Understanding the Word is Revealed Knowledge
                                         Written by Caroline Lanette Alderson

I began to read my Bible reading, when the thought
came to me. What's more important? To read three
chapters a day and only get a small understanding? Or
to take the word and go slow and chew up my food,
where I can taste it, and let the Holy Spirit's saliva
and teeth grind it up, and then it will digest better.
So, I went back and read parts of Matthew Chapter 13,
not the whole chapter, but the verses I knew I should
have been getting revelation knowledge from, and
wasn't. I asked God, I said, how come when I read this
yesterday, I got nothing from it, and God responded,
because you were gulping your food down whole, and you
weren't chewing it up. He said if I stop and chew my
food up slowly, I will understand what it is I am
reading. Duh, lol I did know that, but I forgot, and
just went barreling through reading, and getting
little from it.

Matt 13:5 Other seeds fell on rocky ground, where
they had not much soil; and at once they sprang up,
because they had no depth of soil.
Matt 13:6 But when the sun rose, they were scorched,
and because they had no root, they dried up and
withered away.

Do you know what the root is? The root is
understanding the word. Understand means to grasp,
take hold of, draw or bring it into yourself.

Matt 13:9 He who has ears [to hear], let him be
listening and let him consider and perceive and
comprehend by hearing.

When you listen closely and hear the word, you
will understand it, perceive it, grasp hold of it,
take hold of it, draw the word into yourself and make
the word "yours", bring it in to your being. Now, the
word belongs to me. Now, the word is mine. Therefore,
I have the right to make it work for me.

Matt 13:10 Then the disciples came to Him and said,
Why do You speak to them in parables?
Matt 13:11 And He replied to them, To you it has
been given to know the secrets and mysteries of the
kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.
Matt 13:12 For whoever has [spiritual knowledge], to
him will more be given and he will be furnished richly
so that he will have abundance; but from him who has
not, even what he has will be taken away.
Matt 13:13 This is the reason that I speak to them
in parables: because having the power of seeing, they
do not see; and having the power of hearing, they do
not hear, nor do they grasp and understand.
Matt 13:14 In them indeed is the process of
fulfillment of the prophecy of Isaiah, which says: You
shall indeed hear and hear but never grasp and
understand; and you shall indeed look and look but
never see and perceive.
Matt 13:15 For this nation's heart has grown gross
(fat and dull), and their ears heavy and difficult of
hearing, and their eyes they have tightly closed, lest
they see and perceive with their eyes, and hear and
comprehend the sense with their ears, and grasp and
understand with their heart, and turn and I should
heal them. [Isa. 6:9, 10.]
Matt 13:16 But blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be
envied) are your eyes because they do see, and your
ears because they do hear.
Matt 13:17 Truly I tell you, many prophets and
righteous men [men who were upright and in right
standing with God] yearned to see what you see, and
did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not
hear it.
Matt 13:18 Listen then to the [meaning of the] parable
of the sower:
Matt 13:19 While anyone is hearing the Word of the
kingdom and does not grasp and comprehend it, the evil
one comes and snatches away what was sown in his
heart. This is what was sown along the roadside.
Matt 13:20 As for what was sown on thin (rocky)
soil, this is he who hears the Word and at once
welcomes and accepts it with joy;
Matt 13:21 Yet it has no real root in him, but is
temporary (inconstant, lasts but a little while); and
when affliction or trouble or persecution comes on
account of the Word, at once he is caused to stumble
[he is repelled and begins to distrust and desert Him
Whom he ought to trust and obey] and he falls away.
Matt 13:23 As for what was sown on good soil, this is
he who hears the Word and grasps and comprehends it;
he indeed bears fruit and yields in one case a hundred
times as much as was sown, in another sixty times as
much, and in another thirty.

i do better doing this in Mark chapter 4, but God is
giving me insight on the root part, so I can do this
in Matthew, at least on part of it. I think I left out
one or two of them, but it isn't so much the sower
sows the word, I want to cover right now, but the
understanding of the word.

