| 8 Potatoes |
| 4 Onions |
| 4 Tomatoes |
| 4 Carrots |
| 2 Cloves Garlic |
| 1 Cup of the cheapest nastiest red cask wine that can be found |
| 2 Ounces Butter |
| Pepper |
| No Salt (it is unhealthy) |
| Directions |
| Chop up all the ingredients and throw them all in a frying pan. Cook until the potatoes are soft. For extra "authenticity" add 1 teaspoon of sand (or to taste). |
