hollered grabbing Luis by the collar and
yanking him up.
Sheridan saw a group of people around the table when she was coming out of
the restroom. "What the?"
Luis punched Hank in the stomach. Hank kneeled over in pain.
"Dont punch me again hank or Ill do more damage." Luis told him then turned
to pick up a napkin to put on the cut above his eye.
Sheridan pushed her way through the crowd and saw Hank reaching for Luis who
had his back turned. Hank spun Luis around and uppercut him across the jaw.
"Hank!" Sheridan screamed when she saw Luis stumble back in the chair and
slide to the floor. Sheridan ran up to Luis and kneeled beside him.
Just then a man came up to Hank and grabbed him by the arm.
"I am sorry sir but im going to have to ask you to leave."
"Come on Sheridan we have to go."
Sheridan looked up at Hank and nodded her head no."Im staying with Luis."
"Then well take him with us."
"No Hank go without me."
Hank couldn't believe Sheridan was staying with Luis.
"Sir you must leave or I will call the police."
Hank grabbed his coat and watched Sheridan help Luis to his feet before he
left.