All revelation knowledge is, is understanding the
word. It seems complicated and to the enemy and the
non-Christians it is. But, to those of us who have the
Holy Spirits infilling, we can understand these secret
things that are closed to everyone else. See, the
Bible is not just some book we read. It has encoded
within it secret messages and mysteries that have to
be understood, and comprehended. The Holy Spirit will
open up the word to us where we can see the secret
things and the mysteries that God has written within.
I think the writers of the word didn't comprehend
everything they were writing, because in the old
testament they had the Holy Spirit ON them, but at
that time until after Jesus rose from the dead, the
Holy Spirit could not live on the inside of a person's
spirit and speak to them, like He can in these last
days with us.

   I always thought, well
I want to be careful what I say, because I don't want
the devil to understanding this, and God spoke to me,
and said, the devil can't even understand as much
revelation understanding as a three year old can
obtain. Wow! Because, he’s consumed with sin, grief,
hate, fear, fear, fear, jealousy, rage, murder, greed,
selfishness, and the list goes on and on and on. He is
darkness going to destruction. He can't understand
love, or any understanding of the word of God.

See, the devil has amnesia. He remembers he was in
heaven, but he doesn't remember what he had in heaven.
He doesn't remember any of his knowledge. He can't
recall any of his understanding of the word. He's
forgotten everything he knew up there. God cursed him
with a curse and flung him out of heaven. Now, he is
consumed with hate and darkness. There is no truth
anywhere in him anymore. So, he can spy on us and
listen all he wants, but he can't understand anything
i'm saying or writing pertaining to Godly
understanding. He lives totally in sense knowledge like
the world. He only knows I fear if I show him I fear.
So, don't let him see any fear in me, and he can't
touch me. Lanette does a happy, the devil can't see me
dance.

It's like in Age of Empires, he doesn't have enough
gold to
get spies, so he can't see into the Christians camp
and see what we have. Hey, that's good news!! He can't
see us!!!! We can attack him and he can't come see
what we have. He can run through here all he wants,
but he won't be able to see anything we have. That is
soo cool! Yet, we have spies and see EVERYTHING he has
and everything he is doing, and nothing is hidden from
us. So, guess what??? We win!!!!! The Christian Team
is Victorious!!!!!!! We have conquest over the enemy
because we have all the gold, and he has none!!!!!! Wooo
hooooo!!!!

Matt 13:11 And He replied to them, To you it has
been
given to know the secrets and mysteries of the kingdom
of heaven, but to them it has not been given.

The Holy Spirit infilled believer has been given
the power to understand and decode the word of God
getting out all of the secrets and hidden mysteries
found therein, but see it says to them it has not been
given. Who is them? The world. Those not following the
leading of the Holy Spirit. Christians who are dead
can be a part of that group.

Matt 13:12 For whoever has [spiritual knowledge],
to him will more be given and he will be furnished
richly so that he will have abundance; but from him
who has not, even what he has will be taken away.

The more understanding, the more revealed knowledge
is given unto us, the more we are doers of this word
that we understand, the more understanding of more
word we will receive so we can do it as well.
But, the one who had some understanding of the
word, but then didn't consider the word valuable and a
precious treasure, and just blew it off, that
understanding that he had will now be taken away from
him, because he never put it into practice and he
ended up only being a hearer of that word and not a
doer.

God said to come back to this part, and put
in it's not God who is taking the understanding or
snatching it away, its satan. He said, He didn't want
to get blamed for doing that, even accidentally.
*giggles* Refer to verse 19. Matt 13:19 While anyone
is hearing the Word of the kingdom and does not grasp
and comprehend it, the evil one comes and snatches
away what was sown in his heart.

People can read the word, and they can see the word
but they have no power to grasp and understand,
without the Holy Spirits help, and without the desire
to learn, and the desire to be a man or woman of God.

Matt 13:19 While anyone is hearing the Word of the
kingdom and does not grasp and comprehend it, the evil
one comes and snatches away what was sown in his
heart.
