Dear parents and students,
The following review packets have been compiled to provide students with Connecticut Mastery Test (CMT) review and practice over the summer. The packets are not required, but are recommended to keep math skills sharp. Additionally, parents should review the packets with their children to determine the questions that would be best for practice based upon their skill level. Although completing the full packet would be most helpful, parents and students may select certain problems to complete.
Answer sheets have been included so parents and students can review the answers and discuss any difficult areas. Additionally, a copy of the CMT strands for each grade have been included so parents and students are aware of the specific skills that will be tested. As 7th grade students do not take the CMTs, but instead take a test comparable to the CMTs, there are no CMT strands included.
Lastly, review packets and answer sheets are included as Word documents and as PDF files for easy viewing. The CMT strands are only included as PDF files.
