Vegeta (named after his father and planet) was born into the royal line of saiyans. He surpased his father at an early age and many predicted that he would become a super saiyan. His planet was destroyed and all of his race but Vegeta and 3 others were not on the planet when it happened. Vegeta first entered Dragonball z when he fought Goku for earth. He was defeated and the next time he saw the z fighters he was on their side fighting Frieza. He is the husband of Bulma and the father of Trunks and Bra. He did eventually become a Super Saiyan after training in tensely. Not only did Vegeta become a Super Saiyan but he along with Goku turns Super Saiyan 4. He and Goku were the only Saiyans ever to turn Super Saiyan 4 and when they fuse, they are nearly unstoppable! Vegeta is my favorite character because of his sweet smart cracks and this site is centered mostly around him.
