Damian grew up the youngest of the 3 Lehmann children, it was almost a shock when his mother fell pregnate around 14 years after Damian's oldest brother Paul was born. This led to Damian really not knowing his oldest brother and hardly knowing his older brother. It was almost, to the Lehmann family, like having 3 only children.
While Damian wasn't the brightest little spark, he could see the success of his older brothers and truely wanted to grow up in his fathers foot steps. He however also like the fighter pilot stories his father would oftern tell him about.
He did well like all students in his early years of primary school but as the years when on his jokeful ways and lack of attension in class started to loose him out on the early stages of learning while still staying out of trouble.
Damian moved from his years of youth and primary school to the horror of high school; while it wasn't such a big move, a block at most, it was as big a move to him as it was to the other members of his class. Damian started going to holoscreens over Sydney and while there were only a few novels he liked, he would see all the fighter pilot based ones he could.
His grades started to drop further than what they had in primary school and building pressure from his father saw him drop out of school after grade 10, having near failed the year any how. In an attempt to not have to worry about his parents, Damian enlisted at the Starfleet Enlisted Corps. |
