New look, same great show.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Hello, gang!  I hope this Valentine’s Day finds everyone doing well.  I have a lot of little stuff, mostly about changes, to tell you, so please take a look:

 

I'm changing the format of the attached copy of the newsletter.  Instead of a text file it's going to be a .doc file.  Either Wordpad or Microsoft Word can read this.  Please let me know if this is going to be a problem and I'll work something out. 

 

Second, the newsletter is going under some construction changes.  I would really like your input about what you like/dislike about the newsletter so I can better format it to your needs. 

 

Third, if anyone is interested in the Trivia position or in helping me create a more extensive web page for the newsletter send me a quick e-mail.

If I could, There are a lot of things I wish or miss on GH but the thing that gets me the most is the way they write Carly in.  She is a total B____ and everyone takes it.  I wish that they would have the ones she faces and calls names and lies to and tells off to put thier two cents back into it.  I would never take the things she has said to Hannah or to Lizabeth.  I would have had a royal argument with her telling her off and to mind her own business.  It is absolutley rediculous the things she does and gets away with, without anyone saying anything to her. 

 

That's one of my wishes.

Here are the recaps from Friday courtesy of General Hospital's Official Site (ABC).

 While Carly tried to convince Bobbie that her baby would be better off if Sonny never learned the truth, Sonny realized that he might be the father of Carly's baby. Later, a determined Sonny confronted Bobby and demanded the truth. Luke and Felicia misinterpreted Stefan's plan to rescue Lucky and mistakenly suspected that Stefan may have been behind Lucky's abduction. Later, Luke discovered photos of Lucky in Stefan's briefcase and thought that Lucky might be in Libya.  Chloe was discouraged after learning that she had to stay in the hospital, but Jax arranged a special trip to the park to lift her spirits. Liz admitted to an understanding Laura that she still missed Lucky and refused to try and hide the way she felt. Liz then declined Laura's invitation to Lesley Lu's Valentine's Day party and planned on remembering Lucky alone.

Wally Kurth (Ned Ashton) and Jane Elliot (Tracy) were paired as lovers on Days of Our Lives before being paired as mother and son on GH.

In My Humble Opinion

General Hospital... where do i begin... It Sucks. Plain and simple. There is not one storyline on that show at the moment that has be entirely intrigued. At times entertaining, maybe, but i can't watch a whole episode of what used to be my favorite show without getting up at some point in time because i'm just BORED. I know i should stop complaining but this is what i do best. Moving on, about the Lucky recast. i know i'm not alone when i say i hate the idea already. Tony Geary doesn't want it, Becky Herbst doesn't want it. SO then WHY must they do it? This is crazy, there's no need for a Lucky right now. What i say, and i guess i have to give Jonathan Jackson credit for this one because he is the one who said it in an article i read, i think they should wait and ask him to come back when Becky wants to leave and Lucky and Lizzie can ride off into the sunset together. Now i hate Lucky and Lizzie but ANYTHING is better then a Lucky recast. Jonathan Jackson is Lucky, no if's and's or but's about it. And while we're on Lucky, let's move to Nikolas. WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING TO HIS HAIR????? He looks like a complete Grease ball. Now i'm not a Coltin Scott fan but COME ON he just looks GROSS. But anyways, reality calls so i must stop with my ranting and raving. Til next time! and remember, it's only my HUMBLE opinion :o)
