Take a bus going to San Pablo Quezon at JAM Buendia Taft of BLTB EDSA Pasay. From San Pablo hire a jeep that will take you to Dolores Quezon. Most drivers there know were the jump off point is.
Mt.Cristobal known as the devil mountain lies beside majestic Mt. Banahaw in Dolores Quezon. the mountain is said to be filled with evil spirits The explanation for this can be traced from the fact that if Mt. banahaw is a mystical place good for healing and is the place for good spirits the flip side to it is Mt. Cristobal. These are only rumours so dont be afraid. The trail leading to the mountain still has a good forest cover. The trail is moderately inclined with 4 - 5 hours of trekking. The campsite is at the crater and the peak is about 30 minutes away from the camp. During the rainy season, half of the crater can be fill with water and can turn into a stagnant lagoon of sorts. Try to trek the mountain at night to see for yourself if the legends were true or not.
