WHO IS GOD ?
A study by H. Witmyer
4. Will we ever see God?
ans. Yes, some day everyone who has ever lived shall look on His face.

Revelation 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him,and they also which pierced him:
John 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father.

IT'S  ONE THING TO KNOW THE TRUTH,
IT'S ANOTHER THING TO LIVE IT.

It's like a man who is wandering around lost in the desert. He goes on and on until he drops. Later someone finds his dead body. What is amazing is that he had a bottle of water still under his arm. He never drank It. You might say, how foolish. But how many people know truth but fail to use it in their lives?

Matthew 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
Matthew 7:26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
Matthew 7:27 And the rain decended, and the floods came,
and the winds blew, and beat upon that house;and great was the fall of it.

TRUTH WITHOUT LOVE

If we have cold hard facts which are true, without love, we are like the facts, cold and hard. Someone said"The truth hurts" and it can. We must be careful how we handle the truth. If I were to tell someone the truth with a superior nasty way, would it not hurt them and may make them angry. They would turn away trom the very thing that would help them. But if I told them with love in my heart and tears in my eyes, would they not at least consider what I say?

Matthew 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
1 Corinthians 13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

REACH OUT IN LOVE

1. Love God with all your heart. Not just with our mouths.

Deuteronomy 6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and all thy soul, and with all thy might.

2. Love other people. Even it they are difficult to even like. Love other people like we love ourselves. Notice how well that we take care of ourselves. We truly do love ourselves.

Romans 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Romans 15:2 Let every one of us please his neighbor for his good to edification.
Galatians 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this;Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thy self.

2. Love the truth. How could we be happy living a lie? Not just to know more than someone else. Not just to win an argument. We want the truth to help others and ourselves. That we may live life as God designed it to be.

2Thessalonians 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
1John 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
