With the advent of the Internet, youtube, and others, some people are making their case online. So what? Let them. We've found that they eventually fade away. They give up. Afterall, they have enough to worry about with the ecomomy tanking to worry about a lawsuit that's gonna cost them a lawyer they can't afford.
Some people still say: "But, what if they really were injured and it was Tricam's fault?" My answer: You have to have thick skin to be a CEO. You can't let the little children who work for two bucks a week get to you. They would be working for someone else anyway. As far as lawsuits go, get a team of attorneys who can put the fear of God in them if they try. After all, are we in this business to make people or make money?
For all of us who have discovered the gold mine of Chinese slave labor, we say: "Let the kids rot. The are Chinese kids for Chrissake. As far as Americans being out of work? So what? It's not our fault that they don't know how to play the game. As far as the injuries go (injuries you had better prepare for considering the work conditions in China), get yourself some good attorneys and IT people and watch the money keep rolling in!TM
In the coming months we'll be able to get slave labor here in America just as Bush has proposed. When "the big one" hits and 40% of the population is out of work, we'll drop China like a used rag and have AMERICAN slave labor produce the ladders which will, in turn, be sold to China.
