Time Zone: Embarcadero Pacifico is on Central Standard Time and changes to Daylight Savings Time each year with the U.S. For example, when it is 8.00 a.m. in Embarcadero Pacifico, it is 6.00 a.m. in San Diego (Pacific) and 9.00 a.m. in Washington, DC (Eastern).
